在当前智能手机等终端设备的发展趋势下,更高的屏占比成为消费者和各终端厂商的主要追求方向,也是目前手机等行业最热门的研究方向。显示屏开孔设计作为一种提高屏占比的方案,因其具备高可靠性、低成本等优势,成为目前的主流方案。
目前市面上的屏内开孔产品,可以分为通孔方案和盲孔方案,其中通孔方案是破坏显示屏的外部结构,在显示屏上打通孔,使孔下方的光学器件能够正常工作。盲孔方案是不破坏显示屏的外部结构,显示屏外观上没有孔洞,而是修改显示屏内部的构造,从而使孔下方的光学器件能够正常工作。
现有技术中的开孔方案中,开孔尺寸大,不利于提高屏占比。
申请内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题,本申请的主要目的在于提供一种能够减小显示屏的开孔尺寸、以提高屏占比的电子设备。
本申请提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括:
显示屏,所述显示屏包括屏幕组件,所述屏幕组件开设有安装孔;
光学器件,所述光学器件正对所述安装孔,且沿所述显示屏的厚度方向,所述光学器件靠近所述屏幕组件的一侧与所述屏幕组件之间具有设定的距离,所述设定的距离大于0.01毫米。
在一种具体的实施方式中,所述显示屏还包括高折射率部件,所述高折射率部件设置于所述安装孔内。
在一种具体的实施方式中,所述高折射率部件靠近所述光学器件的一端凸出于所述安装孔。
在一种具体的实施方式中,所述显示屏还包括第二遮光层,所述第二遮光层设置于所述高折射率部件的侧边,用于遮挡所述高折射率部件与所述安装孔之间的间隙。
在一种具体的实施方式中,所述屏幕组件包括依次远离所述光学器件的支撑层、屏幕层和偏振片;所述支撑层、所述屏幕层和所述偏振片依次叠置。
在一种具体的实施方式中,所述显示屏还包括盖板,所述盖板设置于所述偏振片远离所述支撑层的一侧。

相应地,本申请还公开了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括显示屏和摄像头,所述显示屏包括盖板和屏幕组件,所述屏幕组件开设有安装孔,并且所述屏幕组件包括依次叠置的上偏光片、CF玻璃、TFT玻璃、下偏光片、增亮膜、扩散片、导光板、反光片和背光铁框,所述盖板贴合于所述上偏振片远离所述背光铁框的一侧;所述摄像头正对所述安装孔,且沿所述显示屏的厚度方向,所述摄像头顶部与所述背光铁框之间具有设定的距离。
相应地,本申请还公开了一种显示屏,该显示屏包括屏幕层,所述屏幕层开设有安装孔,所述屏幕层包括屏幕层本体、若干个像素和第一区,若干个所述像素呈阵列排布于所述屏幕层本体,所述第一区位于所述安装孔周围的设定区域;
各所述像素在第一方向上通过第一信号线连接,各所述像素在第二方向上通过 第二信号线连接;

相比于现有技术,本申请的电子设备包括显示屏和光学器件,所述显示屏包括屏幕组件,所述屏幕组件开设有安装孔;所述光学器件正对所述安装孔,且沿所述显示屏的厚度方向,所述光学器件靠近所述屏幕组件的一侧与所述屏幕组件之间具有设定的距离。本申请通过使光学器件靠近屏幕组件的一侧与屏幕组件之间具有设定的距离,即,使光学器件设置于安装孔之外,从而使安装孔的开孔宽度不受光学器件的外形宽度的影响,而仅受光学器件的视场角的宽度的影响,对于视场角宽度小于外形宽度的光学器件来说,能够减小安装孔的开孔宽度,提高显示屏的屏占比。

随着手机、平板电脑、智能穿戴设备等电子设备的发展,人们不仅要求电子设备具有良好的性能,同时,也对电子设备的外观提出了较高的要求。以手机为例,从键盘按键手机到触摸屏手机,再到大尺寸手机以及现在最流行的“全面屏”手机,无一不是考虑到用户的感受。特别是“全面屏”手机,由于良好的触感和外观感受,越来越得到使用者的喜欢。
为了提高电子设备的屏占比,在加工的过程中对显示屏的不同层的同一位置进行开孔,即需要在显示屏的各层的同一位置进行开孔,再将光学器件(例如前置摄像头)设置于安装孔内,以保障前置摄像头的正常拍摄。但是,现有技术中,由于光学器件在安装时,其上部伸入安装孔内。因此,显示屏上安装孔的开孔宽度尺寸会受光学器件的外形宽度的影响,使安装孔的开孔宽度尺寸较大。
