本申请的地坪研磨机包括主体支架、磨盘、第一移动轮、第二移动轮;当磨盘处于第一位置且第二移动轮处于避让位置时,磨盘上的研磨件与地面接触且第二移动轮与地面不接触,此时,地坪研磨机可以对地面进行研磨;当磨盘处于第二位置且第二移动轮处于行走位置时,磨盘距离地面一定高度,且第二移动轮与第一移动轮共同与地面接触,以支撑该地坪研磨机,此时,可以对研磨件进行更换,第二移动轮与第一移动轮还可以带动地坪研磨机行驶。可见,该地坪研磨机可以实现便捷更换研磨件,以解决现有需人工搬动设备才可更换研磨件的作业方式,降低操作者劳动强度,提高作业效率;并且,地坪研磨机更换研磨件时整机无需倾斜,即主体支架与安装在其上面的水箱等附件也不会造成倾斜,不会导致水箱里的水溢出;且由于主体支架的位置不会发生变化,也便于外挂大型工业吸尘器;此外,地坪研磨机在转场时便于行走,省时省力。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
本申请提供了一种地坪研磨机,请参考图1至图6,包括:主体支架10;磨盘20,与主体支架10连接,磨盘20具有用于研磨地面的第一位置和用于更换设置在其上的研磨件30的第二位置,磨盘20在第一位置和第二位置之间可切换地设置;第一移动轮40,设置在主体支架10上;第二移动轮50,与主体支架10连接,第二移动轮50具有沿地面移动的行走位置和远离地面的避让位置,第二移动轮50在行走位置和避让位置之间可切换地设置;其中,地坪研磨机具有用于研磨地面的第一工作状态和用于行驶或更换研磨件30的第二工作状态,在磨盘20处于第一位置且第二移动轮50处于避让位置时,地坪研磨机处于第一工作状态;在磨盘20处于第二位置且第二移动轮50处于行走位置时,地坪研磨机处于第二工作状态。
本申请的地坪研磨机包括主体支架10、磨盘20、第一移动轮40、第二移动轮50;当磨盘20处于第一位置且第二移动轮50处于避让位置时,磨盘20上的研磨件30与地面接触且第二移动轮50与地面不接触,此时,地坪研磨机可以对地面进行研磨;当磨盘20处于第二位置且第二移动轮50处于行走位置时,磨盘20距离地面一定高度,且第二移动轮50与第一移动轮40共同与地面接触,以支撑该地坪研磨机,此时,可以对研磨件30进行更换,第二移动轮50与第一移动轮40还可以带动地坪研磨机行驶。可见,该地坪研磨机可以实现便捷更换研磨件,以解决现有需人工搬动设备才可更换研磨件的作业方式,降低操作者劳动强度,提高作业效率;并且,地坪研磨机更换研磨件时整机无需倾斜,即主体支架与安装在其上面的水箱等附件也不会造成倾斜,不会导致水箱里的水溢出;且由于主体支架的位置不会发生变化,也便于外挂大型工业吸尘器;此外,地坪研磨机在转场时便于行走,省时省力。
具体地,当磨盘20在第一位置时,磨盘20用于对地面进行打磨,此时,磨盘20的打磨端与地面处于平行或近乎平行的位置;当磨盘20在第二位置时,磨盘20距离地面一定高度,且磨盘20的打磨端与地面相倾斜。
具体地,研磨件30为刀头或研磨片,研磨件30固定在磨盘20的底部;刀头和研磨片均为易耗品,需经常更换。其中,刀头用于粗磨,研磨片用于细磨。
在本实施例中,地坪研磨机还包括伸缩件60,伸缩件60与主体支架10和磨盘20均连接,伸缩件60的至少部分可伸缩地设置,以带动磨盘20在第一位置和第二位置之间切换。
在本实施例中,地坪研磨机还包括第一支撑件70,第一支撑件70的第一连接端与磨盘20铰接,第一支撑件70的第二连接端与主体支架10铰接;伸缩件60与第一支撑件70铰接,伸缩件60与第一支撑件70的连接处位于第一连接端和第二连接端之间。这样的设置使得伸缩件60和第一支撑件70带动磨盘20在预定角度内摆动。
在本实施例中,第一支撑件70包括第一支撑部71和第二支撑部72,第一支撑部71和第二支撑部72相倾斜地设置;第一支撑部71的一端与第二支撑部72连接,第一支撑部71的另一端与磨盘20铰接;第二支撑部72远离第一支撑部71的一端与主体支架10铰接;伸缩件60与第一支撑部71和主体支架10均铰接,以使磨盘20绕第二支撑部72和主体支架10的连接处转动。
具体地,第一支撑部71和第二支撑部72呈预定角度设置。
具体地,第一支撑部71通过第一连接轴140与磨盘20铰接,第二支撑部72通过第二连接轴150与主体支架10铰接,以使第一支撑件70绕着第二连接轴150上下摆动。
在本实施例中,伸缩件60具有固定部61和伸缩部62,伸缩部62与固定部61连接且相对固定部61可伸缩地设置,伸缩部62与主体支架10铰接,固定部61与磨盘20铰接。
具体地,固定部61通过第三连接轴160与第一支撑部71铰接,伸缩部62通过第四连接轴170与主体支架10铰接。
具体地,伸缩件60为电缸或液压缸或手动丝杠,伸缩件60具有伸缩功能,并能承受拉力和压力。
