Description

吊扇 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种吊扇。
背景技术
现有技术中的吊扇采用轴流扇作为转动的主体,该轴流扇应用于吊扇存在如下缺陷。
技术问题
1、轴流扇用于使气流轴向的流动,由于轴流扇的进气侧位于轴流扇与天花板之间的区域,该区域狭窄导致进气受阻,导致出风效果不好,且噪音大。
2、气流在轴流扇的轴向上流出,出风面积受限。
3、轴流扇使得气流轴向流动,使得气流在室内循环效果不好。
技术解决方案
针对现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本实用新型的实施例提供了一种吊扇。
一种吊扇,包括:
壳体,所述壳体的底部形成有第一镂空部,所述壳体的侧部形成有第二镂空部;
鼓风扇轮,其设置于所述壳体中,所述鼓风扇轮包括主体部以及周向布置在所述主体部的外围的多个条板;
致动器,其装设于所述壳体的顶部并用于驱动所述主体部;其中:
所述鼓风扇轮转动使得气流从第一镂空部进入所述壳体,并从所述第二镂空部流出。
优选地,所述第一镂空部处设置有盖体,所述盖体上形成有第一格栅;所述第二镂空部上形成有第二格栅。
优选地,所述壳体呈矩形状,手术壳体的四个侧部均开设有所述第二镂空部。
优选地,所述致动器包括电机。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型公开的吊扇的有益效果是:
1、通过设置鼓风扇轮,使得壳体的下方的区域形成气流并进入到壳体内,并使气流从径向上的各个方向流出,由于壳体的下方的空气区域很大,因而,气流的形成不会受阻,因而,出风效果好,噪音低。
2、气流从径向上的各个方向流出,出风面积大。
3、进气方向与出风方向大致垂直,这有利于室内空气的循环。

本实用新型公开的实施例公开了一种吊扇,该吊扇用于安装于居室内的天花板的下方。
如图1至图5所示,该吊扇包括壳体10、鼓风扇轮20以及电机30。
壳体10大致呈扁矩形状,该壳体10的顶部具有安装结构以用于固定在天花板上,该壳体10具有一个大致呈平面的底部以及四个侧部。该壳体10的中部开设有大致呈圆形的第一镂空部11;壳体10的每个侧部均开设有大致呈矩形的第二镂空部12。
第一镂空部11处设置有盖体13,该盖体13上形成有允许气流通过的第一格栅111,每个第二镂空部12处设置有允许气流通过的第二格栅121。
鼓风扇轮20为现有技术中的多应用于工业环境场所的部件,也称为多翼扇,该鼓风扇轮20作为现有技术中的部件,其包括主体部21以及周向布置在主体部21上多个条板22,在鼓风扇轮20转动时,该扇轮20会使得气流在轴向进入扇轮20,并从扇轮20的径向的各个方向流出。
上述的鼓风扇轮20装设于壳体10中,并使其轴线大致垂直于壳体10的顶部,该扇轮20与第一镂空部11大致相对。电机30装设于壳体10的顶部的中央,该电机30的输出轴连接至扇轮20的主体部21上,如此,电机30能够驱动扇轮20转动。
基于上述描述可知,扇轮20转动会使得气流从壳体10的下部经由第一镂空部11进入到壳体10中,在扇轮20的作用下, 该气流借由壳体10的侧部的各个第二镂空部12流出。
本实用新型所提供的吊扇的优势在于:
1、通过设置鼓风扇轮20,使得壳体10的下方的区域形成气流并进入到壳体10内,并使气流从径向上的各个方向流出,由于壳体10的下方的空气区域很大,因而,气流的形成不会受阻,因而,出风效果好,噪音低。
2、气流从径向上的各个方向流出,出风面积大。
3、进气方向与出风方向大致垂直,这有利于室内空气的循环。

  1. 一种吊扇,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体的底部形成有第一镂空部,所述壳体的侧部形成有第二镂空部;
    鼓风扇轮,其设置于所述壳体中,所述鼓风扇轮包括主体部以及周向布置在所述主体部的外围的多个条板;
    致动器,其装设于所述壳体的顶部并用于驱动所述主体部;其中:
    所述鼓风扇轮转动使得气流从第一镂空部进入所述壳体,并从所述第二镂空部流出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吊扇,其特征在于,所述第一镂空部处设置有盖体,所述盖体上形成有第一格栅;所述第二镂空部上形成有第二格栅。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的吊扇,其特征在于,所述壳体呈矩形状,手术壳体的四个侧部均开设有所述第二镂空部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的吊扇,其特征在于,所述致动器包括电机。