具体地,请参阅图1所示,在现有技术的开孔方案中,光学器件2'的外形与显示屏1'的开孔在Z(定义显示屏的厚度方向为Z向)方向上是重叠的,即光学器件2'上有一部分是伸入到开孔100'内的,在这种结构下,开孔尺寸x取决于光学器件的外形尺寸a1或视场角a4两个方面,即a=a1+2*a2+2*a3或a=a4+2*a5+2*a6,其中,a1为光学器件2'的外形宽度尺寸,a1的大小取决于光学器件2'的外形宽度尺寸的大小;a2为预设的光学器件2'和开孔100'内壁之间的间隙距离,假设该距离为固定值;a3为开孔内壁到屏幕层11'显示区的距离,假设该距离为固定值。a4为光学器件2'在盖板12'的视场角宽度,a4的大小取决于光学器件2'的视场角宽度大小;a5为视场角与遮光材料层之间的避让间隙,假设该间隙为固定值,a6为遮光材料层13'内边缘到屏幕层11'显示区的距离,假设该距离为固定值,则a的大小主要取决于a1或a4的大小。当a1+2*a2+2*a3>a4+2*a5+2*a6时,显示屏的开孔尺寸a=a1+2*a2+2*a3;当a1+2*a2+2*a3<a4+2*a5+2*a6时,显示屏的开孔尺寸a=a4+2*a5+2*a6。
目前,在大多数情况下光学器件的外形尺寸是屏幕开孔尺寸的瓶颈,即,当a1+2*a2+2*a3>a4+2*a5+2*a6时,显示屏的开孔尺寸主要取决于光学器件的外形宽度尺寸a1,即,光学器件的外形尺寸a1就是显示屏开孔尺寸的瓶颈。其中,开孔区域a范围内是不具备显示功能的,为了实现更高的屏占比和更好的外观效果,要求显示屏的开孔尺寸a越小越好。
为了提高显示屏的屏占比,本申请的实施例公开了一种电子设备,请参照图2所示,该电子设备包括显示屏1和壳体3。
请同时参照图2和图3所示,该电子设备还包括光学器件2,光学器件2容纳于壳体3和显示屏1之间。
请参照图4所示,壳体3与显示屏1可以组合,形成容置腔4,光学器件2可以设置于容置腔4内。
请参照图5所示,显示屏1包括屏幕组件10和贴合于屏幕组件一侧的盖板11,其中,沿着屏幕组件10的厚度方向(图中的Z方向),屏幕组件10开设有安装孔100,光学器件2正对安装孔100设置。
在本实施例中,请继续参照图5所示,屏幕组件10可以包括依次叠置的偏振片101、屏幕层102和支撑层103。其中,支撑层103相对于偏振片101和屏幕层102,更靠近光学器件2,且屏幕层102集成有触控及显示功能。
可以理解,在另一个实施例中,请参照图6所示,屏幕组件10也可以包括依次叠置的偏振片101、触控层104、屏幕层105和支撑层103。其中,支撑层103相对于偏振片101、触控层104及屏幕层105更靠近光学器件2,触控层104通过光学透明胶12与屏幕层105贴合,屏幕层105仅用于实现显示的功能,即,该屏幕组件中将显示功能和触控功能分开设置。
盖板11可以通过光学透明胶12贴设于偏振片101远离光学器件2的一侧。其中,偏振片101用于将天然光变成偏振光,屏幕层102集成有显示和触控功能,用于影像显示和实现触摸控制功能,支撑层103用于作为屏幕层102的载体。
上述的光学透明胶层12可以为液态,在粘贴过程中,光学透明胶层12需要利用紫外线光(英文全称:ultraviolet Rays;简称:UV)照射在偏振片101上,以使得光学透明胶层12由液体变为固体,实现粘贴功能。
上述安装孔100开设于偏振片101、屏幕层102和支撑层103,沿显示屏1的厚度方向(Z方向),光学器件2靠近屏幕组件10的一侧与屏幕组件10之间具有设定的距离y1。
这样,由于光学器件2不伸入安装孔100内,使安装孔100的开孔尺寸x不会受到光学器件2的宽度尺寸的影响,而主要取决于光学器件2的视场角的宽度x4,即x=x4+2*x5+2*x6。此时,虽然光学器件2与盖板11的直线距离会增加,使光学器件2的视场角宽度x4也会随之增加,但是对于此时视场角宽度仍然小于外形宽度的光学器件2来说,依然能够减小安装孔100的开孔尺寸,提高了显示屏的屏占比。
在一种具体的实施方式中,显示屏1还可以包括防护组件13,防护组件13设置于屏幕组件10远离盖板11的一侧,并且防护组件13开设有通孔131,通孔131的位置与安装孔100的位置对应设置。其中,防护组件13可以由多层材质组成,例如,可以包括胶层、泡棉层、聚酰亚胺(英文全称:polyimide film;简称:PI)膜层及铜皮层等制成,用于保护显示屏1不被损坏。因为防护组件13的开孔尺寸不直接影响安装孔100的开孔尺寸x,因此,通孔131的开孔尺寸可以比屏幕组件10各层的开孔尺寸大一些。光学器件2也可以部分伸入通孔131内。
在一种具体的实施方式中,光学器件2靠近屏幕组件10的一侧与屏幕组件10之间的设定距离y1大于0.01mm,优选地,光学器件2靠近屏幕组件10的一侧与屏幕组件10之间的设定距离y1大于0.1mm;以避免光学器件2在安装中存在安装误差而伸入安装孔100内。
为了提升产品的外观效果,该显示屏1还可以包括第一遮光层14,第一遮光层14设置于盖板11靠近偏振片101的一侧,并沿安装孔100的周边设置。通过第一遮 光层14的设置,防止从外观上看到屏幕组件开孔的边缘,及从屏幕组件开孔侧边露出的杂光,进而能够提升外观效果。
