进一步的:移动件至少包括两个移动件,即第三移动件和第四移动件,移动槽至少包括两个移动槽,即第三移动槽和第四移动槽,第三移动件与第三移动槽配合,第四移动件与第四移动槽配合,一个移动槽设有一个供移动件移出的移出开口槽,另一个设有供移动件移进的移入开口槽,移出的开口槽和移入的开口槽宽度大于移动槽,第三移动槽和第四移动槽的槽口不重合。
进一步的:移动槽上设有挡块,移动件上设有旋动件,旋转件上枢接有轴承。
进一步的:移动件设置在座体上,移动槽设置支撑架上。

具体实施方式
现在参考附图1‐图19描述本发明的实施例。
一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:包括座体1、支撑架2、座体限定机构3,支撑架2包括底座14和驱动机构4,驱动机构4包括驱动电机5、驱动电机动力输出部6、转动轴7、安装盒8,转动轴7的一端与驱动电机动力输出部6固接,转动轴7的另一端与座体1枢转,转动轴7转动时转动轴7的另一端与座体1枢转点相对转动轴7的一端与驱动电机动力输出部6固接点发生距离移动,驱动电机5、驱动电机动力输出部6、设置在安装盒8上,安装盒8与底座14固接,座体限定机构3包括驱动件9和驱动配合件10,转动轴7转动时驱动件9和驱动配合件10的配合点相对支撑架2发生距离移动,座体限定机构3能使得在驱动电机5驱动转动轴7时限定座体1与转动轴7的夹角保持在所设定的角度,座体1用于乘载儿童。
为了给消费者带来更多的娱乐,一种儿童摇椅的座体限定机构3还包括摆动模式转换部29,摆动模式转换部29至少可以实现两种摆动模式转换。
摆动模式转换部29包括驱动部30,驱动部30驱动驱动件9和驱动配合件10配合所产生的点形成的运轨迹线至少包括两种不同的运动轨迹线。从而至少实现两种摆动模式的转换。
驱动部30包括电动驱动部31,驱动件9与驱动配合件10转动或发生距离移动设置,驱动配合件10相对支撑架2转动或发生距离移动设置,当转动轴7转动时驱动部30驱动驱动配合件10相对支撑架2转动或发生距离移动从而实现至少两种摆动模式转换。设置电动驱动部31能使实现至少两种模式转换为自动转换,不需要人为操作,智能化,更受消费者欢迎。
驱动件9为移动件9,驱动配合件10为移动槽10,移动槽10与支撑架2枢接, 驱动部30包括驱动电机组32,驱动电机组32包括电机26、旋转件28、输出件27,电机26与旋转件28固接,旋转件28与输出件27枢接,输出件27与移动槽10枢接,转动轴7转动驱动电机组32可使得移动槽10与支撑架2相对持续往复转动。每一种摆动模式可以由驱动配合件10与支撑架2转动的角度大小或发生距离移动的长短决定,也可以驱动部30驱动摆动模式转换件29相对支撑架2转动或发生距离移动的速度来决定,以上决定因素都可以电路控制板来控制,只要设定多种摆动模式以及设定多种摆动模式之间的如何转换都由电路控制板来智能控制,大大减少了每次摆动模式转换需要人工操作的繁琐,同时克服了机械转换带来的高成本以及机械转换摆动模式种类不多的缺陷,操作方便,丰富了消费者的娱乐性。
驱动部30包括锁定解锁件,驱动件9与驱动配合件10发生距离移动设置,驱动配合件10相对支撑架2可转动或发生距离移动设置。驱动配合件10与支撑架2解锁相对支撑架2发生转动或距离移动后驱动配合件10与支撑架2锁定,驱动配合件10配合驱动件9从而形成另一种摆动模式。
驱动件9为移动件9,驱动配合件10为移动槽10,包括至少两个移动槽,第一移动槽16和第二移动槽17,第一移动槽16和第二移动槽17的槽口不重合,移动槽10相对于支撑架2上下移动设置,当第一移动槽16与第一移动件18配合时是第一种摆动模式,当第二移动槽17与第二移动件19配合时是第二种摆动模式。当移动槽10相对支撑架2上下移动时第一移动槽16与第二移动槽17相对移动件9发生交替配合从而达到两种摆动模式转换,具有结构简单、操作方便、成本低的优点。
