Description
本发明涉及一种儿童摇椅。
对于育有婴幼儿的家庭而言,父母既能照料小孩子,又有时间工作或者做家务,把小孩放在能摇摆的儿童摇椅上摇摆,成了一种很大的需求,市场上有座椅与转动轴固定的摇椅,座椅随转动轴摆动,但这种容易使得小孩头晕不舒适,市场上有一种用Z字型的两根转动轴,座体与两根转动轴活动连接。虽然座体随转动轴的转动角度减小,但是还是存在座体随转动轴转动,还存在不省力,很难把转动幅度加大,目前市场上的产品很难满足消费者的需求,如今市场上需要一款座体不随转动轴转动又要转动幅度大小有多项选择且成本低的儿童摇椅。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于现有技术存在的上述问题提出的,本发明的目的在于提供一种座体既能摆动,座体不随转动轴转动又能把摆动幅度做大跟消费者有多个摆幅的选择,又能节约成本的儿童摇椅。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种儿童摇椅,包括座体、支撑架、座体限定机构,支撑架包括底座和驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机、驱动电机动力输出部、转动轴、安装盒,所述转动轴的一端与驱动电机动力输出部固接,转动轴的另一端与座体枢转,所述转动轴转动时转动轴的另一端与座体枢转点相对转动轴的一端与驱动电机动力输出部固接点发生距离移动,所述驱动电机、驱动电机动力输出部、设置在安装盒上,所述安装盒与底座固接,所述座体限定机构能使得在驱动电机驱动转动轴时限定座体与转动轴的夹角保持在所设定的角度,所述座体用于乘载儿童。所述座体限定机构包括移动件、与移动件配合的移动槽,当转动轴转动时所述移动件相对移动槽移动。

通过座体1与转动轴7枢转,座体1不是随转动轴7而转动,还是座体1跟随转动轴7而相对支撑架2产生距离移动,克服了座体1随转动轴7转动而转动,通过座体限定机构3能使得在驱动电机5驱动转动轴7时限定座体1与转动轴7的夹角保持在所设定的角度,既保证了座体1的稳定性又保证了设定所需求的角度。
移动件9设置在支撑架2或座体1上与移动件9配合的移动槽10设置在座体1上或支撑架2上。当移动件9设置在支撑架2上时,与其配合的移动槽10就设置在座体1上,也可以把移动件9设置在座体1上,与其配合的移动件9设置在支撑架2上。
移动槽10为中间低两边高的弧形槽或高低交替的波浪形状槽,移动槽10是可以多种形状,移动槽10的形状决定的是座体1与转动轴7的夹角关系,根据需要可以选择很多种形状,如移动槽10为中间低两边高的弧形槽,转动轴7转动后座体1随转动轴7产生距离移动后座体1还是始终保持座体1与转动轴7的夹角的角度不变,所以移动槽10为中间低两边高的弧形槽或高低交替的波浪形状槽是优选方案而已。
在移动件9上设置有旋转件11,旋转件11能绕移动件9旋转,所述旋转件11与移动槽10的面配合。通过旋转件11从而使得在移动件9与移动槽10移动时减少摩擦力,本实施方案的旋转件11为轴承。
驱动机构4还包括设置在驱动电机5上的传感器12,还包括驱动电机5上连接有减速齿轮组13,所述传感器12能控制驱动电机5持续往复正反转动,从而使得转动轴7持续往复正反转动。通过传感器12检测转动轴7转动的角度以及驱动电机5正反转,控制座体1的移动距离,通过减速齿轮组13来降速和增力,结构简洁,成本低。转动轴7为Z字型,结构简单。
为了一种摇床的美观,设置了驱动安装盒15,把驱动电机5、驱动电机动力输出部6、转动轴7的一端都安装在驱动安装盒15内,为了加长力臂,产生省力,使得一种摇床摆动更顺畅,移动槽10和移动件9远离驱动安装盒15设置,同时把移动槽10设置在座体1上,把移动件9设置在底座14上,这样设置使消费者看不到移动槽10槽孔因为移动槽10的槽孔是朝下的,从而使消费者觉得更美观。
安装盒8还包括移动件安装盒16,还包括座体锁定解锁部17,所述座体锁定解锁部17用于座体1与支撑架2锁定或解锁,所述座体锁定解锁部17包括锁销18和与锁销18配合的锁孔24以及滑动块19,还包括驱动开关20和复位弹簧21,所述驱动开关20相对移动件安装盒16移动设置,锁销18与移动件安装盒16相对移动设置,滑动块19与驱动开关20连接,锁孔24设置在移动槽10上。滑动块19上设有凸点22,移动件安装盒16上设有与凸点22配合的凹点23,滑动块19上还有设有安装复位弹簧21和锁销18的孔,当需要锁销18与移动槽10上的锁孔24配合时,驱动开关20驱动滑动块19,滑动块19上的凸点22从移动件9上的凹点23脱离出来,滑动块19往上移动后滑动块19的凸点22与移动件9上的凹点23配合,此时锁销18与移动槽10上的锁孔24配合,座体1与支撑架2锁定,座体锁定解锁部17设置在移动槽10与移动件安装盒16之间,其优点是远离转动轴7,从而产生力臂,从而使得座体1固定时更稳定,座体锁定解锁部17结构更牢固,不容易损坏。
座体限定机构3包括摆动模式转换部25,所述摆动模式转换部25包括移动槽10和移动件9,所述移动槽10与支撑架2枢接设置,还包括移动槽锁定解锁装置26,所述移动槽锁定解锁装置26能使得移动槽10处于锁定位27和解锁位28,所述移动槽10处于锁定位27时,所述移动槽10相对支撑架2锁定,所述移动槽10处于解锁位28时,所述移动槽10可相对支撑架2转动。
安装盒8包括移动槽安装盒29,所述移动槽10与移动槽安装盒29枢接,所述移动槽安装盒29与支撑架2固接,所述移动槽锁定解锁装置26包括转换开关30、上升下降件31,所述转换开关30伸入移动槽安装盒29内与上升下降件31固接,在移动槽10上设有供上升下降件31上升下降移动导槽,还包括复位弹簧21,所述上升下降件31上设有安装复位弹簧21的孔,所述复位弹簧21设置在安装盒8与上升下降件31之间。还包括设置在转换开关30上的移动件锁销39,还包括设置在安装盒上至少包括第一锁孔32和第二锁孔33。当把转换开关30从第一锁孔32往上提后进入到解锁位28时,转换开关30驱动移动槽10相对移动槽安装盒29转动后往下落入第二锁孔33,移动槽10与移动槽安装盒29锁定,此时摆动模式从一种摆动模式转换为了另一种摆动模式,从而实现了摆动模式转换,丰富了消费者的娱乐需求,此种实现摆动模式转换结构简洁,操作简单成本低。
