请再次参阅图1和图2和图4,收卷装置300具有收卷辊310、第二电机320和皮带330,收卷装置300安装在壳体100的右侧壁,具体的,壳体100的右侧壁固定安装收卷装置300,收卷装置300包括收卷辊310、第二电机320、 皮带330和调节辊340,壳体100的右侧壁固定安装收卷辊310和第二电机320,第二电机320位于收卷辊310的下方前侧,第二电机320的动力输出端与收卷辊310通过皮带相转动连接;
请再次参阅图1,吸附装置400具有吸附头410、吸尘器420和储尘盒430,相邻下挤压辊210和相邻弹性伸缩杆260之间均固定安装有吸附头410,具体的,壳体100的内壁左侧固定安装储尘盒430,储尘盒430的顶部固定安装吸尘器420,吸尘器420与四个吸附头410通过管道相连接,储尘盒430的左侧壁固定安装有把手,把手上固定套接有防滑套,防滑套为橡胶防滑套,每个吸附头410的吸尘口上固定安装有防护网。
请再次参阅图1和图2,控制组件500具有PLC控制器510、调节支架520和声光报警器530,控制组件500安装在壳体100的前侧壁,具体的,壳体100的前侧壁通过螺栓固定安装有控制组件500,PLC控制器510电性输出连接声光报警器530,调节支架520固定安装在壳体100的前侧壁,调节支架520的顶部固定安装PLC控制器510,PLC控制器510电性连接压力传感器250和吸尘器420;
在具体的使用过程中,当需要本发明在使用的过程中首先将面料出料辊110上的面料通过下挤压辊210和上挤压辊280对其进行施加压力,利用压力传感器250感知施加压力的大小,当要来过大时通过声光报警器530进行报警,同时,利用吸尘器420与吸附头410相连接,利用上下方向的吸附头410对面料的双面进行吸附碎屑,保证面料的整洁干净,最后利用第二电机320驱动收卷辊310进行收卷作业。
实施例2:
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种刺绒透气透湿舒肤面料加工整理机,在使用过程中,有效的吸附面料上的废屑,同时便于调节合适的收卷压力,防止面料变形,请参阅图5,包括壳体100、施压整形装置200、收卷装置300、 吸附装置400和控制组件500;
请参阅图5,调节组件230还包括电动伸缩杆235与导向筒236,电动伸缩杆235固定安装在壳体100顶部两侧,电动伸缩杆235延伸至导向筒236内壁,导向筒236固定安装在壳体100内壁顶部,电动伸缩杆235输出端连接凸型块234。
在具体的使用过程中,将实施例1中的调节组件230替换成电动伸缩杆235与导向筒236,通过电动伸缩杆235外接电源与控制器,精确向下移动,导向筒236为金属圆筒,导向筒236对电动伸缩杆235具有导向作用。
上述的固定脚杯120、下挤压辊210、调节组件230、弹性伸缩杆260和吸附头410并不仅限于本实施例记载的具体数量,本技术领域人员在本装置能完成其整理的前提下,可以根据需要增加或减少其数量。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施方式对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施方式中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施方式,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种刺绒透气透湿舒肤面料加工整理机,其特征在于:包括壳体(100)、施压整形装置(200)、收卷装置(300)、吸附装置(400)和控制组件(500),所述壳体(100)的顶部左侧固定安装有面料出料辊(110),所述壳体(100)的内壁底部固定安装多个下挤压辊(210),所述壳体(100)的底部中央位置前侧固定安装有第一电机(220),所述第一电机(220)的动力输出端与多个所述下挤压辊(210)通过链条啮合连接,所述壳体(100)的顶部贯穿安装有多个调节组件(230),多个所述调节组件(230)的底部卡接有固定板(240),所述固定板(240)的底部固定安装有多个弹性伸缩杆(260),所述弹性伸缩杆(260)与所述固定板(240)的连接处固定安装有压力传感器(250),每个所述弹性伸缩杆(260)的外壁均套接有弹簧(270),每个所述弹性伸缩杆(260)的底部均固定安装有上挤压辊(280),相邻所述下挤压辊(210)和相邻所述弹性伸缩杆(260)之间均固定安装有吸附头(410),所述吸附装置(400)包括吸附头(410)、吸尘器(420)和储尘盒(430),所述壳体(100)的内壁左侧固定安装所述储尘盒(430),所述储尘盒(430)的顶部固定安装所述吸尘器(420),所述吸尘器(420)与多个所述吸附头(410)通过管道相连接,所述壳体(100)的右侧壁固定安装所述收卷装置(300),所述收卷装置(300)包括收卷辊(310)、第二电机(320)、皮带(330)和调节辊(340),所述壳体(100)的右侧壁固定安装所述收卷辊(310)和所述第二电机(320),所述第二电机(320)位于所述收卷辊(310)的下方前侧,所述第二电机(320)的动力输出端与所述收卷辊(310)通过皮带相转动连接,所述壳体(100)的前侧壁固定安装有控制组件(500),所述控制组件(500)包括PLC控制器(510)、调节支架(520)和声光报警器(530),所述PLC控制器(510)电性输出连接所述声光报警器(530),所述调节支架(520)固定安装在壳体(100)的前侧壁,所述调节支架(520)的顶部固定安装所述PLC控制器(510),所述PLC控制器(510)电性连接 所述压力传感器(250)和所述吸尘器(420);
    所述调节组件(230)包括蝶形调节盘(231)、螺杆(232)、螺母(233)和凸型块(234),所述固定板(240)的顶部开设有与多个所述调节组件(230)相对应的凹型槽(241),所述壳体(100)的顶部焊接所述螺母(233),所述螺母(233)的内壁螺接所述螺杆(232),所述螺杆(232)的顶部焊接所述蝶形调节盘(231),所述螺杆(232)的底部焊接所述凸型块(234),所述凸型块(234)与所述凹型槽(241)相配合卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刺绒透气透湿舒肤面料加工整理机,其特征在于:所述储尘盒(430)的左侧壁固定安装有把手,所述把手上固定套接有防滑套,所述防滑套为橡胶防滑套。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刺绒透气透湿舒肤面料加工整理机,其特征在于:所述壳体(100)的底部四角通过螺栓固定安装有固定脚杯(120),所述固定脚杯(120)的底部粘接有橡胶减震垫。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刺绒透气透湿舒肤面料加工整理机,其特征在于:每个所述吸附头(410)的吸尘口上固定安装有防护网。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刺绒透气透湿舒肤面料加工整理机,其特征在于:所述调节组件(230)还包括电动伸缩杆(235)与导向筒(236),所述电动伸缩杆(235)固定安装在所述壳体(100)顶部两侧,所述电动伸缩杆(235)延伸至所述导向筒(236)内壁,所述导向筒(236)固定安装在所述壳体(100)内壁顶部,所述电动伸缩杆(235)输出端连接所述凸型块(234)。
