具体的,伸缩杆3包括同轴设置的杆套31、支撑杆32和弹簧33,支撑杆32固设于轴套22的外侧壁上,杆套31的一端与支撑辊4固定连接,杆套的另一端伸入至支撑杆32内并与支撑杆32滑动连接,弹簧33固定于支撑杆32内,杆套31与支撑杆32通过弹簧33弹性连接。通过设置杆套31、支撑杆32和弹簧33组成的伸缩杆3,使支撑杆32可以在杆套31内弹性的伸缩,支撑杆32在杆套31内具有限位结构,该限位结构的设置与目前的气弹簧伸缩杆结构类似,如在杆套31的端部设置一个直径较小的端盖,支撑杆32上设置一个能滑动在杆套31内的圆盘,形成限位结构,此类结构为本技术领域常规技术方案,本申请中不再赘述,该限位结构可以避免支撑杆32弹出杆套31。在与包装瓶接触时,支撑杆32会跟随支撑辊4对包装瓶表面持续挤压,可以根据包装瓶表面的凹凸情况进行伸缩,从而使外侧的抚标带1始终能够贴合在包装瓶表面。
具体的,抚标带1包括橡胶层11和接触层12,接触层12粘附固定于橡胶层11的外侧壁上,橡胶层11的内侧壁上固设有若干个第一啮齿13,接触层12为无纺布或皮革。支撑辊4的外侧壁上固设有与第一啮齿13配合的第二啮齿 41,第二啮齿41与第一啮齿13啮合传动,橡胶层11与第一啮齿13均为橡胶材料,具有较好的韧性,适用于多次弯曲折叠的情况;无纺布或皮革的接触层12可以对产品表面进行保护,避免造成摩擦损伤,内侧设置的第一啮齿13可以与支撑辊4外壁的第二啮齿41配合,可以避免抚标带1在传动的过程中打滑,让抚标带1与支撑辊4同步运动。抚标带在因为伸缩杆的伸缩运动出现变形的情况下,在凹陷部分可能会出现第一啮齿和第二啮齿的局部脱离,但由于抚标带会受到平提的挤压,且凹陷部分在由于整个啮合部件中的占比较小,整个啮合部分的大部分还是啮合在一起的,这样抚标带反弹回来仍会啮合在一起,不会出现始终脱离的状况。
具体的,张紧组件5包括一弹簧伸缩杆51、一第一转轴52和两个第二转轴53,其中弹簧伸缩杆的中心轴线方向在水平面上垂直于所述安装轴的中心轴线方向,其中第一、二转轴的中心轴线均与所述安装轴的中心轴线平行。弹簧伸缩杆51的一端固定于机体上,弹簧伸缩杆的另一端转动连接(该转动连接方式为通过轴承连接的方式转动连接)有第一转轴52,且该第一转轴能够在弹簧伸缩杆的伸缩带动下沿弹簧伸缩杆中心轴线方向朝所述安装轴方向往复移动,该弹簧伸缩杆的伸缩运动可以通过常规小型气缸等驱动方式进行驱动或者通过弹簧的伸缩量进行调节。两所述第二转轴转动连接(第二转轴53通过轴承连接的方式转动连接在机体上)在机体上且呈对称分布在第一转轴52的两侧,第一转轴52贴合在抚标带1的外壁,两个第二转轴53贴合于抚标带1的内壁,第一转轴52、第二转轴53均与抚标带1转动连接。通过设置张紧组件5,可以在抚标带1在运动过程中,多出或者减少抚标带1的长度能够由弹簧伸缩杆51的伸缩量进行补偿,使抚标带1始终能够与支撑辊4保持紧密的啮合状态,避免松动。
具体的,相邻两个伸缩杆3的夹角为5°~45°,可以根据包装瓶外壁凹凸的曲率程度,来设置伸缩杆3之间的夹角,以使抚标带1能够在伸缩杆3的作用 下,紧贴在包装瓶的外壁上。
具体实施例2
请参阅图6,本具体实施例提供以下技术方案:与实施例1不同的是,伸缩杆3的端部固定连接支撑板4a,支撑板4a为弧形板,且支撑板4a的外侧壁上固设有与抚标带1配合的第二啮齿41,支撑板4a的曲率相对于辊形的支撑辊4更大,适用于包装瓶外壁凹凸变化程度更小的包装瓶。
