Description
本实用新型涉及婴儿摇床技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种婴儿摇床的运动装置及婴儿摇床。
婴儿摇床可以帮助宝宝睡眠,平稳均衡的摇动,可以使婴儿的大脑神经调节平稳、入睡迅速,试验发现,使用自动摇床使婴儿入睡的时间比传统的手动摇床使婴儿入睡的时间提前2~4分钟。

有鉴于此,特提出本实用新型。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种婴儿摇床的运动装置,该运动装置能够提供多种形式的运动,从而充分模拟父母双手哄抱时的运动轨迹,且整体承载力强,使用周期长,成本低。
为了实现本实用新型的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:
本实用新型提供了一种婴儿摇床的运动装置,包括:底座和摇床主体,所述底座上竖直设置有固定板;所述底座和所述摇床主体之间设置有两组用于驱动所述摇床主体运动的驱动机构;
所述驱动机构包括主动臂和从动臂,所述主动臂底部连接有动力机构,顶部通过光杆与所述从动臂底部铰接;所述从动臂顶部与所述摇床主体相连;
所述固定板顶部设置有承载板,所述承载板两端均安装有减重机构;所述减重机构包括呈V形设置的两个减重臂,两个所述减重臂的底部交点固定在所述承载板端部,顶部与所述摇床主体相抵触;两个减重臂的中部设置有减重弹簧。
现有技术中,婴儿摇篮种类繁多,其中,传统的手动摇篮摆幅大小不稳定,摆的速度也不稳定,在摇动过程中会出现头昏、吐奶等现象。国内现有的电动摇篮运动形式单一,或者是做平移运动,或是做轴向运动,不能充分模拟父母双手哄抱时的运动轨迹。国外市场有较好的婴儿摇篮品牌,能充分模拟父母的哄抱,但仍存在价格较高,使用周期短、载重低等缺点。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种婴儿摇床的运动装置,该运动装置通过设置两组驱动机构,利用驱动机构中的主动臂带动从动臂和摇床主体运动,能够提供平面内的三个自由度,可根据需要移动到工作范围内的任何位置以及进行旋转,从而能够实现多种形式的运动轨迹,满足使用需要;且主动臂与从动臂间通过光杆铰接,无需使用轴承,能够有效减少成本;通过设置由两个呈V形设置的减重臂以及连接两个减重臂的减重弹簧,能够通过弹簧伸缩量大大降低了整体机构的载荷,从而提高装置整体的结构强度和使用寿命,同时减少工作过程中的能耗。
优选的,所述驱动机构还包括与所述主动臂平行设置的辅助臂、与所述从动臂平行设置的支撑臂以及用于连接所述辅助臂和所述支撑臂的连接块;所述连接块为近似三角形块,所述连接块靠近上侧的顶点铰接在所述主动臂和所述从动臂的连接点处;所述连接块靠近下侧的顶点与所述辅助臂顶端相铰接;所述连接块中间的顶点与所述支撑臂底端相铰接;所述辅助臂底端铰接在所述固定板上,所述支撑臂顶端与所述摇床主体相连。所述支撑臂与所述连接块、所述辅助臂与所述固定板、所述辅助臂与所述连接块均通过光杆连接。通过设置 辅助臂和支撑臂,能够分别与主动臂和从动臂形成两个平行四边形,从而起到支撑以及防止摇床主体侧翻的作用,保证运动过程中摇床主体始终保持水平。

在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本实用新型中的具体含义。
为了更加清晰的对本实用新型中的技术方案进行阐述,下面以具体实施例的形式进行说明。
实施例
参阅图1-6所示,本实施例提供了一种婴儿摇床的运动装置,包括:底座1和摇床主体9,底座1上竖直设置有固定板2;底座1和摇床主体9之间设置有两组用于驱动摇床主体9运动的驱动机构;
其中,驱动机构包括主动臂5和从动臂6,从动臂6数量为两个,分别设置在主动臂5的两侧。主动臂5底部连接有动力机构,顶部通过光杆与从动臂6底部铰接;从动臂6顶部与摇床主体9相连。
如图4所示,驱动机构还包括与主动臂5平行设置的辅助臂3、与从动臂6平行设置的支撑臂7以及用于连接辅助臂3和支撑臂7的连接块4;连接块4 为近似三角形块,连接块4靠近上侧的顶点铰接在主动臂5和从动臂6的连接点处;连接块4靠近下侧的顶点与辅助臂3顶端相铰接;连接块4中间的顶点与支撑臂7底端相铰接;辅助臂3底端铰接在固定板2上,支撑臂7顶端与摇床主体9相连。支撑臂7与连接块4、辅助臂3与固定板2、辅助臂3与连接块4均通过光杆连接。辅助臂3和支撑臂7分别与主动臂5和从动臂6形成两个平行四边形,从而起到支撑以及防止摇床主体9侧翻的作用,保证运动过程中摇床主体9始终保持水平。
具体的,摇床主体9底部设置有第一连接板10和第二连接板8,从动臂6与第一连接板10相铰接,支撑臂7与第二连接板8相铰接。第一连接板10与第二连接板8均呈L形,且第一连接板10设置在摇床主体9的内侧,第二连接板8设置在摇床主体9的外侧。
如图1所示,动力机构包括壳体24,壳体24与固定板2形成传动箱体;传动箱体顶部设置有凹槽25;这样设置能够提高对承载板13的支撑强度,进而提高装置整体的结构强度。
