所述移动机构包括支撑框20,所述支撑框20设于支撑板1底部,所述支撑框20内腔底部固定设有第一电机21,所述第一电机21固定设于支撑框20内腔底部,所述第一电机21通过输出轴固定连接有第二螺纹杆22,所述第二螺纹杆22前端与支撑框20内腔前侧通过轴承连接,所述第二螺纹杆22外部设有衔接 板23,所述衔接板23与第二螺纹杆22通过螺纹连接,所述衔接板23顶部与支撑板1底部固定连接;
进一步地,所述支撑框20两侧均开设有限位槽,所述支撑板1两侧均固定设有滑块29,两个所述滑块29分别设于两个限位槽内部,便于对支撑板1限位。
进一步地,所述固定框2内部设有第四螺纹杆30,所述第四螺纹杆30两端分别延伸出固定框2两侧并与固定框2通过轴承连接,所述第四螺纹杆30两端均固定设有把手,两个所述箱体4底部固定设有螺纹块31,两个所述螺纹块31均与第四螺纹杆30通过螺纹连接且两个螺纹块31螺纹旋向相反,便于调节箱体4的位置。
进一步地,所述固定板19前侧设有衔接杆32,所述衔接杆32与固定板19通过轴承连接,所述转动杆16前端开设有方形槽,所述衔接杆32延伸入方形槽内部,便于转动转动杆16。
进一步地,所述箱体4一侧开设有通槽33。
进一步地,S1、卷布:先将固定板19拿出箱体4前侧,固定板19移动带动滚筒17移动,然后再将需要刺绒的面料缠绕于滚筒17外部的橡胶圈18上,然后再将滚筒17放入箱体4内部,使得滚筒17处于转动杆16外部,同时使得面料穿过通槽33,再根据以上原理将面料的另一端与另一个滚筒17缠绕;
S2、固定面料:移动连接板12,连接板12移动带动移动板8移动,移动板8移动带动齿条9移动,齿条9移动带动齿轮7转动,齿轮7转动带动第一螺纹杆6转动,第一螺纹杆6转动带动移动块5向下移动,移动块5向下移动带动使得移动块5底部的弹簧14压缩,弹簧14压缩可对横板13施加压力,横板13则对橡胶垫15施加压力,橡胶垫15从而可对橡胶圈18外部的面料进行固定;
S3、调节面料:转动把手,把手转动带动第四螺纹杆30转动,第一螺纹杆 6转动带动两个箱体4向中间移动,将两个箱体4调节到合适的距离之后,将衔接杆32放入方形槽内部,然后转动衔接杆32,衔接杆32转动带动转动杆16转动,转动杆16转动带动滚筒17转动,滚筒17转动可将橡胶圈18外部的面料进行收卷,使得面料绷紧;
S4、刺绒:通过刺绒针对面料进行刺绒;
S5、移动:启动电机,电机工作带动第二螺纹杆22转动,第二螺纹杆22转动带动衔接板23移动,衔接板23移动带动支撑板1移动,同时可根据需要转动固定框2。

与实施例1不同的是:
参照说明书附图6-7,该实施例的一种刺绒面料加工系统及加工方法,所述移动机构包括连接框24,所述连接框24设于支撑板1底部,所述连接框24内腔底部固定设有第二电机25,所述第二电机25通过输出轴固定连接有第三螺纹杆26,所述第三螺纹杆26前端与连接框24内腔前侧通过轴承连接,所述第三螺纹杆26外部设有挡板27,所述挡板27与第三螺纹杆26通过螺纹连接,所述连接框24上开设有固定槽28,所述挡板27顶部贯穿固定槽28并与支撑板1底部固定连接,通过移动机构的设计,可使支撑板1移动距离更长;
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

  1. 一种刺绒面料加工系统,包括支撑板(1),其特征在于:所述支撑板(1)顶部设有调节机构,所述支撑板(1)底部设有移动机构;
    所述调节机构包括固定框(2),所述固定框(2)设于支撑板(1)顶部,所述固定框(2)底部固定设有转轴(3),所述转轴(3)底端延伸出固定框(2)底部并延伸入支撑板(1)内部,所述转轴(3)与支撑板(1)通过轴承连接,所述支撑板(1)顶部两侧均设有调节组件;
    所述调节组件包括箱体(4),所述箱体(4)设于固定框(2)一侧,所述固定框(2)内部设有移动块(5),所述移动块(5)内部设有第一螺纹杆(6),所述第一螺纹杆(6)延伸出移动块(5)顶部,所述第一螺纹杆(6)顶部与箱体(4)内腔顶部通过轴承连接,所述第一螺纹杆(6)外部固定设有齿轮(7),所述箱体(4)一侧设有移动板(8),所述移动板(8)一侧固定设有齿条(9),所述齿条(9)设于齿轮(7)一侧并与齿轮(7)相啮合,所述箱体(4)顶部开设有滑槽(10),所述移动板(8)顶部固定设有移动杆(11),所述移动杆(11)顶端贯穿滑槽(10)并延伸出箱体(4)顶部,所述移动杆(11)顶部固定设有连接板(12),所述移动块(5)底部设有横板(13),所述横板(13)顶部固定设有多个弹簧(14),多个所述弹簧(14)顶端均与移动块(5)底部固定连接,所述横板(13)底部固定设有橡胶垫(15),所述箱体(4)内部设有转动杆(16),所述转动杆(16)后侧与箱体(4)内腔后侧通过轴承连接,所述转动杆(16)外部套设有滚筒(17),所述滚筒(17)外部固定设有橡胶圈(18),所述橡胶圈(18)顶部与橡胶垫(15)底部相接触,所述滚筒(17)前侧固定设有固定板(19),所述固定板(19)延伸出箱体(4)前侧;