在一种具体的实施方式中,第一遮光层14可以为环形结构,具体可以为矩形环、菱形环、椭圆形环、葫芦形环等多种结构。为了提高显示屏1整体的视觉美观性,同时确保前置摄像头能够获取更多的光线,在本实施例中,第一遮光层14为圆环形结构。安装孔100也可以为多种形状,例如矩形、菱形、椭圆形、葫芦形等多种结构,本实施例中,可以将安装孔100的形状设计为与第一遮光层14的形状相同。为了提高显示屏1整体的视觉美观性,同时增加前置摄像头的拍摄区域,在本实施例中,安装孔100为圆孔。
第一遮光层14可以为单层或者多层,具体地,在生产加工过程中,可以根据实际需求设置第一遮光层14的具体层数,在此不作具体限定,只要满足自然光遮挡效果即可。
在本实施例中,光学透明胶12可以为OCA(optically clear Adhesive,用于胶结透明光学元件)光学胶或者其他UV型有机物光学胶。
在本实施例中,显示屏1为柔性OLED(中文名称:有机电激光显示;英文全称:organic light-emitting diode)。可以理解,在其他实施例中,显示屏1也可以为LCD(中文名称:液晶显示器;英文全称:liquid crystal display)或硬屏OLED(中文名称:有机电激光显示;英文全称:organic light-emitting diode)。
请参照图7所示,在一种具体的实施方式中,显示屏1可以还包括高折射率部件15,高折射率部件15设置于安装孔100内。具体地,高折射率部件15的形状、大小与安装孔100的形状、大小对应设置,高折射率部件15可以通过粘接的方式粘接于安装孔100的内壁。通过在安装孔100内设置有高折射率部件15,进而改变光学器件2发出的光线的传播路径,使光学器件2的视场角宽度减小,进而能够进一步减小安装孔100的开孔宽度尺寸。
在本实施例中,高折射率部件15靠近光学器件2的一端凸出于安装孔100,从而能够防止光学器件2碰撞到屏幕组件10,避免光学器件2在组装和跌落过程中将显示屏1撞坏。上述高折射率部件15可以是高折射率玻璃或胶水等。
请参照图8所示,在一种具体的实施方式中,显示屏1还包括第二遮光层16,第二遮光层16沿着折射率部件15的侧边设置,从而对折射率部件15的周边进行遮光处理。通过设置第二遮光层16,可以有效避免环境杂光和屏幕漏出的光从高折射率部件15的边缘进入光学器件2而影响其正常工作。
具体地,为了有效阻挡自然光穿透,第一遮光层14和第二遮光层16均由不透光材料制成,其中,不透光材料可以为金属材料,也可以为黑色或者近似黑色的有机物、无机物的材料制成。
在本实施例中,第一遮光层14和第二遮光层16均由黑色材料制成,黑色材料可以为油墨、炭黑、石墨、或者Fe 3O 4等黑色的金属氧化物等黑色物质,黑色的遮光层可以避免选用金属材料导致显示屏1发生反光而影响用户体验感的问题。
请参照图9所示,在另一个具体的实施例中,显示屏1为LCD屏幕,其包括屏幕组件10和贴合于屏幕组件10一侧的盖板11。其中,沿着屏幕组件10的厚度方向(Z向),屏幕组件10开设有安装孔100,光学器件2正对安装孔100设置。
具体地,屏幕组件10包括依次叠置的上偏光片106、CF(Color Filter,彩色滤光片)玻璃107、TFT(Thin Film Transistor,薄膜场效应晶体管)玻璃108、下偏光片109、增亮膜110、扩散片111、导光板112、反光片113和背光铁框114。背光铁框114相对于其他层片更靠近光学器件2,安装孔100开设于下偏光片109、增亮膜110、扩散片111、导光板112、反光片113和背光铁框114。光学器件2的顶部与背光铁框114底部的之间具有设定的距离y1,y1大于0.01毫米,优选地,y1大于0.1毫米。其中,光学器件2可以为摄像头。
为了提升产品的外观效果,该显示屏1还包括遮光层115,遮光层115设置于CF玻璃107和TFT玻璃之间108,并沿安装孔100的周边设置。
请参照图10所示,屏幕层102可以包括屏幕层本体102a和若干像素102b,该若干像素102b设置于屏幕层本体102a,各像素102b在第一方向(图中X向)上通过第一信号线102c连接,各像素102b在第二方向(图中Y方向)上通过第二信号线102d连接,用于连接安装孔100周围像素的第一信号线102c、第二信号线102d绕安装孔100周围设置。使安装孔100的开孔内壁到显示区的距离x3包括封装宽度a和绕走线宽度b,其中封装宽度是为了密封,防止外界水氧进入屏幕层内部,导致屏幕层显示失效。绕走线宽度是因为开孔区域的上、下、左、右均有显示像素,安装孔100左右两侧的像素102b之间需要通过第一信号线102c连接,安装孔100上、下两侧之间需要通过第二信号线102d连接,而屏幕层102开孔区域走线是不能通过的。因此,用于连接安装孔100左、右两侧周围像素102b的第一信号线102c从安装孔100周围绕过,用于连接安装孔100上、下两侧的像素102b的第二信号线102d从安装孔100周围绕过,而用于设置绕走线的这部分区域上没有显示像素的,这部分区域不能用于显示。即,绕走线占用安装孔100周围较多的区域,使安装孔100的开孔宽度较大。