底座14包括第一连接管34和第二连接管35,还包括第一脚管36和第二脚管37,所述第一脚管36和第二脚管37与第一连接管34和第二连接管35可拆卸连接,驱动安装盒15包括驱动安装件38,第一连接管34和第二连接管35通过驱动安装件38固接。以上结构既克服了一种连接管容易发生倾斜的弊端,又实现了脚管和连接管进行拆卸从而达到产品体积小的优点,从而降低成本。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施例对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,也可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效的或者被本领域技术人员所熟知的其他方式实施本发明。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施例中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。本文所阐述的第一、第二只是出于分辨事物名称,没有特定和实际的数据意义。
本发明一种儿童摇椅具有摆幅大,成本低,座体1稳固,结构简单,同时可以设置成两种或多种不同的的摆动模式,克服了市场上摆幅小,工艺要求高,只能单一摆动 的缺点。本发明结构简单、成本低,摇椅座体稳固,是经过工程师长期精心研究所发明出来的,不是本领域人员所容易想到的,不属于公众常识。
Claims (10)
- 一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:包括座体、支撑架、座体限定机构,支撑架包括底座和驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机、驱动电机动力输出部、转动轴、安装盒,所述转动轴的一端与驱动电机动力输出部固接,转动轴的另一端与座体枢转,所述转动轴转动时转动轴的另一端与座体枢转点相对转动轴的一端与驱动电机动力输出部固接点发生距离移动,所述驱动电机、驱动电机动力输出部、设置在安装盒上,所述安装盒与底座固接,所述座体限定机构能使得在驱动电机驱动转动轴时限定座体与转动轴的夹角保持在所设定的角度,所述座体用于乘载儿童,所述座体限定机构包括移动件、与移动件配合的移动槽,当转动轴转动时所述移动件相对移动槽移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:移动件设置在支撑架或座体上与移动件配合的移动槽设置在座体上或支撑架上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动槽为中间低两边高的弧形槽或高低交替的波浪形状槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:在移动件上设置有旋转件,旋转件能绕移动件旋转,所述旋转件与移动槽的面配合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述驱动机构还包括设置在驱动电机上的传感器,还包括驱动电机上连接有减速齿轮组,所述传感器能控制马达持续往复正反转动,从而使得转动轴持续往复正反转动,所述转动轴为Z字型。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述安装盒包括驱动安装盒,所述驱动安装盒用于安装驱动电机、驱动电机动力输出部、转动轴,所述驱动安装盒设置在底座上,所述移动槽远离驱动安装盒设置在座体上,所述移动件远离驱动安装盒设置在底座上。
- 根据权利要6所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述安装盒还包括移动件安装盒,还包括座体锁定解锁部,所述座体锁定解锁部用于座体与支撑架锁定或解锁,所述座体锁定解锁部包括锁销和与锁销配合的锁孔以及滑动块,还包括驱动开关和复位弹簧,所述驱动开关相对移动件安装盒移动设置,锁销与移动件安装盒相对移动设置,滑动块与驱动开关连接,锁孔设置在移动槽上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述座体限定机构包括摆动模式转换部,所述模式转换部包括移动槽和移动件,所述移动槽与支撑架枢接设置,还包括移动槽锁定解锁装置,所述移动槽锁定解锁装置能使得移动槽处于锁定位和解锁位,所述移动槽处于锁定位时,所述移动槽相对支撑架锁定,所述移动槽处于解锁位时,所述 移动槽可相对支撑架转动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述安装盒包括移动槽安装盒,所述移动槽与移动槽安装盒枢接,所述移动安装盒与支撑架固接,所述移动槽锁定解锁装置包括转换开关、上升下降件,所述转换开关伸入移动槽安装盒与上升下降件固接,在移动槽上设有供上升下降件上升下降移动导槽,还包括复位弹簧,所述上升下降件上设有安装复位弹簧的孔,所述复位弹簧设置在安装盒与上升下降件之间,还包括设置在转换开关上的移动件锁销,还包括设置在安装盒上至少包括第一锁孔和第二锁孔。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述底座包括第一连接管和第二连接管,还包括第一脚管和第二脚管,所述第一脚管和第二脚管与第一连接管和第二连接管可拆卸连接,所述驱动安装盒包括驱动安装件,所述驱动安装件与第一连接管和第二连接管固接。
