Claims (20)

1. Способ установки крышки (1) на горлышко (9) контейнера (10), при этом крышка (1) имеет боковую стенку (3), проходящую вокруг оси, и концевую стенку (2), проходящую поперек к указанной оси, при этом способ включает следующие этапы:
- размещение крышки (1) на горлышке (9);
- приложение к концевой стенке (2) усилия, направленного к контейнеру (10), для выравнивания крышки (1) на горлышке (9);
- навинчивание крышки (1) на горлышко (9) посредством поворота крышки (1) в направлении навинчивания.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором перед этапом навинчивания крышки (1) на горлышко (9) предусмотрен этап поворота крышки (1) в направлении отвинчивания, которое противоположно направлению навинчивания, для совмещения начальной точки внутренней резьбы (4), выполненной на крышке (1), с начальной точкой наружной резьбы (13), выполненной на горлышке (9).
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором этап приложения к концевой стенке (2) усилия, направленного к контейнеру (10), выполняют посредством поверхности (38) прилегания, которая контактирует с концевой стенкой (2) и поджимает крышку (1) к горлышку (9).
4. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором этап навинчивания крышки (1) выполняют посредством, по меньшей мере, двух захватных элементов (33), которые являются приводимыми в движение между положением (Р1) контактного взаимодействия, в котором захватные элементы (33) находятся ближе друг к другу, и положением (Р2) разъединения, в котором захватные элементы (33) находятся дальше друг от друга.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором этап приложения к концевой стенке (2) усилия, направленного к контейнеру (10), выполняют посредством захватных элементов (33), каждый из которых имеет прилегающую часть (39), которая воздействует на концевую стенку (2).
6. Способ по п.4 или 5, в котором захватные элементы (33) находятся в положении (Р2) разъединения во время выполнения этапа приложения к концевой стенке (2) усилия, направленного к контейнеру (10).
7. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором крышка (1) содержит, по меньшей мере, два выступа (6), выступающие от боковой стенки (3) наружу от крышки (1).
8. Способ по п.7 при зависимости от любого из пп.4-6, в котором после этапа приложения к концевой стенке (2) усилия, направленного к контейнеру (10), захватные элементы (33) перемещают друг к другу для достижения положения (Р1) контактного взаимодействия и поворачивают до тех пор, пока навинчивающая часть (40) каждого захватного элемента (33) не будет прилегать к выступу (6) из указанных, по меньшей мере, двух выступов (6), при этом крышку (1) впоследствии навинчивают посредством захватных элементов (33), воздействующих на данные, по меньшей мере, два выступа (6).
9. Способ по п.7 или 8, в котором этап навинчивания крышки заканчивают, когда данные, по меньшей мере, два выступа (6) окажутся в заданном угловом положении относительно горлышка (9).
10. Способ по любому из пп.4-6, в котором после этапа приложения к концевой стенке (2) усилия, направленного к контейнеру (10), захватные элементы (33) перемещают друг к другу, пока захватные элементы (33) не войдут в контакт с боковой стенкой (3) в положении (Р1) контактного взаимодействия, при этом крышку (1) впоследствии навинчивают посредством захватных элементов (33), которые захватывают боковую стенку (3).
11. Способ по п.10, в котором этап навинчивания заканчивают, когда заданное усилие завинчивания будет приложено к крышке (1).
12. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором во время этапа размещения крышки (1) на горлышке (9) контейнер (10) удаляет крышку (1) из выдачного отверстия распределительного устройства (21).
13. Установочная головка для установки крышки (1) на горлышко (9) контейнера (10), содержащая, по меньшей мере, два захватных элемента (33) для захвата крышки (1) и приводное устройство (34) для смещения захватных элементов (33) вдоль продольной оси так, что захватные элементы (33) перемещаются к крышке (1) или в качестве альтернативы от крышки (1), при этом приводное устройство (34) дополнительно выполнено с возможностью поворота захватных элементов (33) вокруг продольной оси для навинчивания крышки (1) на горлышко (9), при этом каждый захватный элемент (33) дополнительно содержит:
- прилегающую часть (39) для прилегания к концевой стенке (3) крышки (1) для приложения к концевой стенке (2) усилия, направленного к контейнеру (10), в результате чего крышка (1) выравнивается на горлышке (9);
- навинчивающую часть (40) для контактного взаимодействия с крышкой (1) и навинчивания крышки (1) на горлышко (9).
14. Установочная головка по п.13, в которой прилегающая часть (39) ограничена плоской поверхностью (38), предназначенной для воздействия на концевую стенку (2), и навинчивающая часть (40) выступает от прилегающей части (39) в направлении от приводного устройства (34), при этом навинчивающая часть (40) предпочтительно выполнена в форме сектора цилиндра, проходящего вокруг указанной продольной оси.
15. Установочная головка по п.13 или 14, в которой каждый захватный элемент (33) дополнительно содержит направляющую часть (37), которая входит с возможностью скольжения в соответствующее гнездо, образованное в опорном компоненте (35), так что захватные элементы (33) выполнены с возможностью перемещения между положением (Р1) контактного взаимодействия, в котором захватные элементы (33) находятся ближе друг к другу, и положением (Р2) разъединения, в котором захватные элементы (33) находятся дальше друг от друга, при этом в опорном компоненте (35) предпочтительно размещена камера для приема рабочей среды для пневматических систем, способной воздействовать на направляющие части захватных элементов (33) для смещения захватных элементов (33) между положением (Р1) контактного взаимодействия и положением (Р2) разъединения.