其中,第一信号线102c为栅极线(gate线),第二信号线102d为源极线(source线)。
在一个实施例中,请参照图11所示,屏幕层102包括屏幕层本体102a和若干个像素102b,该若干个像素102b呈阵列设置于屏幕层本体102a,各像素102b在第一方向(定义横向为第一方向,即图10中的X方向)上通过第一信号线102c连接,各像素102b在第二方向(定义竖向为第二方向,即图10中的Y方向)上通过第二信号线102d连接。
本实施例的屏幕层102还包括第一区A和第二区B,第一区A位于所述安装孔100周围的设定区域;第二区B为除第一区A之外的其他显示区域。在第一区A内,第一信号线102c分布于相邻两排沿第一方向排布的像素102b之间,第二信号线102d分布于相邻两列沿第二方向排布的像素02b之间。即,用于连接安装孔100左、右两侧附近的像素102b的第一信号线102c穿插到相邻两排像素102b之间,用于连接 安装孔100上、下两侧附近的像素102b的第二信号线102d穿插到相邻两列像素102b之间。从而不需要设置有绕走线宽度,减少安装孔100开孔内壁到显示区的距离x3,进而能够减小安装孔100的开孔宽度尺寸。
在另一个实施例中,当安装孔100位于屏幕X方向的正中间时,用于连接安装孔100上、下两侧附近的像素102b的第二信号线102d穿插到相邻两列像素102b之间,或者用于连接安装孔100上侧附近的像素102b的第二信号线102d绕屏幕层本体102a的周边设置。而安装孔100左右两侧的像素102b分别直接与驱动总线连接,即,安装孔100左右两侧的像素102b不直接通过第一信号线102c连接。
对于现有技术显示屏的常规分辨率,相邻两排或相邻两列像素102b间的间隙不能满足绕走线设置的尺寸要求。因此,在本实施例中,适当降低显示屏的分辨率,增加相邻两排或相邻两列之间的间隙距离,让线走线的设置空间更大,方便绕走线的设置。具体地,使第一区A的分辨率低于所述第二区B的分辨率。
在另一个实施例中,请参照图11所示,电子设备包括驱动总线。部分用于连接位于第一区A内像素102b的第二信号线102d绕屏幕层本体102a的周边设置,并直接与驱动总线连接,部分用于连接位于第一区A内像素102b的第二信号线102d直接与驱动总线连接。比如,用于连接安装孔100上侧附近像素102b的第二信号线102d绕屏幕层本体102a的周边设置,用于连接安装孔100下侧附近像素102b的第二信号线102d直接与驱动总线连接,即,将安装孔100上、下两侧的像素102b的信号线通过双边驱动实现,从而不需要设置有绕走线宽度,减少安装孔100开孔内壁到显示区的距离x3,进而能够减小安装孔100的开孔宽度尺寸。
上述的电子设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑、穿戴设备等。

  1. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示屏,所述显示屏包括屏幕组件,所述屏幕组件开设有安装孔;
    光学器件,所述光学器件正对所述安装孔,且沿所述显示屏的厚度方向,所述光学器件靠近所述屏幕组件的一侧与所述屏幕组件之间具有设定的距离,所述设定的距离大于0.01毫米。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述显示屏还包括高折射率部件,所述高折射率部件设置于所述安装孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述高折射率部件靠近所述光学器件的一端凸出于所述安装孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述显示屏还包括第二遮光层,所述第二遮光层设置于所述高折射率部件的侧边。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述屏幕组件包括依次远离所述光学器件的支撑层、屏幕层和偏振片;所述支撑层、所述屏幕层和所述偏振片依次叠置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述显示屏还包括盖板,所述盖板设置于所述偏振片远离所述支撑层的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述盖板通过光学透明胶粘接于所述偏振片。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述显示屏还包括防护组件,所述防护组件设置于所述支撑层远离所述偏振片的一侧;
