Description
本申请要求于2020年4月26日提交中国专利局、申请号为202010342211.9、申请名称为“一种手表标记设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
本申请涉及标记设备技术领域,特别涉及一种手表标记设备。
手表的表槽位置特殊,标记设备对手表表槽进行标记时,需要手动调整手表的角度位置,将表槽对准激光位置,这样工作周期长,耗费较多人力,工作效率低,并且,由于在表槽内的弧面进行标记,标记的字符效果难以保证,良品率低,非常不利于厂家进行大规模的手表标记工作,严重影响了手表的加工生产。
本申请的主要目的是提出一种手表标记设备,旨在提高设备的工作效率。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的手表标记设备,用以对手表表槽的内壁打标,包括机台、激光系统和治具,所述机台具有台面;所述激光系统安装于所述台面,所述激光系统包括激光发生器和与所述激光发生器连接的振镜扫描头,所述振镜扫描头发射激光光束;所述治具安装于所述台面,所述治具包括底座和角度调节组件,所述底座上设有支架,所述支架具有安装手表的安装面,所述安装面具有安装工位,所述安装面上设有固定组件,所述固定组件包括固定压料件和弹性压料件,所述弹性压料件通过驱动组件与所述固定压料件将手表固定或松开于所述安装工位;其中,所述安装工位位于所述振镜扫描头的正下方,所述角度调节组件用以调节所述安装面与激光光束的角度。
在一实施例中,所述角度调节组件包括多个角度调节螺丝,所述底座上开设有多个角度调节螺孔,且所述角度调节螺丝的螺杆螺接于所述角度调节螺孔内,所述角度调节螺丝的螺杆底面抵止于所述支架的底面。
在一实施例中,所述角度调节组件包括固定板和调节板,所述固定板固定于所述底座上,且所述固定板与所述支架转动连接;所述调节板与所述支架固定连接,所述调节板上开设有所述角度调节螺孔,所述角度调节螺丝的螺杆底面抵止于所述底座的顶面。
在一实施例中,所述治具还包括底板和调平螺丝,所述底板上安装有所述底座,所述底座上还开设有调平螺孔,所述调平螺丝的螺杆螺接于所述调平螺孔内,所述调平螺丝的螺杆底面抵止于所述底板的顶面。
在一实施例中,所述治具还包括角度锁紧螺丝,所述调节板和所述底座上均开设有角度锁紧螺孔;和/或,所述治具还包括调平锁紧螺丝,所述底座和所述底板上均开设有调平锁紧螺孔。
在一实施例中,所述治具为两个,两所述治具通过双平台直线电机可交替移动至所述激光发生器下方。
在一实施例中,所述手表标记设备还包括设于所述台面的定位组件,所述定位组件位于所述激光发生器的下方,所述定位组件包括定位架,所述定位架上设有定位台;所述治具还包括推动所述固定组件的推动组件,当所述推动组件推动所述固定组件时,所述支架或所述手表与所述定位台抵接。
在一实施例中,所述治具的安装面上设有安装板,所述安装板上设有所述固定组件;所述推动组件安装于所述安装面,所述推动组件可推动所述安装板上升,以将所述安装板上的手表与所述定位台抵接。
在一实施例中,所述定位台底面设有定位块,所述定位块朝向所述治具一面设有容纳部分手表的容纳槽,所述定位台上开设有贯穿所述容纳槽的标记口,所述激光发生器发射的激光光束可穿过所述标记口至表槽的槽面。
在一实施例中,所述定位台上转动安装有功率计,当所述功率计测定激光光束的功率,所述功率计旋转至所述标记口的上方。
本申请技术方案采用固定组件将手表固定在安装面的安装工位上,安装工位位于振镜扫描头的下方,通过角度调节组件调节安装面与激光光束的角度,以调节安装工位上手表表槽的倾斜角度。当需要对表槽打标作业时,将手表放入固定组件上固定,通过角度调节组件调节安装面与激光光束之间的夹角,使表槽的内壁对准激光光束射出位置,完成角度调节工作,再启动激光系统对表槽进行激光标记操作即可。
对于同一批次的手表,完成安装面与底座之间的夹角调节后,可以采用同一治具固定手表,并对表槽进行标记,不需要重新调节表槽的位置,操作简便,标记速度快,大大节省了人工,提高了设备标记的工作效率。对于不同批次的手表,由于手表表槽的深度、开设的角度不同,通过角度调节组件对安装面与激光光束的角度调节,激光光束到达表槽的内壁,从而提高了该手表标记设备的适用性。此外,该手表标记设备采用激光系统标记,通过设置激光系统的输出参数,表槽内标记的字符效果好,良品率高。

