作为上述技术进一步优化:移动件上设置有2个旋转件,在安装盒上设置与两个旋转件对应配合的两个移动槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明由一个转动轴独立支撑着座体,座体与转动轴很灵活转动,克服了两个轴枢转座体时带来的干扰和工艺高的要求,以及摆幅小的缺点。通过限定件与限定配合件相对产生距离移动而限定座体与转动轴所需的角度,所以在转动轴转动时通过座体与转动轴设定不同的角度,本发明不但可以实现一种摆动模式,具有摆幅大,成本低,结构简单、座体稳固的特点的儿童摇椅,还能同时实现两种不同的摆动模式,具有摆幅大,成本低,结构简单、座体稳固的特点的儿童摇椅。
为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例的技术方案,下面将结合附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明具体实施方式,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动性的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。

现在参考附图1-图14描述本发明的实施例。
如图1一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:包括座体1、支撑架2、座体限定机构3,支撑架2包括驱动机构4,驱动机构4包括驱动电机5、驱动电机动力输出部6、转动轴7,座体1用于乘载儿童,转动轴7为一个转动轴7独立支撑着座体1,一个转动轴7的一端枢转设置在支撑架2上与驱动电机动力输出部6固接,转动轴7的另一端与座体1枢转,转动轴7与支撑架2的枢接点与地面的垂直线偏离转动轴7与座体1的枢接点与地面的垂直线,座体限定机构3包括限定件9和与限定件9配合的限定配合件10,限定件9与限定配合件10活动连接,当转动轴7转动时,转动轴7与座体1相对发生转动,座体限定机构3限定座体1与转动轴7的夹角保持所设定的角度。
如图1所示限定件9与限定配合件10相对发生距离移动的活动连接,转动轴7转动时,限定件9与限定配合件10相对发生距离移动从而限定座体1与转动轴7的夹角保持所设定的角度。限定件9与限定配合件10发生距离移动,限定件9与转动轴7保持所限定的角度,更容易实现此功能,结构更简单。
如图1所示限定件9与座体1连接,限定件9与座体1的连接点与地面的垂直线偏离转动轴7的另一端与座体1的枢接点与地面的垂直线,限定配合件10设置在支撑架2上,这是优选方案,其优点是当转动轴7转动,限定件9跟随座体1与限定配合件10相对发生距离移动时,座体1上的移动件9始终会与转动轴7座体1的枢接点保持固定距离从而防止座体1绕转动轴7转动,通过限定件9与座体1的连接偏离转动轴心产生力臂,当限定件9相对限定配合件10产生距离移动时,限定座体1与转动轴7所设定的角度更省力,从而使得转动轴7摆动更顺畅,同时有力臂后座体1更加稳固。限定件9与限定配合件10的设置位置有不同,如图12限定件9设置在安装盒8上,限定配合件10与座体1活动连接,所以不管是那种情况都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示支撑架2包括底座14和安装盒8,安装盒8与底座14连接,限定件9为移动件9,限定配合件10为移动槽10,当转动轴7转动时移动件9相对移动槽10移动,通过移动槽10限定移动件9,结构简单,容易实现。移动件9设置在座体1上,移动件9配合的移动槽10设置在安装盒8上,移动件9与座体1连接,把移动槽10设置在安装盒8上结构简单。
如图4所示在移动件9上设置有旋转件11,旋转件11能绕移动件9旋转,旋转 件11与移动槽10的面配合,通过在移动槽10上设置旋转件11与移动槽10的面积配合,从而减小摩擦使儿童摇椅摆动顺畅,旋转件11有很多种,在移动件9上设置的旋转件11为轴承。
移动槽10为弧形槽是优选方案,当转动轴7设置为从低到高再到低转动,弧形槽设置从低到高再到低,如图1所示,当转动轴7在低处时移动槽10的移动件9也在低处,如图2所示,当转动轴7转到高处时移动件9也在移动槽10的高处,如图3所示,当转动轴7在低处时移动槽10的移动件9也在低处,如图1、图2,图3是转动轴7从起点到终点也是从低处到高处再到低处的运动过程,也是移动件9从低处到高处再到低处的运动过程。如图1、图2、图3所示所说明的移动槽10为弧形槽。当转动轴7转动时,转动轴7转动时座体1随转动轴7的摆动相对支撑架2不会发生角度变化,只相对支撑架2发生距离移动摆动,如图9和图10移动槽10是弧形槽,如图10是优选方案,其优点是移动槽10变得更平一些接近于直线,从而使得转动轴7更顺畅,从图7至图10说明座体1既相对支撑架2发生距离移动的前后摆动,同时座体1又相对支撑架2发生角度变化的左右摆动,所以本发明可以同时实现两种不同摆动模式,且实现成本低,功能好的特点,以上说明移动槽10是有多种形状的,无论什么样的形状都属于本发明的保护范围。
