Abstract

L'invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur qui améliore la résistance d'une ailette ondulée, améliorant ainsi les propriétés de drainage d'eau condensée ; un climatiseur ; et un procédé de fabrication d'un échangeur de chaleur. Un échangeur de chaleur selon la présente invention comprend : une pluralité de tubes de transfert de chaleur plats (1) dans lesquels est formé un trajet d'écoulement à travers lequel s'écoule un fluide frigorigène et une section transversale perpendiculaire à une direction du trajet d'écoulement est une surface plate, et qui sont agencés de façon à se faire face et à être espacés l'un de l'autre sur une surface (1a) le long d'une direction longitudinale de la surface plate ; et une ailette ondulée (2A) qui est disposée entre les tubes de transfert de chaleur plats (1) et a une partie en saillie (21) qui est une partie faisant saillie à partir d'une extrémité (1b) des tubes de transfert de chaleur plats (1) dans une direction longitudinale, la partie en saillie (21) présentant une partie repliée (23) formée par pliage de l'extrémité faisant saillie dans la direction longitudinale vers un côté de surface de l'ailette ondulée (2A), et une longueur L1 de l'ordre de laquelle la partie en saillie (21) fait saillie à partir de l'extrémité (1b) du tube de transfert de chaleur plat (1) et une longueur L2 de l'ordre de laquelle la partie arrière repliée (23) est repliée, dans la direction longitudinale, satisfaisant la relation L2/L1<1.