本申请提出一种手表标记设备。
在本申请实施例中,如图1至3、图5所示,该手表标记设备10用以对手表600的表槽600a的内壁打标,包括机台100、激光系统200和治具300,所述机台100具有台面101;所述激光系统200安装于所述台面101,所述激光系统200包括激光发生器210和与所述激光发生器210连接的振镜扫描头220,所述振镜扫描头220发射激光光束;所述治具300安装于所述台面101,所述治具300包括底座310和角度调节组件320,所述底座310上设有支架311,所述支架311具有安装所述表体的安装面312,所述安装面312具有安装工位(未图示),所述安装面312上设有固定组件313,所述固定组件313包括固定压料件314和弹性压料件315,所述弹性压料件315通过驱动组件与所述固定压料件314将手表600固定或松开于所述安装工位;其中,所述安装工位位于所述振镜扫描头220的下方,所述角度调节组件320用以调节所述安装面312与激光光束的角度。
具体而言,如图1至2所示,该手表标记设备10包括机台100,机台100具有台面101,台面101用于安装激光系统200和治具300等部件。机台100内可以根据需要安装电气板和控制箱等,控制箱与激光发生器210电连接。机台100的一侧面还可以设置有键盘抽屉102,键盘抽屉102内可放置键盘和鼠标,键盘和鼠标分别与控制箱电连接。在机台100的侧面还设有启动按钮103,以启动或关闭激光系统200的激光打标操作,为了防止工人操作时,一只手在上下料操作,另一只手按启动按钮103,造成工人受伤,启动按钮103可以设置为两个,当同时按下两个启动按钮103时,激光系统200才会启动。
如图1所示,该机台100上可以设有机罩110,用以罩住激光系统200和治具300等,避免该手表标记设备10在进行标记操作时,工人的身体不经意放入激光的标记工位,激光光束对工人身体造成伤害,提高了手表标记设备10的安全性。该机罩110上可安装有显示器111,显示器111与控制箱电连接,通过更改激光发生器210的激光参数,控制表槽600a内字符的标记效果,提高标记的良品率,并且也可以设置激光标记的速度,控制表槽600a标记完成的快慢,也可以根据工人的熟练程度、工作快慢来调节打标时间的快慢。在显示器111旁边可以设置操作按钮112,便于工人操作。此外,该机罩110对应治具300的位置可以设置有安全光栅113,对工人起到安全防护作用,避免机械伤人。同样地,可以通过在显示器111上设置标记字符的样式,以在表槽600a内标记相应的字符形状等。
如图2所示,该激光系统200安装在台面101,激光系统200包括激光发生器210,根据实际的情况,激光发生器210可以是紫外激光、红外激光、光纤激光或二氧化碳激光等类型的激光发生器210。激光系统200还包括激光调节组件230,激光发生器210设置于激光调节组件230上。激光调节组件230包括高度调节组件和调平组件,用于调节激光发生器210的高度位置和相对水平状态。该高度调节组件上设有测距基准块(未图示)和测距仪(未图示),测距基准块固定在高度调节组件上,测距仪随激光发生器210上下运动,调试好激光发生器210的位置后,使用测距仪来监测激光发生器210位置是否发生变动,需要说明的是,该测距仪的工作距离0-15mm。
如图2、图5所示,激光系统200还包括与激光发生器210连接的振镜扫描头220,该振镜扫描头220具有发射端,发射端上可安装聚焦镜,激光发生器210产生的激光光束入射到振镜扫描头220,再通过聚焦镜的聚焦后,激光光束到达安装工位上表槽600a的内壁,从而实现对手表600表槽600a的标记。
如图2至3、图5所示,该台面101上安装有治具300,治具300包括有底座310,底座310上设有支架311,该支架311具有安装面312,安装面312具有安装工位,安装面312上设有固定组件313,该固定组件313用以固定或松开手表600。该底座310上安装有角度调节组件320,通过角度调节组件320的调节安装面312与激光光束之间的角度位置,以调节安装工位上表槽600a的角度位置。其中,支架311可以是长方体、正方体,也可以是三棱柱、圆柱体等,考虑到治具300的稳定性和表槽600a的位置调节,如图3所示,在一实施例中,支架311的形状为三棱柱,三棱柱面积最大的侧面为安装面312。在支架311的安装面312上可以设置感应器350,该感应器350可以检测手表600的旋钮或表面,判断手表600是否装反,起到防呆效果。