在本实施例中,地坪研磨机还包括第二支撑件80,第二支撑件80的一端与主体支架10连接,第二移动轮50设置在第二支撑件80的另一端;第二支撑件80相对主体支架10可转动地设置,以带动第二移动轮50在行走位置和避让位置之间切换。
具体地,第二支撑件80通过第五连接轴180与主体支架10连接,以使第二支撑件80绕第五连接轴180转动。
在本实施例中,地坪研磨机还包括锁紧部90,锁紧部90设置在主体支架10上,锁紧部90用于将第二支撑件80与主体支架10锁紧或解锁。
具体地,锁紧部90为弹性销,这样的设置使得第二支撑件80的锁紧和解锁均方便操作。
在本实施例中,地坪研磨机还包括第一驱动装置100,第一驱动装置100与磨盘20驱动连接,以带动磨盘20转动;其中,第一支撑件70远离主体支架10的一端与第一驱动装置100连接。
具体地,第一驱动装置100为电机。
在本实施例中,地坪研磨机还包括第二驱动装置110,第二驱动装置110设置在主体支架10上,第二驱动装置110与第一移动轮40连接,以带动第一移动轮40转动。这样的设置可以使第一移动轮40带动地坪研磨机行驶,即第一移动轮40为驱动轮。
具体地,第二移动轮50为万向轮。
具体地,第二驱动装置110为电机。
在本实施例中,地坪研磨机还包括水箱120和蓄电池130,水箱120和蓄电池130均设置在主体支架10上。这样的设置保证水箱120内的水不会溢出,且蓄电池130可以用于给第二驱动装置110供电。
具体实施时,如图1所示,当地坪研磨机处于第一工作状态时,第二支撑件位于主体支架的左上方,并由弹性销锁紧,使第二支撑件与主体支架相对固定。此时,电缸(即伸缩件)处于全伸状态,磨盘与其上的刀头(或研磨片)直接与地面接触,当第一驱动装置转动时,带动磨盘,由磨盘带动刀头(或研磨片)对地面进行研磨。
具体实施时,如图4所示,当地坪研磨机处于第二工作状态时,第二支撑件位于主体支架的左下方,并由弹性销锁紧,使第二支撑件与主体支架相对固定,且第二移动轮与地面接触。此时,电缸处于全缩状态,磨盘与其上的刀头(或研磨片)未与地面接触,并离地面一定高度。此时可以非常方便将磨盘底部的刀头(或研磨片)进行更换。此时,只有磨盘、第一驱动装置、第一支撑件的位置状态发生了倾斜,但主体支架与地坪研磨机研磨时的状态一致,依然处于水平状态。因此,安装在主体支架上的水箱也处于水平状态,水箱不会因为磨盘的提升而溢水,也便于地坪研磨机后部外挂吸尘器。
当操作者需要更换刀头(或研磨片)时,即从图1状态转至图4时,需先将与主体支架固定在一起的弹性销拔开,将第二支撑件绕着第五连接轴由图1摆动到图4状态,再将弹性销插上,使得第二支撑件与主体支架固定在一起。然后操作电缸回缩,磨盘将与第一支撑件一起绕着第二连接轴向上摆动,当电缸全缩时,磨盘停止运动,提升完成,如图4所示。此时,可以方便地更换刀头(或研磨片),或者用于机器自动转场行走,即由一个施工地点自动转移至另外一个施工地点。
当操作者更换刀头(或研磨片)结束,需要继续研磨时,即从图4状态转至图1时,需操作电缸往外伸出,磨盘将与第一支撑件一起绕着第二连接轴向下摆动,当电缸全伸时,磨盘上的刀头(或研磨片)与地面接触,再将与主体支架固定在一起的弹性销拔开,将第一支 撑件绕着第五连接轴由图4装摆动到图1状态,再将弹性销插上,使得第一支撑件与主体支架固定在一起,如图1所示。
当操作者需要将地坪研磨机从一个作业点转移至另外一个区域时,如地库负一楼转至地库负二楼,由于本申请中的地坪研磨机配有行走的蓄电池与第二驱动装置,只需将地坪研磨机调整至图4状态后,启动行走电源开关,地坪研磨机就可以自动远距离行走,既不需要外部车辆转运,又无需人工推着设备移动,转场省时省力。
本申请的地坪研磨机的伸缩件可以自动将磨盘提升至第二位置,操作手可以轻松更换刀头或研磨片,当刀头或研磨片更换完成之后,伸缩件可以自动将磨盘降落至地面,整个过程,地坪研磨机的主体支架位置状态并不会发生改变,操作简单省力,安装在主体支架上的水箱等部件也不会倾斜,因此,便于很好的使用地坪研磨机的喷水喷雾功能以及外挂工业吸尘器等。
本申请的地坪研磨机在转场时可以自动行走,无需人工推动,省时省力。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本申请上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
