工作原理:该气压盘式制动器使用时,执行机构3的活塞槽301内气压增大,气压带动活塞304向右侧移动,活塞304带动推杆305向右侧移动,推杆305带动旋转制动臂2顺时针转动,回复弹簧4拉伸,使旋转制动臂2带动摩擦块6向固定制动臂1的摩擦块6方向移动,对刹车盘进行制动,松开刹车盘时,活塞槽301内气压减小,回复弹簧4带动旋转制动臂2逆时针转动,使摩擦块6将刹车盘松开,需要对摩擦块6进行更换时,移动拆卸盘7,拆卸盘7带动顶杆701进入顶杆槽15,同时使传动杆702进入传动槽16的内部,顶杆701将定位杆14推出定位槽12,使摩擦块6能够转动,拆卸盘7通过传动杆702带动摩擦块6转动,使摩擦块6带动卡块10移出卡槽8,对摩擦块6进行拆卸,之后取出需要更换的摩擦块6,摩擦块6带动卡块10进入开口槽9的内部,同时摩擦块6将定位杆14压入定位杆槽11的内部,弹簧13压缩,转动摩擦块6,摩擦块6带动卡块10从开口槽9进入卡槽8的内部,同时定位杆槽11与定位槽12刚好对齐,弹簧13带动定位杆14进入定位槽12的内部,通过矩形的定位杆14避免摩擦块6发生反转,防止摩擦块6带动卡块10移出卡槽8的内部,便于对摩擦块6进行安装。

Claims (6)

  1. 气压盘式制动器,包括固定制动臂(1)和弹簧(13),其特征在于:所述固定制动臂(1)的中部转动连接有旋转制动臂(2),所述固定制动臂(1)远离旋转制动臂(2)的一端安装有执行机构(3),其中,所述固定制动臂(1)的顶部与旋转制动臂(2)的顶部之间固定连接有回复弹簧(4),所述固定制动臂(1)与旋转制动臂(2)的内侧均固定有安装座(5),所述安装座(5)的外侧安装有摩擦块(6),所述摩擦块(6)远离安装座(5)的一侧设置有拆卸盘(7),所述安装座(5)靠近摩擦块(6)的两侧开设有卡槽(8),所述安装座(5)靠近卡槽(8)的一侧连通有开口槽(9);
    所述摩擦块(6)靠近卡槽(8)的一侧固定有卡块(10),所述安装座(5)靠近摩擦块(6)的一侧中部开设有定位杆槽(11),所述摩擦块(6)靠近定位杆槽(11)的一侧开设有定位槽(12),所述弹簧(13)固定在定位杆槽(11)的内部,所述弹簧(13)靠近定位杆槽(11)的开口侧固定连接有定位杆(14),所述摩擦块(6)靠近定位杆槽(11)的底部贯穿有顶杆槽(15),所述摩擦块(6)远离安装座(5)的两侧开设有传动槽(16)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气压盘式制动器,其特征在于:所述执行机构(3)包括活塞槽(301)、进气槽(302)、推杆槽(303)、活塞(304)和推杆(305),所述执行机构(3)的内部开设有活塞槽(301),所述执行机构(3)远离固定制动臂(1)的一侧贯穿有进气槽(302),所述执行机构(3)靠近固定制动臂(1)的一侧贯穿有推杆槽(303),所述活塞槽(301)的内部设置有活塞(304),所述活塞(304)靠近推杆槽(303)的一侧固定有推杆(305),所述推杆(305)远离活塞(304)的一端贯穿推杆槽(303)与固定制动臂(1)后抵住旋转制动臂(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的气压盘式制动器,其特征在于:所述拆卸盘(7)包括顶杆(701)和传动杆(702),所述拆卸盘(7)靠近顶杆槽(15)的一侧固定有顶杆(701),所述拆卸盘(7)靠近传动槽(16)的一侧固定有传动杆(702)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的气压盘式制动器,其特征在于:所述卡槽(8)与卡块(10)的截面为T形,且卡块(10)的外侧尺寸小于开口槽(9)的开口尺寸,并且卡槽(8)与卡块(10)构成卡合结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的气压盘式制动器,其特征在于:所述定位杆槽(11)与定位杆(14)的截面为矩形,且定位杆(14)的外侧尺寸与定位杆(14)的内部尺寸相吻合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的气压盘式制动器,其特征在于:所述定位杆(14)通过弹簧(13)与安装座(5)构成弹性连接。