如图3所示,壳体24内设置有电机16,蜗杆15和蜗轮14,蜗杆15竖直设置;电机16的输出端与蜗杆15相连,蜗轮14与蜗杆15传动连接;蜗轮14中心连接有传动轴22,传动轴22穿过固定板2与主动臂5相连;电机16驱动蜗杆15带动蜗轮14转动,蜗轮14通过传动轴22带动主动臂5运动。本实施例中电机16选用步进电机16,通过调整电机16的频率和方向,即可控制两组驱动机构中主动臂5的运动,从而使摇床主体9按照预定轨迹运动。
如图5所示,固定板2顶部设置有承载板13,承载板13一端通过凹槽25固定,另一端底部与底座1间设置有立柱19。承载板13两端均安装有减重机构;减重机构包括呈V形设置的两个减重臂11,两个减重臂11的底部交点固定在承载板13端部,顶部与摇床主体9相抵触;两个减重臂11的中部设置有减重弹簧12。
其中,减重臂11顶部设置有滑轮23,滑轮23与摇床主体9相抵触。设置 滑轮23能够减少运动过程中减重臂11与摇床主体9间的摩擦损耗。
为提高装置整体的安全性,在主动臂5上方设置有用于对主动臂5进行限位的第一限位柱20,在辅助臂3下方设置有用于对辅助臂3进行限位的第二限位柱21,第一限位柱20与第二限位柱21均固定在固定板2上。
如图6所示,主动臂5与传动轴22连接的一端设置有感应块17,固定板2上设置有光电开关18,感应块17经过光电开关18的感应区以使光电开关18发出复位信号。当需要开启或切换运动轨迹时,通过光电开关18能够得到一个复位信号,使运动装置复位。
总之,本实用新型的运动装置能够实现不同的运动轨迹,从而能够模拟哄抱轨迹,且整体承载力强,成本低。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本实用新型进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本实用新型各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种婴儿摇床的运动装置,其特征在于,包括:底座和摇床主体,所述底座上竖直设置有固定板;所述底座和所述摇床主体之间设置有两组用于驱动所述摇床主体运动的驱动机构;所述驱动机构包括主动臂和从动臂,所述主动臂底部连接有动力机构,顶部通过光杆与所述从动臂底部铰接;所述从动臂顶部与所述摇床主体相连;所述固定板顶部设置有承载板,所述承载板两端均安装有减重机构;所述减重机构包括呈V形设置的两个减重臂,两个所述减重臂的底部交点固定在所述承载板端部,顶部与所述摇床主体相抵触;两个减重臂的中部设置有减重弹簧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构还包括与所述主动臂平行设置的辅助臂、与所述从动臂平行设置的支撑臂以及用于连接所述辅助臂和所述支撑臂的连接块;所述连接块为近似三角形块,所述连接块靠近上侧的顶点铰接在所述主动臂和所述从动臂的连接点处;所述连接块靠近下侧的顶点与所述辅助臂顶端相铰接;所述连接块中间的顶点与所述支撑臂底端相铰接;所述辅助臂底端铰接在所述固定板上,所述支撑臂顶端与所述摇床主体相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的运动装置,其特征在于,减重臂顶部设置有滑轮,所述滑轮与所述摇床主体相抵触。
- 根据权利要求2所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述主动臂上方设置有用于对所述主动臂进行限位的第一限位柱,所述辅助臂下方设置有用于对所述辅助臂进行限位的第二限位柱,所述第一限位柱与所述第二限位柱均固定在固定板上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述动力机构包括壳体,所述壳体与所述固定板形成传动箱体;所述传动箱体顶部设置有凹槽;所述承载板一端通过所述凹槽固定,另一端底部与底座间设置有立柱。
- 根据权利要求5所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述壳体内设置有电机,蜗杆和蜗轮,所述蜗杆竖直设置;所述电机的输出端与所述蜗杆相连,所述蜗轮与所述蜗杆传动连接;所述蜗轮中心连接有传动轴,所述传动轴穿过所述固定板与所述主动臂相连;所述电机驱动所述蜗杆带动所述蜗轮转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述从动臂数量为两个,分别设置在所述主动臂的两侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述主动臂与所述传动轴连接的一端设置有感应块,所述固定板上设置有光电开关,所述感应块经过所述光电开关的感应区以使所述光电开关发出复位信号。
- 根据权利要求2所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述摇床主体底部设置有第一连接板和第二连接板,所述从动臂与所述第一连接板相铰接,所述支撑臂与所述第二连接板相铰接。
- 一种婴儿摇床,其特征在于,应用权利要求1-9任一项所述的运动装置进行预定轨迹运动。
