前記表示制御部は、前記工程視点の工程特性要因タイムライン画面での製品の選択操作に応じて製造品視点の工程特性要因タイムライン画面を表示させるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可視化システム。 - 製品の製造単位毎に、第1の工程の時間軸における前記第1の工程の開始時刻又は終了時刻と、前記第1の工程に続く第2の工程の時間軸であって前記第1の工程の時間軸と平行な時間軸における前記第2の工程の開始時刻又は終了時刻と、を結ぶ線分を生成する第2生成部をさらに含み、
前記表示制御部は、各製造工程に対応した各時間軸及び前記第2生成部によって生成された線分を配置した製造タイムライン画面を前記ディスプレイ装置に表示させるとともに、前記製造タイムライン画面において、いずれかの製品を選択可能に制御し、
前記第1生成部は、前記製造タイムライン画面で選択された製品が通過する複数の製造工程全体の時間経過と同期させた工程特性要因のタイムラインオブジェクトを生成し、
前記表示制御部は、前記製造タイムライン画面での製品の選択操作に応じて製造品視点の工程特性要因タイムライン画面を表示させるように制御し、
前記表示制御部は、製造品視点の工程特性要因タイムライン画面において、いずれかの製造工程を選択可能に制御し、
前記第1生成部は、前記製造品視点の工程特性要因タイムライン画面で製造工程が選択された場合に、選択された前記製造工程の時間経過に同期させた工程特性要因のタイムラインオブジェクトを生成し、
前記表示制御部は、前記製造タイムライン画面での製造工程の選択操作に応じて工程視点の工程特性要因タイムライン画面を表示させるように制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可視化システム。 - 工程特性要因は、各工程特性要因に属する1つ以上の項目を含み、
前記経時履歴情報は、前記項目別に蓄積されており、
前記表示制御部は、前記項目の項目選択画面を生成して前記ディスプレイ装置に表示させるとともに、選択される項目の前記経時履歴情報に基づいて、工程特性要因に属する前記項目の状態又は変化を表す項目別表示オブジェクトを生成して前記時間軸に配置し、工程特性要因のタイムラインオブジェクトを生成することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の可視化システム。 - 前記表示制御部は、前記ディスプレイ装置に表示された工程特性要因タイムライン画面において任意の時間範囲を指定可能に制御するとともに、指定された時間範囲の区画する補助線を表示することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の可視化システム。
- 工程特性要因は、前記製造工程における機械・設備(Machine)、作業者(Man)、原料・材料(Material)、作業方法(Method)を少なくとも含むことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の可視化システム。
- 複数の製造工程を順に経て製造される製品の製造単位毎の各工程における開始時刻又は終了時刻を含む製造ログ情報を記憶する第1記憶部と、
製造工程において、品質特性に影響する要因となる各工程特性要因の経時履歴情報を記憶する第2記憶部と、
前記製造ログ情報の時間経過に同期させた工程特性要因の時間軸を生成するとともに、前記経時履歴情報に基づいて工程特性要因の状態又は変化を表す表示オブジェクトを生成して前記時間軸に配置し、工程特性要因のタイムラインオブジェクトを生成する第1生成部と、
複数の工程特性要因それぞれの各タイムラインオブジェクトを並列配置した工程特性要因タイムライン画面をディスプレイ装置に表示させる表示制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする可視化装置。 - 製品が複数の製造工程を順に経て製造される製造ラインで発生した工程特性要因の変化を表示する、コンピュータによって実行されるプログラムであって、
製品の製造単位毎の各工程における開始時刻又は終了時刻を含む製造ログ情報を記憶する第1機能と、
製造工程において、品質特性に影響する要因となる各工程特性要因の経時履歴情報を記憶する第2機能と、
前記製造ログ情報の時間経過に同期させた工程特性要因の時間軸を生成するとともに、前記経時履歴情報に基づいて工程特性要因の状態又は変化を表す表示オブジェクトを生成して前記時間軸に配置し、工程特性要因のタイムラインオブジェクトを生成する第3機能と、
複数の工程特性要因それぞれの各タイムラインオブジェクトを並列配置した工程特性要因タイムライン画面をディスプレイ装置に表示させる第4機能と、
をコンピュータに実現させるプログラム。