如图3所示,固定手表600的固定组件313包括固定压料件314和弹性压料件315,固定压料件314固定于安装面312上,弹性压料件315相对安装面312可移动,弹性压料件315与固定压料件314相对设置,以将手表600固定或松开。为了进一步固定手表600,固定压料件314可以为两个,一固定压料件314与弹性压料件315位于安装工位的相对两侧,另一固定压料件314位于安装工位的另一侧、且正对激光光束,从而从三个方向上固定手表600。需要说明的是,该固定压料件314和弹性压料件315均可以采用聚醚醚酮(Polyetheretherketones,简称PEEK)材料制成。
如图3至4所示,在一实施例中,控制弹性压料件315移动的驱动组件可以包括压块驱动气缸316、第二弹簧317和安装块318,安装块318固定安装于安装面312上,通过压块驱动气缸316驱动弹性压料件315,弹性压料件315压缩第二弹簧317,进而在安装面312上向右移动,弹性压料件315与固定压料块之间的距离增大,手表600松开,相反手表600夹紧。针对外形的曲面一样的手表600,更换产品而不用更换任何部件,只需要产品的尺寸在第二弹簧317伸缩范围内就可以通用此治具300。
在一实施例中,角度调节组件320可以调节支架311相对台面101倾斜角度,从而调节安装面312与激光光束的角度,进而使安装工位上的手表600表槽600a对准激光光束射出位置,激光光束照射到表槽600a的内壁。
在一实施例中,角度调节组件320可以调节底座310相对台面101倾斜角度,改变了底座310上支架311的相对位置,从而调节安装面312与激光光束的角度。
当进行安装面312与激光光束的角度调节时,固定组件313将手表600固定,通过角度调节组件320对安装面312角度的调节,使得安装面312上的手表600的表槽600a对准激光光束射出位置,进而实现了表槽600a位置的调节和确定,保证同一批次的表槽600a在治具300上固定时倾斜角度一致,从而保证字符标记效果和标记质量,提高标记的良品率。
本申请技术方案采用固定组件313将手表600固定在安装面312的安装工位上,安装工位位于振镜扫描头220的下方,通过角度调节组件320调节安装面312与激光光束的角度,以调节安装工位上手表600的表槽600a的倾斜角度。当需要对表槽600a打标作业时,将手表600放入固定组件313上固定,通过角度调节组件320调节安装面312与激光光束之间的夹角,使表槽600a的内壁对准激光光束射出位置,完成表槽600a的角度调节工作,再启动激光系统200对表槽600a进行激光标记操作即可。
对于同一批次的手表600,完成安装面312与底座310之间的夹角调节后,可以采用同一治具300固定手表600,并对表槽600a进行标记,而不需要重新调节表槽600a的位置,操作简便,标记速度快,大大节省了人工,提高了设备标记的工作效率。对于不同批次的手表600,由于手表600表槽600a的深度、开设的角度不同,通过角度调节组件320对安装面312与激光光束的角度调节,激光光束到达表槽600a的内壁,从而提高了该手表标记设备10的适用性。此外,该手表标记设备10采用激光系统200标记,通过设置激光系统200的输出参数,表槽600a内标记的字符效果好,良品率高。
在一实施例中,所述角度调节组件320包括多个角度调节螺丝(未图示),所述底座310上开设有多个角度调节螺孔(未图示),且所述角度调节螺丝的螺杆螺接于所述角度调节螺孔内,所述角度调节螺丝的螺杆底面抵止于所述支架311的底面。可以理解的是,多个角度调节螺丝可以均匀或不均匀地分布在支架311的底部。
角度调节螺丝可以从底座310的底部穿入,也可以从底座310的顶部穿入,当用户旋转该角度调节螺丝时,角度调节螺丝在底座310的角度调节螺孔内转动,使支架311相对底座310向上抬起或向下落下,从而改变支架311与底座310之间的距离,以调节支架311上安装面312与激光光束的角度,使得手表600的表槽600a对准激光发生器210射出激光标记工位。
