Claims (10)
- 循环使用多向伸缩智能控制物流箱,包括呈矩形框架结构的箱体,所述矩形框架内部为容置空间;其特征在于,所述矩形框架是由若干伸缩杆搭建而成,若干伸缩杆的伸缩动作直接或间接受控于驱动电机,以矩形框架的某一坐标角位为基准,若干伸缩杆之间的拼接应保证矩形框架能够沿所述坐标角位三向可伸缩。
- 如权利要求1所述的循环使用多向伸缩智能控制物流箱,其特征在于,所述若干伸缩杆均为主动伸缩杆,即每个伸缩杆均配置有对应的驱动电机。
- 如权利要求1所述的循环使用多向伸缩智能控制物流箱,其特征在于,所述若干伸缩杆包括主动伸缩杆和从动伸缩杆,所述主动伸缩杆由驱动电机直接输出连接,所述从动伸缩杆与所述主动伸缩杆同向伸缩且随动于主动伸缩杆。
- 如权利要求2或3所述的循环使用多向伸缩智能控制物流箱,其特征在于,所述主动伸缩杆至少包括固定方管、内置于固定方管的驱动电机,以及相互嵌套连接的一级传动组件和二级传动组件;所述一级传动组件包括由驱动电机输出连接的第一级丝杠、滑动安装于第一级丝杠上的第一级螺母,以及固连于第一级螺母的第一级导套;所述二级传动组件包括与第一级丝杠联动的第二级丝杠、滑动配合于第二级丝杠上的第二级螺母,以及固连于第二级螺母的第二级导套;通过两级丝杠联动,能够实现驱动电机同步控制两级传动组件动作,最终完成两级导套的同向伸缩。
- 如权利要求3所述的循环使用多向伸缩智能控制物流箱,其特征在于,所述从动伸缩杆配置于与其同向伸缩的主动伸缩杆的一侧或两侧,其结构包括由外而内相互嵌套连接的固定方管、第一级导套和第二级导套,所述固定方管、第一级导套和第二级导套相互之间以滑块导轨的形式进行滑动配合。
- 如权利要求1所述的循环使用多向伸缩智能控制物流箱,其特征在于,所述箱体四周配置有双向可伸缩面板,所述双向可伸缩面板适配安装于矩形框架上,且能够与所述矩形框架同步伸缩;所述双向可伸缩面板至少包括能够根据框架伸缩状态呈现叠合状态或铺展状态的第一覆饰板和第三覆饰板,所述第一覆饰板和第三覆饰板的结构相同,其在第一伸缩方向上采用折叠伸展结构,二者的折痕相对应设置,在第二伸缩方向上采用滑动链结构使两板能够相对叠合或铺展,两板的在第一伸缩方向上的折痕匹配对应,以保证二者在第二伸缩方向的层间叠合状态;所述第一覆饰板的边侧与矩形框架的固定管相连,所述第三覆饰板的边侧固定于与固定管嵌套连接的第一级导套上;所述滑动链结构包括在第一覆饰板外壁凸设的滑轨,以及在第三覆饰板内壁对应开设的滑槽,通过滑槽与滑轨的滑动配合,即可实现第三覆饰板与第一覆饰板之间的滑动连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的循环使用多向伸缩智能控制物流箱,其特征在于,所述箱体配备有对内装货物加固防护的可充放气囊,所述可充放气囊为相互独立的分体式结构或相互连通的整体式结构;所述分体式结构的气囊定位安装于矩形框架的四周边角处,各自配备有充气嘴,与外部充气泵相连即可实施充气操作;所述整体式结构的气囊采用若干张相互之间气路贯通的气囊片,所述气囊片贴覆安装于矩形框架内周伸缩杆壁,整体式结构的气囊通过配备一个充气嘴即可实现充气操作;在一个伸缩平面上的气囊片大小及伸缩度与其所贴覆的框架的大小及伸缩度相适配。
- 如权利要求1所述的循环使用多向伸缩智能控制物流箱,其特征在于,所述箱体具有集成于控制板上的箱体中控系统,所述箱体中控系统基于网络与云端远程服务管理平台交互通信,所述箱体中控系统通讯连接有用户操作界面,所述用户操作界面是控制板所附带的操作面板,或者是手持屏幕终端,所述控制板具有IO接口,通过IO接口实现箱体中控系统对箱体的电气控制。
- 如权利要求1所述的循环使用多向伸缩智能控制物流箱,其特征在于,所述矩形框架内壁安装有压力传感器,所述压力传感器至少在不同的伸缩方向对应设置有一个,所述压力传感器在箱体伸缩过程中感触货物压力并将压力信号输出反馈给箱体中控系统,箱体中控系统根据压力信号输出指令控制驱动电机的动作,以此达到根据包装货物大小通过伸缩来调整自身容置空间的功能。
- 如权利要求1所述的循环使用多向伸缩智能控制物流箱,其特征在于,所述箱体配备有箱盖,所述箱盖一侧通过合页与矩形框架的一端铰接,所述箱盖的另一侧通过电磁锁与矩形框架的另一端吸合锁定。
