Abstract
本发明公开了一种防摔耐用的植物纤维餐具,由以下重量份的原料制成:茴香杆16‑22份,茶梗8‑16份,炭粉12‑18份,棉花壳10‑15份,玉米皮8‑12份,1,2‑聚丁二烯树脂12‑15份,玉米淀粉16‑22份。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中以多种农副产品为主要原料,茴香杆和棉花壳系统作用,可以增强成品餐具的韧性;1,2‑聚丁二烯树脂和玉米淀粉组成复合粘合剂,增加各原料之间的粘合,增强成品餐具的抗拉强度;茶梗不仅有助于增强提高成品餐具的韧性,还有淡淡清香,增加餐具的商品性;该成品餐具自然质感好,制作工艺简单,可完全降解,耐摔耐用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于植物纤维餐具的制作技术领域,具体涉及一种防摔耐用的植物纤维餐具。
背景技术
餐具与人的健康息息相关,因为它们与食物接触密切,虽然经常清洗,但如果餐具内在品质较差的话也会对人们的健康带来负面的影响,现在市场上已有多种材质的餐具,有的餐具中含有一定的有害物质,与食品接触后,其有害物质就会进入食物,有损人的健康,目前家中常用陶瓷或搪瓷餐具,釉上颜料中含有有害金属,珐琅质中含有硅酸铅之类的化合物,木制餐具化学性质稳定,但不易清洁,现如今,以密胺甲醛树脂为主要原料的塑料餐具越来越受到人们的欢迎,但在盛放高温食物或水时,就会有部分有害物质渗入食物或水中,而且使用范围也大大受到限制,因此,目前已有采用稻壳或其他植物纤维做环保餐具的研究,但是还存在着易摔裂的问题,针对该问题应该进一步研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种防摔耐用的植物纤维餐具。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种防摔耐用的植物纤维餐具,由以下重量份的原料制成:茴香杆16-22份,茶梗8-16份,炭粉12-18份,棉花壳10-15份,玉米皮8-12份,1,2-聚丁二烯树脂12-15份,玉米淀粉16-22份;
其中,玉米淀粉的制备方法为:选择水分低于10%的优质玉米粒作为制备原料,在质量浓度为1-3%的醋酸溶液中浸泡24-28小时,然后放入蒸汽温度为75-85℃的装置中蒸3-5小时,取出后送入立磨中进行粉碎,在送入卧磨粉碎成浆液,然后送入流板沉淀6-8小时,即得湿淀粉,在60-70℃的条件下烘烤4-5小时即得干淀粉;
其中,所述植物纤维餐具的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将茴香杆和茶梗用清水浸泡2-3天后,打成碎粒,再加入相当于其重量份三分之一的水,研磨得到混合浆液备用;
(2)将棉花壳和玉米皮放入粉碎机中粉碎,得到粒径小于1cm的粉碎物料,然后再加入细化机中细化,细化为粒径为150-180目的细粉,备用;
(3)将混合浆液、细粉、炭粉、1,2-聚丁二烯树脂和玉米淀粉放入球磨机中,球磨1-2分钟,得到混合料;
(4)将上述混合料,在150-180℃温度条件下,以180-200t的压力使用压膜机热压成型,得到具有一定形状的半成品;
(5)使用修整工具对半成品进行整形,用清水清洗,然后在90-120℃的烘干设备中处理10-15分钟,在120-140℃温度条件下,以180-240t的压力再次用压膜机模压,即得成品。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述茶梗是指乌龙茶梗。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述炭粉的颗粒粒径为120-150目,所述玉米淀粉的颗粒粒径为1800-2000目。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述植物纤维餐具的制备方法步骤(4)中热压时间为25-40秒,步骤(5)中模压时间为20-30秒。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述植物纤维餐具的制备方法中在制成半成品后,在半成品表面涂抹乙基纤维素防水涂层。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中以多种农副产品为主要原料,茴香杆和棉花壳系统作用,可以增强成品餐具的韧性;1,2-聚丁二烯树脂和玉米淀粉组成复合粘合剂,增加各原料之间的粘合,增强成品餐具的抗拉强度;茶梗不仅有助于增强提高成品餐具的韧性,还有淡淡清香,增加餐具的商品性;该成品餐具自然质感好,制作工艺简单,可完全降解,耐摔耐用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防摔耐用的植物纤维餐具,由以下重量份的原料制成:茴香杆16-22份,茶梗8-16份,炭粉12-18份,棉花壳10-15份,玉米皮8-12份,1,2-聚丁二烯树脂12-15份,玉米淀粉16-22份;
其中,玉米淀粉的制备方法为:选择水分低于10%的优质玉米粒作为制备原料,在质量浓度为1-3%的醋酸溶液中浸泡24-28小时,然后放入蒸汽温度为75-85℃的装置中蒸3-5小时,取出后送入立磨中进行粉碎,在送入卧磨粉碎成浆液,然后送入流板沉淀6-8小时,即得湿淀粉,在60-70℃的条件下烘烤4-5小时即得干淀粉;
其中,所述植物纤维餐具的制备方法包括以下步骤:

(4)将上述混合料,在150-180℃温度条件下,以180-200t的压力使用压膜机热压25-40秒成型,得到具有一定形状的半成品;
(5)使用修整工具对半成品进行整形,用清水清洗,然后在90-120℃的烘干设备中处理10-15分钟,在120-140℃温度条件下,以180-240t的压力再次用压膜机模压20-30秒,即得成品。
本发明中成品餐具,抗冲击强度为12.58J/m,拉升强度为25.92MPa,密度为1.569g/cm³,耐油防水,热传导性能差,在120℃高温无有害物质释放,耐摔,使用寿命长。
实施例2
一种防摔耐用的植物纤维餐具,由以下重量份的原料制成:茴香杆16-22份,茶梗8-16份,炭粉12-18份,棉花壳10-15份,玉米皮8-12份,1,2-聚丁二烯树脂12-15份,玉米淀粉16-22份;
其中,玉米淀粉的制备方法为:选择水分低于10%的优质玉米粒作为制备原料,在质量浓度为1-3%的醋酸溶液中浸泡24-28小时,然后放入蒸汽温度为75-85℃的装置中蒸3-5小时,取出后送入立磨中进行粉碎,在送入卧磨粉碎成浆液,然后送入流板沉淀6-8小时,即得湿淀粉,在60-70℃的条件下烘烤4-5小时即得干淀粉;

本发明中成品餐具,抗冲击强度为12.76J/m,拉升强度为26.35MPa,密度为1.582g/cm³,耐油防水,热传导性能差,在120℃高温无有害物质释放,耐摔,使用寿命长。
Claims (5)
1.一种防摔耐用的植物纤维餐具,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:茴香杆16-22份,茶梗8-16份,炭粉12-18份,棉花壳10-15份,玉米皮8-12份,1,2-聚丁二烯树脂12-15份,玉米淀粉16-22份;
其中,玉米淀粉的制备方法为:选择水分低于10%的优质玉米粒作为制备原料,在质量浓度为1-3%的醋酸溶液中浸泡24-28小时,然后放入蒸汽温度为75-85℃的装置中蒸3-5小时,取出后送入立磨中进行粉碎,在送入卧磨粉碎成浆液,然后送入流板沉淀6-8小时,即得湿淀粉,在60-70℃的条件下烘烤4-5小时即得干淀粉;
其中,所述植物纤维餐具的制备方法包括以下步骤:

(5)使用修整工具对半成品进行整形,用清水清洗,然后在90-120℃的烘干设备中处理10-15分钟,在120-140℃温度条件下,以180-240t的压力再次用压膜机模压,即得成品。
2.如权利要求1所述一种防摔耐用的植物纤维餐具,其特征在于,所述茶梗是指乌龙茶梗。
3.如权利要求1所述一种防摔耐用的植物纤维餐具,其特征在于,所述炭粉的颗粒粒径为120-150目,所述玉米淀粉的颗粒粒径为1800-2000目。
4.如权利要求1所述一种防摔耐用的植物纤维餐具,其特征在于,所述植物纤维餐具的制备方法步骤(4)中热压时间为25-40秒,步骤(5)中模压时间为20-30秒。
5.如权利要求1所述一种防摔耐用的植物纤维餐具,其特征在于,所述植物纤维餐具的制备方法中在制成半成品后,在半成品表面涂抹乙基纤维素防水涂层。