为了便于用户旋转角度调节螺丝,如图3至4所示,在一实施例中,所述角度调节组件320包括固定板321和调节板322,所述固定板321固定于所述底座310上,且所述固定板321与所述支架311转动连接;所述调节板322与所述支架311固定连接,所述调节板322上开设有所述角度调节螺孔310a,所述角度调节螺丝的螺杆底面抵止于所述底座310的顶面。
角度调节螺丝从调节板322的顶部穿入,当用户旋转该角度调节螺丝时,角度调节螺丝在调节板322的角度调节螺孔310a内转动,并抵止于底座310的顶面,此时,调节板322相对底座310向上抬起或向下落下,支架311相对固定板321的发生转动,从而改变调节板322上支架311与底座310之间的距离,以调节支架311上安装面312与激光光束的角度。
从底座310的上方调节角度调节螺丝,充分利用台面101上方空间,方便了用户进行表槽600a角度的调节,治具300可以先安装于台面101上,再进行安装面312与激光光束的角度调节,使得安装面312的位置不易发生改变。可以理解的是,固定板321与支架311转动连接的方式有多种,可以是固定板321与支架311铰接。
如图3至4所示,在一实施例中,所述治具300还包括底板(未图示)和调平螺丝(未图示),所述底板上安装有所述底座310,所述底座310上还开设有调平螺孔310b,所述调平螺丝的螺杆螺接于所述调平螺孔310b内,所述调平螺丝的螺杆底面抵止于所述底板的顶面。可以理解的是,多个调平螺丝可以均匀或不均匀地分布在支架311的底部。
调平螺丝从底座310的顶部穿入,用户旋转该调平螺丝时,调平螺丝在底座310的调平螺孔310b内转动,使底座310及支架311相对调平螺丝移动,从而使底座310的相对水平状态可调,以调整治具300上手表600的相对水平位置,使手表600表槽600a的槽面位于激光发生器210射出激光的焦点处,进一步保证了激光标记字符的效果。
为提高治具300的稳定性,如图3所示,在一实施例中,所述治具300还包括角度锁紧螺丝,所述调节板322和所述底座310上均开设有角度锁紧螺孔310c;和/或,所述治具300还包括调平锁紧螺丝,所述底座310和所述底板上均开设有调平锁紧螺孔310d。
调整完安装面312与激光光束的角度后,需要锁紧该支架311时,用户角度锁紧螺丝穿设于底座310和调节板322上,以将底座310和调节板322锁紧,避免底座310相对调节板322发生偏移。同样地,调整完底座310的水平位置后,用户将调平锁紧螺丝穿设于底座310和底板上,从而将已调节相对水平状态的支架311锁紧固定。支架311的角度位置和相对水平状态锁紧操作简单,方便快速,提高了该治具300的实用性。需要说明的是,角度锁紧螺丝和/或调平锁紧螺丝可以是六角螺丝。
为了进一步提高该手表标记设备10的工作效率,如图2、图5所示,在一实施例中,所述治具300为两个,两所述治具300通过双平台直线电机400可交替移动至所述振镜扫描头220下方。
当治具300的数量为两个时,可以在第一个治具300上装载产品,然后按下启动按钮103,该治具300移动到标记工位上,在激光系统200对该治具300上的表槽600a内壁进行打标的同时,工人可以在对第二个治具300进行装载产品,并按下启动按钮103,第一个治具300完成标记后退回后,第二个治具300移动到标记工位,在激光系统200对第二个治具300上的表槽600a内壁进行打标的同时,工人可以对第一个治具300卸载产品并装载新产品,这样缩短了激光发生器210的等待时间,从而提高该手表标记设备10的工作效率。
需要说明的是,当手表600的规格不同时,通过双平台直线电机400调整治具300移动至振镜扫描头220下方的位置,使得安装工位位于振镜扫描头220的正下方,治具300上表槽600a内壁正对激光光束射出位置,从而适应不同规格的手表600表槽600a的标记,进一步提高了该手表标记设备10的适用性。
为了使不同治具300上的产品与振镜扫描头220的距离保持一致,如图2、图5至图6所示,在一实施例中,所述手表标记设备10还包括设于所述台面101的定位组件500,所述定位组件500位于所述激光发生器210的下方,所述定位组件500包括定位架510,所述定位架510上设有定位台520;所述治具300还包括推动所述固定组件313的推动组件330,当所述推动组件330推动所述固定组件313时,所述支架311或所述手表600与所述定位台520抵接。