移动件9从移动槽10的起点移动到终点的运动轨迹线为弧线,弧线的最高点与弧线的两个端点的连线的垂直线短于转动轴7从起点摆动到终点所形成的弧线最高点与弧线的两个端点的垂直线,移动槽10为弧形槽。这是一种优选实施方式,如图9和图10移动槽10是弧形槽,如图10是优选方案,其优点是移动槽10的弧线的弧度变小,从而使得转动轴7更顺畅,从图7至图10说明座体1既相对支撑架2发生距离移动的前后摆动,同时座体1又相对支撑架2发生角度变化的左右摆动,所以本发明可以同时实现两种不同摆动模式,且实现成本低,功能好的特点,以上说明移动槽10是有多种形状的,无论什么样的形状都属于本发明的保护范围。
移动件9从移动槽10的起点移动到终点的运动轨迹线为弧线,弧线的最高点与弧线的两个端点的连线的垂直线与转动轴7从起点摆动到终点所形成的弧线最高点与弧线的两个端点的垂直线的长度相同,移动槽10为弧形槽。是另一种实施方式,如图1所示,当转动轴7在低处时移动槽10的移动件9也在低处,如图2所示,当转动轴7转到高处时移动件9也在移动槽10的高处,如图3所示,当转动轴7在低处时移动槽 10的移动件9也在低处,如图1、图2,图3是转动轴7从起点到终点也是从低处到高处再到低处的运动过程,也是移动件9从低处到高处再到低处的运动过程。所以当转动轴7转动时,转动轴7转动时座体1随转动轴7的摆动相对支撑架2不会发生角度变化,只相对支撑架2发生距离移动摆动,移动槽10可以是很多种形状,如图12波浪形槽,当然也可以是U形槽或V形槽,无论那种形状都不影响本发明的保护范围。
如图14是另一种实施方式,转动轴7从起点摆到终点时,移动件9从移动槽10的起点移动到终点所形成的运动轨迹线为直线,移动槽10为直线槽。这是另一种实施方案,当移动槽10为直线槽时座体1相对支撑架2发生的角度很大。
如图1所示移动件9与移动槽10的配合点与移动槽10分布在转动轴7的一侧,如此分布是防止座体1绕转动轴7转动。
如图1所示移动件9与座体1的连接点与座体1与转动轴7的枢接点的连线垂直于座体1与转动轴7的枢接点与地面的垂直线移动件9与座体1的连接点与座体1与转动轴7的枢接点的连线垂直于移动件9与移动槽10的配合点与移动件9与座体1连接点的连线,只有在这个状态下对于限定座体1绕转动轴7转动的效果是最好的。
如图5所示当座体1为左右移动时移动槽为斜面槽,斜面槽斜向朝座体1的后方向。斜面槽斜向朝座体1的后方向设置是为了儿童坐到座体1后防止座体1向后倾斜,座体1向后倾斜后限定件9与限定件9上的旋转件11卡住。斜面槽斜向朝座体1的后方向就是为了座体1移动或摆动顺畅。
如图6所示移动槽10大致对称地设置在转动轴7转动到最高位时在安装盒8上的投影线的两侧,使得移动槽10在安装盒8上布局合理化,从而减小安装盒8的体积。
移动槽10靠近转动轴7与安装盒8枢接点设置。通过上述设置安装盒8的体积减小,且安装盒8的外观更美观。
驱动机构4还包括设置在驱动电机5上的传感器12,还包括驱动电机5上连接有减速齿轮组13,传感器12能控制驱动电机5持续往复正反转动,从而使得转动轴7持续往复正反转动。通过传感器12检测转动轴7转动的角度以及驱动电机5正反转,控制座体1的移动距离,通过减速齿轮组13来降速和增力,结构简洁,成本低。转动轴7倾斜设置在安装盒8上,通过上述驱动机构4的设置能降低成本,转动轴7倾斜设置在安装盒8上,与座体1枢接使座体1产生动能和势能的转换,达到省力的目的。
如图13移动件9上设置有2个旋转件11,在安装盒8上设置与两个旋转件11 对应配合的两个移动槽10,设定两个旋转件11的目的是防止移动件9相对移动槽10移动时跟随座体1绕转动轴7转动。
本发明一种儿童摇椅具有摆幅大,成本低,座体1稳固,结构简单,同时可以设置成两种不同的摆动模式,克服了市场上摆幅小,工艺要求高,只能单一摆动的缺点。本发明结构简单、成本低,摇椅座体1稳固,可以同时实现两种不同的摆动模式,是经过工程师长期精心研究所发明出来的,不是本领域人员所容易想到的,不属于公众常识,本发明所阐述的一端和另一端只是用描述事物的名称区分,可以理解为事物的顶端也可以理解为事物的一段。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施例对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,也可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效的或者被本领域技术人员所熟知的其他方式实施本发明。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施例中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。