    所述移动机构包括支撑框(20),所述支撑框(20)设于支撑板(1)底部,所述支撑框(20)内腔底部固定设有第一电机(21),所述第一电机(21)固定 设于支撑框(20)内腔底部,所述第一电机(21)通过输出轴固定连接有第二螺纹杆(22),所述第二螺纹杆(22)前端与支撑框(20)内腔前侧通过轴承连接,所述第二螺纹杆(22)外部设有衔接板(23),所述衔接板(23)与第二螺纹杆(22)通过螺纹连接,所述衔接板(23)顶部与支撑板(1)底部固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刺绒面料加工系统,其特征在于:所述移动机构包括连接框(24),所述连接框(24)设于支撑板(1)底部,所述连接框(24)内腔底部固定设有第二电机(25),所述第二电机(25)通过输出轴固定连接有第三螺纹杆(26),所述第三螺纹杆(26)前端与连接框(24)内腔前侧通过轴承连接,所述第三螺纹杆(26)外部设有挡板(27),所述挡板(27)与第三螺纹杆(26)通过螺纹连接,所述连接框(24)上开设有固定槽(28),所述挡板(27)顶部贯穿固定槽(28)并与支撑板(1)底部固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刺绒面料加工系统,其特征在于:所述支撑框(20)两侧均开设有限位槽,所述支撑板(1)两侧均固定设有滑块(29),两个所述滑块(29)分别设于两个限位槽内部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刺绒面料加工系统,其特征在于:所述固定框(2)内部设有第四螺纹杆(30),所述第四螺纹杆(30)两端分别延伸出固定框(2)两侧并与固定框(2)通过轴承连接,所述第四螺纹杆(30)两端均固定设有把手,两个所述箱体(4)底部固定设有螺纹块(31),两个所述螺纹块(31)均与第四螺纹杆(30)通过螺纹连接且两个螺纹块(31)螺纹旋向相反。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刺绒面料加工系统,其特征在于:所述固定板(19)前侧设有衔接杆(32),所述衔接杆(32)与固定板(19)通过轴承连接,所述转动杆(16)前端开设有方形槽,所述衔接杆(32)延伸入方形槽内部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种刺绒面料加工系统,其特征在于:所述箱体(4) 一侧开设有通槽(33)。
  7. 一种刺绒面料加工系统的加工方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
    S1、卷布:先将固定板(19)拿出箱体(4)前侧,固定板(19)移动带动滚筒(17)移动,然后再将需要刺绒的面料缠绕于滚筒(17)外部的橡胶圈(18)上,然后再将滚筒(17)放入箱体(4)内部,使得滚筒(17)处于转动杆(16)外部,同时使得面料穿过通槽(33),再根据以上原理将面料的另一端与另一个滚筒(17)缠绕;
    S2、固定面料:移动连接板(12),连接板(12)移动带动移动板(8)移动,移动板(8)移动带动齿条(9)移动,齿条(9)移动带动齿轮(7)转动,齿轮(7)转动带动第一螺纹杆(6)转动,第一螺纹杆(6)转动带动移动块(5)向下移动,移动块(5)向下移动带动使得移动块(5)底部的弹簧(14)压缩,弹簧(14)压缩可对横板(13)施加压力,横板(13)则对橡胶垫(15)施加压力,橡胶垫(15)从而可对橡胶圈(18)外部的面料进行固定;
    S3、调节面料:转动把手,把手转动带动第四螺纹杆(30)转动,第一螺纹杆(6)转动带动两个箱体(4)向中间移动,将两个箱体(4)调节到合适的距离之后,将衔接杆(32)放入方形槽内部,然后转动衔接杆(32),衔接杆(32)转动带动转动杆(16)转动,转动杆(16)转动带动滚筒(17)转动,滚筒(17)转动可将橡胶圈(18)外部的面料进行收卷,使得面料绷紧;
    S4、刺绒:通过刺绒针对面料进行刺绒;
    S5、移动:启动电机,电机工作带动第二螺纹杆(22)转动,第二螺纹杆(22)转动带动衔接板(23)移动,衔接板(23)移动带动支撑板(1)移动,同时可根据需要转动固定框(2)。