通过支架311或手表600与定位台520抵接,使激光到支架311上产品的距离保持一致,保证基准一致性,减小因产品公差带来的误差,从而保证激光标记的效果。需要说明的是,如图3至4所示,推动组件330可以设于安装面312上,推动组件330包括顶升气缸331、第一导轨332和第一滑块333,第一滑块333上安装有固定组件313,通过顶升气缸331推动固定组件313,第一滑块333在第一导轨332上滑动,使得固定组件313在安装面312上上升或下降。为了防止第一滑块333在下滑时滑出第一导轨332,可以在第一导轨332的末端设置阻挡块334。可以理解的是,固定组件313上的第一导轨332和第一滑块333数量可以为多个,以平稳地推动固定组件313上的手表600。
考虑手表600表槽600a与振镜扫描头220之间的距离可能存在差别,如图3、图5至图6所示,在一实施例中,所述治具300的安装面312上设有安装板340,所述安装板340上设有所述固定组件313;所述推动组件330安装于所述安装面312,所述推动组件330可推动所述安装板340上升,以将所述安装板340上的手表600与所述定位台520抵接。
当对表槽600a进行激光标记时,推动组件330推动安装板340,安装板340上的固定组件313与手表600一起上升,固定组件313上的手表600与定位组件500的定位台520抵接,尽管不同规格手表600的长度不同,或者手表600在治具300上由于装配误差,表槽600a内壁与振镜扫描头220之间的距离也可以保持一致,进而消除因产品公差带来的误差,一方面保证了激光标记的效果,另一方面可以对不同规格手表600的表槽600a打标,进一步提高了该手表标记设备10的适用性。
由于治具300上的手表600与定位台520抵接,为了避免发生刚性碰撞,损坏手表600,如图3至4所示,可以再安装板340上设置固定块341和连接板342,固定块341固定于安装板340上,且固定块341与连接板342通过第一弹簧343连接,连接板342与安装板340之间设有第二滑轨344和第二滑块345,第二滑块345上设有连接板342,第二滑轨344设于安装板340上,当推动组件330推动安装板340上升时,固定组件313上的手表600与定位台520接触,连接板342与固定块341通过第一弹簧343柔性压合,第二滑块345在第二滑轨344上滑动,防止手表600与定位台520硬抵接,对手表600起到保护作用。
为了便于手表600定位,如图5至6所示,在一实施例中,所述定位台520底面设有定位块530,所述定位块530朝向所述治具300一面设有容纳部分手表600的容纳槽530a,所述定位台520上开设有贯穿所述容纳槽530a的标记口(未图示),所述激光发生器210发射的激光光束可穿过所述标记口至表槽600a的槽面。
完成手表600的装夹后,推动组件330推动固定组件313,将手表600顶到定位块530的容纳槽530a内,激光发生器210发射的激光光束穿过标记口,到达表槽600a的槽面上。如此,推动组件330推动固定组件313后,手表600与定位台520抵接位置固定,便于手表600地位的同时,也减小了同一批次不同手表600之间的加工误差,进一步保证激光的标记效果。需要说明的是,该定位块530可以采用聚醚醚酮(Polyetheretherketones,简称PEEK)材料制成。
为了保证激光标记的效果,如图2所示,在一实施例中,所述定位台520上转动安装有功率计540,当所述功率计540测定激光光束的功率,所述功率计540旋转至所述标记口的上方。
由于激光功率的稳定性影响激光标记的效果,通过检测激光的功率,确保激光标记的效果,进一步缩小同一批次不同手表600之间的加工误差。当需要测量激光的功率时,功率计540旋转到振镜扫描头220下方的测量位置,功率计540位于定位台520与振镜扫描头220之间,不测量时功率计540可旋转到不影响激光加工的位置。可以理解的是,功率计540通过旋转气缸进行移动。

Claims (10)