Claims (16)
- 一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:包括座体、支撑架、座体限定机构,支撑架包括驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机、驱动电机动力输出部、转动轴,所述座体用于乘载儿童,所述转动轴为一个转动轴,其独立支撑着座体,所述转动轴的一端枢转设置在支撑架上与驱动电力输出部固接,所述转动轴的另一端与座体枢转,所述转动轴与支撑架的枢接点与地面的垂直线偏离转动轴与座体的枢接点与地面的垂直线,所述座体驱动机构包括限定件和与限定件配合的限定配合件,所述限定件与限定配合件活动连接,当所述转动轴转动时,所述转动轴与座体相对发生转动,所述座体限定机构限定座体与转动轴的夹角保持所设定的角度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述限定件与限定配合件相对发生距离移动的活动连接,所述转动轴转动时,所述限定件与限定配合件相对发生距离移动从而限定座体与转动轴的夹角保持所设定的角度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述限定件与座体连接,所述限定配合件设置在支撑架上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述限定件与座体的连接点与地面的垂直线偏离转动轴的另一端与座体的枢接点与地面的垂直线。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述支撑架包括底座和安装盒,安装盒与底座连接,所述限定件为移动件,所述限定配合件为移动槽,当转动轴转动时,移动件相对移动槽移动,所述移动件设置在座体上,所述移动件配合的移动槽设置在安装盒上,当所述转动轴转动时,限定件跟随座体与限定配合件相对发生距离移动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:在移动件上设置有旋转件,旋转件能绕移动件旋转,所述旋转件与移动槽面配合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动件从移动槽的起点移动到终点的运动轨迹线为弧线,所述弧线的最高点与弧线的两个端点的连线的垂直线 短于转动轴从起点摆动到终点所形成的弧线最高点与弧线的两个端点的垂直线,所述移动槽为弧形槽。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动件从移动槽的起点移动到终点的运动轨迹线为弧线,所述弧线的最高点与弧线的两个端点的连线的垂直线与转动轴从起点摆动到终点所形成的弧线最高点与弧线的两个端点的垂直线的长度相同,所述移动槽为弧形槽。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述转动轴从起点摆到终点时,所述移动件从移动槽的起点移动到终点所形成的运动轨迹线为直线,所述移动槽为直线槽。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动件与移动槽的配合点与移动槽分布在转动轴的一侧。
- 根据权利要求10所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动件与座体的连接点与座体与转动轴的枢接点的连线垂直于座体与转动轴的枢接点与地面的垂直线,移动件与座体的连接点与座体与转动轴的枢接点的连线垂直于移动件与移动槽的配合点与移动件与座体连接点的连线。
- 根据权利要求8或权利要求9所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动槽为斜面槽,所述斜面槽斜向朝座体的后方向。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动槽为弧形槽或高低交替不规则的波浪形槽,所述移动槽大致对称地设置在所述转动轴转动到最高位时在所述安装盒上的投影线的两侧。
- 根据权利要求13所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动槽靠近所述转动轴与安装盒枢接点设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述驱动机构还包括设置在驱动电机上的传感器以及连接在所述驱动电机上的减速齿轮组,所述传感器能控制驱动电机持续往复正反转动,从而使得转动轴持续往复正反转动,所述转动轴倾斜设置在安装盒上。
- 根据权利要求14所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动件上设置有两个旋转件,在安装盒上设置与两个旋转件对应配合的两个移动槽。