本申请的地坪研磨机包括主体支架10、磨盘20、第一移动轮40、第二移动轮50;当磨盘20处于第一位置且第二移动轮50处于避让位置时,磨盘20上的研磨件30与地面接触且第二移动轮50与地面不接触,此时,地坪研磨机可以对地面进行研磨;当磨盘20处于第二位置且第二移动轮50处于行走位置时,磨盘20距离地面一定高度,且第二移动轮50与第一移动轮40共同与地面接触,以支撑该地坪研磨机,此时,可以对研磨件30进行更换,第二移动轮50与第一移动轮40还可以带动地坪研磨机行驶。可见,该地坪研磨机可以实现便捷更换研磨件,以解决现有需人工搬动设备才可更换研磨件的作业方式,降低操作者劳动强度,提高作业效率;并且,地坪研磨机更换研磨件时整机无需倾斜,即主体支架与安装在其上面的水箱等附件也不会造成倾斜,不会导致水箱里的水溢出;且由于主体支架的位置不会发生变化,也便于外挂大型工业吸尘器;此外,地坪研磨机在转场时便于行走,省时省力。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种地坪研磨机,其特征在于,包括:
    主体支架;
    磨盘,与所述主体支架连接,所述磨盘具有用于研磨地面的第一位置和用于更换设置在其上的研磨件的第二位置,所述磨盘在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间可切换地设置;
    第一移动轮,设置在所述主体支架上;
    第二移动轮,与所述主体支架连接,所述第二移动轮具有沿地面移动的行走位置和远离地面的避让位置,所述第二移动轮在所述行走位置和所述避让位置之间可切换地设置;
    其中,所述地坪研磨机具有用于研磨地面的第一工作状态和用于行驶或更换所述研磨件的第二工作状态,在所述磨盘处于所述第一位置且所述第二移动轮处于所述避让位置时,所述地坪研磨机处于第一工作状态;在所述磨盘处于所述第二位置且所述第二移动轮处于所述行走位置时,所述地坪研磨机处于所述第二工作状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的地坪研磨机,其特征在于,所述地坪研磨机还包括:
    伸缩件,与所述主体支架和所述磨盘均连接,所述伸缩件的至少部分可伸缩地设置,以带动所述磨盘在所述第一位置和所述第二位置之间切换。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的地坪研磨机,其特征在于,所述地坪研磨机还包括:
    第一支撑件,所述第一支撑件的第一连接端与所述磨盘铰接,所述第一支撑件的第二连接端与所述主体支架铰接;所述伸缩件与所述第一支撑件铰接,所述伸缩件与所述第一支撑件的连接处位于所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的地坪研磨机,其特征在于,所述第一支撑件包括第一支撑部和第二支撑部,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部相倾斜地设置;所述第一支撑部的一端与所述第二支撑部连接,所述第一支撑部的另一端与所述磨盘铰接;所述第二支撑部远离所述第一支撑部的一端与所述主体支架铰接;所述伸缩件与所述第一支撑部和所述主体支架均铰接,以使所述磨盘绕所述第二支撑部和所述主体支架的连接处转动。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的地坪研磨机,其特征在于,所述伸缩件具有固定部和伸缩部,所述伸缩部与所述固定部连接且相对所述固定部可伸缩地设置,所述伸缩部与所述主体支架连接,所述固定部与所述磨盘连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的地坪研磨机,其特征在于,所述地坪研磨机还包括:
    第二支撑件,所述第二支撑件的一端与所述主体支架连接,所述第二移动轮设置在所述第二支撑件的另一端;所述第二支撑件相对所述主体支架可转动地设置,以带动所述第二移动轮在所述行走位置和所述避让位置之间切换。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的地坪研磨机,其特征在于,所述地坪研磨机还包括:
    锁紧部,设置在所述主体支架上,所述锁紧部用于将所述第二支撑件与所述主体支架锁紧或解锁。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的地坪研磨机,其特征在于,所述地坪研磨机还包括:
    第一驱动装置,与所述磨盘驱动连接,以带动所述磨盘转动;
    其中,所述第一支撑件远离所述主体支架的一端与所述第一驱动装置连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的地坪研磨机,其特征在于,所述地坪研磨机还包括:
    第二驱动装置,设置在所述主体支架上,所述第二驱动装置与所述第一移动轮连接,以带动所述第一移动轮转动。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的地坪研磨机,其特征在于,所述地坪研磨机还包括水箱和蓄电池,所述水箱和所述蓄电池均设置在所述主体支架上。