- 一种手表标记设备(10),用以对手表(600)表槽(600a)的内壁打标,其中,包括:机台(100),所述机台(100)具有台面(101);激光系统(200),所述激光系统(200)安装于所述台面(101),所述激光系统(200)包括激光发生器(210)和与所述激光发生器(210)连接的振镜扫描头(220),所述振镜扫描头(220)发射激光光束;治具(300),所述治具(300)安装于所述台面(101),所述治具(300)包括底座(310)和角度调节组件(320),所述底座(310)上设有支架(311),所述支架(311)具有安装手表(600)的安装面(312),所述安装面(312)具有安装工位,所述安装面(312)上设有固定组件(313),所述固定组件(313)包括固定压料件(314)和弹性压料件(315),所述弹性压料件(315)通过驱动组件与所述固定压料件(314)将手表(600)固定或松开于所述安装工位;其中,所述安装工位位于所述振镜扫描头(220)的下方,所述角度调节组件(320)用以调节所述安装面(312)与激光光束的角度。
- 如权利要求1所述的手表标记设备(10),其中,所述角度调节组件(320)包括多个角度调节螺丝,所述底座(310)上开设有多个角度调节螺孔(310a),且所述角度调节螺丝的螺杆螺接于所述角度调节螺孔(310a)内,所述角度调节螺丝的螺杆底面抵止于所述支架(311)的底面。
- 如权利要求2所述的手表标记设备(10),其中,所述角度调节组件(320)包括固定板(321)和调节板(322),所述固定板(321)固定于所述底座(310)上,且所述固定板(321)与所述支架(311)转动连接;所述调节板(322)与所述支架(311)固定连接,所述调节板(322)上开设有所述角度调节螺孔(310a),所述角度调节螺丝的螺杆底面抵止于所述底座(310)的顶面。
- 如权利要求3所述的手表标记设备(10),其中,所述治具(300)还包括底板和调平螺丝,所述底板上安装有所述底座(310),所述底座(310)上还开设有调平螺孔(310b),所述调平螺丝的螺杆螺接于所述调平螺孔(310b)内,所述调平螺丝的螺杆底面抵止于所述底板的顶面。
- 如权利要求4所述的手表标记设备(10),其中,所述治具(300)还包括角度锁紧螺丝,所述调节板(322)和所述底座(310)上均开设有角度锁紧螺孔(310c);和/或,所述治具(300)还包括调平锁紧螺丝,所述底座(310)和所述底板上均开设有调平锁紧螺孔(310d)。
- 如权利要求1至5任意一项所述的手表标记设备(10),其中,所述治具(300)为两个,两所述治具(300)通过双平台直线电机(400)可交替移动至所述振镜扫描头(220)下方。
- 如权利要求6所述的手表标记设备(10),其中,所述手表标记设备(10)还包括设于所述台面(101)的定位组件(500),所述定位组件(500)位于所述激光发生器(210)的下方,所述定位组件(500)包括定位架(510),所述定位架(510)上设有定位台(520);所述治具(300)还包括推动所述固定组件(313)的推动组件(330),当所述推动组件(330)推动所述固定组件(313)时,所述支架(311)或所述手表(600)与所述定位台(520)抵接。
- 如权利要求7所述的手表标记设备(10),其中,所述治具(300)的安装面(312)上设有安装板(340),所述安装板(340)上设有所述固定组件(313);所述推动组件(330)安装于所述安装面(312),所述推动组件(330)可推动所述安装板(340)上升,以将所述安装板(340)上的手表(600)与所述定位台(520)抵接。
- 如权利要求8所述的手表标记设备(10),其中,所述定位台(520)底面设有定位块(530),所述定位块(530)朝向所述治具(300)一面设有容纳部分手表(600)的容纳槽(530a),所述定位台(520)上开设有贯穿所述容纳槽(530a)的标记口,所述激光发生器(210)发射的激光光束可穿过所述标记口至表槽(600a)的槽面。
- 如权利要求9所述的手表标记设备(10),其中,所述定位台(520)上转动安装有功率计(540),当所述功率计(540)测定激光光束的功率,所述功率计(540)旋转至所述标记口的上方。