    所述防护组件开设有通孔,所述通孔的位置与所述安装孔的位置对应设置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,部分所述光学器件伸入所述通孔内。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述显示屏还包括第一遮光层,所述第一遮光层设置于所述盖板靠近所述偏振片的一侧,并且所述第一遮光层沿所述安装孔的周向设置。
  11. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括壳体;
    所述壳体与所述显示屏连接形成容置腔;
    所述光学器件连接于所述壳体,且容纳于所述容置腔。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述显示屏还包括屏幕层;
    所述屏幕层包括屏幕层本体的和若干个像素,若干个所述像素分别设置于所述屏幕层本体;各所述像素之间通过信号线连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述像素呈阵列排布;
    各所述像素在第一方向上通过第一信号线连接;各所述像素在第二方向上通过第二信号线连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述屏幕层包括第一区,所述第一区位于所述安装孔周围的设定区域;
    在所述第一区,用于连接位于所述安装孔周边的像素的所述第一信号分布于相邻两排沿第一方向排布的像素之间。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述屏幕层包括第一区,所述第一区位于所述安装孔周围的设定区域;
    在所述第一区,用于连接位于所述安装孔周边的像素的所述第二信号线分布于相邻两列沿第二方向排布的像素之间。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述屏幕层还包括第二区;
    所述第一区的分辨率低于所述第二区的分辨率。
  17. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示屏,所述显示屏包括盖板和屏幕组件,所述屏幕组件开设有安装孔,并且所述屏幕组件包括依次叠置的偏振片、屏幕层和支撑层,所述盖板贴合于所述偏振片远离所述屏幕层的一侧;
    摄像头,所述摄像头正对所述安装孔,且沿所述显示屏的厚度方向,所述摄像头顶部与所述支撑层底部之间具有设定的距离。
  18. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示屏,所述显示屏包括盖板和屏幕组件,所述屏幕组件开设有安装孔,并且所述屏幕组件包括依次叠置的上偏光片、CF玻璃、TFT玻璃、下偏光片、增亮膜、扩散片、导光板、反光片和背光铁框,所述盖板贴合于所述上偏振片远离所述背光铁框的一侧;
    摄像头,所述摄像头正对所述安装孔,且沿所述显示屏的厚度方向,所述摄像头顶部与所述背光铁框底部之间具有设定的距离。
  19. 一种显示屏,其特征在于,包括屏幕层,所述屏幕层开设有安装孔,所述屏幕层包括屏幕层本体、若干个像素和第一区,若干个所述像素呈阵列排布于所述屏幕层本体,所述第一区位于所述安装孔周围的设定区域;
    各所述像素在第一方向上通过第一信号线连接,各所述像素在第二方向上通过第二信号线连接;
    在所述第一区,用于连接位于所述安装孔周边的像素的所述第一信号线分布于相邻两排沿第一方向排布的像素之间,和/或,用于连接位于所述安装孔周边的像素的所述第二信号线分布于相邻两列沿第二方向排布的像素之间。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述屏幕层还包括第二区;
    所述第一区的分辨率低于所述第二区的分辨率。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的显示屏,其特征在于,在第一方向上,当所述安装孔位于所述屏幕层本体的正中间时;
    位于所述安装孔两侧附近的像素分别经所述第一信号线直接与驱动总线连接。