本实用新型的工作原理及使用流程:当包装瓶经过贴标机构200将标签贴附后,在输送机构100的带动下,流动到抚标机构处,外侧的抚标带1会与包装瓶接触,在摩擦力的带动下使轴套22在轴芯21上转动,使外侧的抚标带1持续挤压包装瓶将标签抚平,通过设置杆套31、支撑杆32和弹簧33组成的伸缩杆3,使支撑杆32可以在杆套31内弹性的伸缩,支撑杆32在杆套31内具有限位结构,可以避免支撑杆32弹出杆套31,在与包装瓶接触时,支撑杆32会跟随支撑辊4对包装瓶表面持续挤压,可以根据包装瓶表面的凹凸情况进行伸缩,从而使外侧的抚标带1始终能够贴合在包装瓶表面。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种全自动贴标机用异形面的抚标机构,其特征在于:包括呈镜像对称设置在输送机构(100)两侧且中心轴线垂直于输送平面的安装轴(2),所述安装轴(2)的外侧壁上绕其周向并沿径向呈辐射状设置有若干个均匀分布的伸缩杆(3);所述伸缩杆(3)的一端与安装轴(2)固定连接,伸缩杆的另一端固定连接有支撑辊(4),且该支撑辊的中心轴线与所述安装轴的中心轴线相互平行;若干个所述支撑辊(4)的外部共同套设有一抚标带(1),该抚标带(1)与支撑辊(4)啮合传动;所述抚标带(1)上远离所述输送机构(100)的一侧设有张紧组件(5),该张紧组件(5)与机体固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动贴标机用异形面的抚标机构,其特征在于:所述安装轴(2)包括轴芯(21)和同轴活动套设于该轴芯上的轴套(22),所述轴芯(21)固定连接于机体上,所述轴套(22)与轴芯(21)摩擦转动连接,若干个所述伸缩杆(3)的一端均固定安装在所述轴套(22)的外侧壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的全自动贴标机用异形面的抚标机构,其特征在于:所述伸缩杆(3)包括同轴设置的杆套(31)、支撑杆(32)和弹簧(33),所述支撑杆(32)固设于轴套(22)的外侧壁上,所述杆套(31)的一端与所述支撑辊(4)固定连接,所述杆套的另一端伸入至所述支撑杆(32)内并与该支撑杆(32)滑动连接,所述弹簧(33)固定于所述支撑杆(32)内,所述杆套(31)与支撑杆(32)通过所述弹簧(33)弹性连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动贴标机用异形面的抚标机构,其特征在于:所述抚标带(1)包括橡胶层(11)和接触层(12),所述接触层(12)粘附固定于所述橡胶层(11)的外侧壁上,所述橡胶层(11)的内侧壁上固设有若干个第一啮齿(13)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的全自动贴标机用异形面的抚标机构,其特征在于:所述支撑辊(4)的外侧壁上固设有与第一啮齿(13)配合的第二啮齿(41),该第二啮齿(41)与所述第一啮齿(13)啮合传动。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动贴标机用异形面的抚标机构,其特征在于:所述张紧组件(5)包括一弹簧伸缩杆(51)、一第一转轴(52)和两个第二转轴(53),其中弹簧伸缩杆的中心轴线方向在水平面上垂直于所述安装轴的中心轴线方向,其中第一、二转轴的中心轴线均与所述安装轴的中心轴线平行;所述弹簧伸缩杆(51)的一端固定于机体上,弹簧伸缩杆的另一端转动连接有所述第一转轴(52),且该第一转轴能够在弹簧伸缩杆的伸缩带动下沿弹簧伸缩杆中心轴线方向朝所述安装轴方向往复移动;两所述第二转轴固定连接在机体上且呈对称分布在第一转轴(52)的两侧;所述第一转轴(52)贴合在抚标带(1)的外壁,两个所述第二转轴(53)贴合于抚标带(1)的内壁,所述第一转轴(52)、第二转轴(53)均与所述抚标带(1)转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的全自动贴标机用异形面的抚标机构,其特征在于:所述接触层(12)为无纺布或皮革。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动贴标机用异形面的抚标机构,其特征在于:相邻两个所述伸缩杆(3)的夹角为5°~45°。
