Abstract

L'invention concerne un matériau écologique pour la fabrication d'articles, qui est obtenu à partir de tourteau de café et d'un biopolymère; les composants sont utilisés selon les proportions suivantes en %: tourteau de café: 35-6%; biopolymère: 40-65. Selon le procédé de production de ce matériau, le tourteau de café est séché pendant 2-3 heures à une température de 75-90°C, puis broyé jusqu'à obtenir une fraction de 1 mm à 0,05 mm; on prépare ensuite un biopolymère de polyuréthane à base d'huile de soja ou de ricin, on mélange les composants en une composition unique par extrusion à une pression de 20 à 100 MPa à une température de 140 à 190°C, et on hydrate le mélange jusqu'à l'état d'écoulement afin de produire une tige remplie de café avant de procéder à une granulation. Cette monture de lunettes comprend un cadre pour les verres et deux branches connectées par charnières à celui-ci; elle se compose d'un matériau biologique comprenant du tourteau de café et un biopolymère. Ce matériau écologique est résistant et biodégradable.