驱动件9为移动件9,驱动配合件10为移动槽10,移动槽10为沿转动轴7的摆动方向可相对支撑架2移动设置。移动槽10相对支撑架2移动来改变移动槽10与移动件9配合形成不同摇摆模式,操作方便,结构简单。
移动件9至少包括两个移动件,即第三移动件22和第四移动件23,移动槽10至少包括两个移动槽,即第三移动槽20和第四移动槽21,第三移动件22与第三移动槽20配合,第四移动件23与第四移动槽21配合,一个移动槽设有一个供移动件移出的移出开口槽,另一个移动槽设有供移动件移进的移入开口槽,移出的开口槽和移入的开口槽宽度大于移动槽。设置两个移动件和两个移动槽就可以克服当需要所需转动模式时一个移动件和一个移动槽所产生的弧线比较弯曲从而造成摆动不顺畅的缺点,当第三移动件22在与第三移动槽20配合时第四移动件23与第四移动槽21不配合,从而不造成干扰,当第三移动件22从第三移动槽20移出时第四移动件23与第四移动槽21配合,从 而通过对第三移动槽20不同的设置既丰富了多种摆动方式,又不会造成摆动不顺畅。第三移动槽20和第四移动槽21的槽口不重合,就是设置第三移动槽20和第四移动槽21从而丰富多种不同的摆动方式。
移动槽10上设有挡块33,移动件9上设有旋动件24,当座体1的一侧受重力时,移动件9会移动到最顶端,通过挡块33限制旋转件25,从而起到座体在受重力时不会倾斜,保证了消费者的安全。
移动件9设置在座体1上,移动槽10设置支撑架2上。只是选的比较合理的结构设置,当然也可以移动件9设置在支撑架2上,移动槽10设置在座体1上。
移动槽10为弧形槽或高低交替的波浪形状槽,移动槽10是可以多种形状,移动槽10的形状决定的是座体1与转动轴7的夹角关系,根据需要可以选择很多种形状,如移动槽10为弧形槽,转动轴7转动后座体1随转动轴7产生距离移动后座体1还是始终保持座体1与转动轴7的夹角的角度不变,所以移动槽10为弧形槽或高低交替的波浪形状槽是优选方案而已。
在移动件9上设置有旋转件25,旋转件25能绕移动件9旋转,旋转件25与移动槽10的面配合。通过旋转件25从而使得在移动件9与移动槽10移动时减少摩擦力,本实施方案的旋转件25为轴承。
驱动机构4还包括设置在驱动电机5上的传感器34,还包括驱动电机5上连接有减速齿轮组13,传感器34能控制驱动电机5持续往复正反转动,从而使得转动轴7持续往复正反转动。通过传感器34检测转动轴7转动的角度以及驱动电机5正反转,控制座体1的移动距离,通过减速齿轮组13来降速和增力,结构简洁,成本低。转动轴7倾斜设置能产生动能和势能的转换,从而达到省力。
一种儿童摇椅还包括驱动安装盒15,移动件9包括上端和下端,上端与下端固接或一体成型,上端穿越驱动安装盒15与座体1连接,下端与移动槽10配合,上端与座体1连接点偏离下端与移动槽10的配合点。移动件9上端与穿越驱动安装盒15槽孔会在驱动安装盒15的中间,减少了盖住槽孔带来的成本,同时体积减小。配合点偏离连接点从而产生力距,使摆动不顺畅。
安装盒8上设置有槽孔片35,槽孔片35与安装盒8活动设置,槽孔片35还设置有供移动件9移动的槽孔,当移动件9移动时,移动件9带动槽孔片35挡住槽孔,移动件9带动槽孔片35绕安装盒8转动,通过转动轴7与槽孔片35的槽孔内上下移动,从而实现槽孔片35弧形形状,从而实现槽孔片35既能盖住移动槽孔,体积小,从而使 得既保证不夹手的情况下,又使安装盒8变得小,从而变得美观,且节约成本。
本发明一种儿童摇椅具有摆幅大,成本低,座体稳固,结构简单,同时可以设置成两种或多不同的的摆动模式,克服了市场上摆幅小,工艺要求高,只能单一摆动的缺点。本发明结构简单、成本低,摇椅座体1稳固,可以同时实现两种不同的摆动模式,以及设置多种摆动模式的转换,是经过工程师长期精心研究所发明出来的,不是本领域人员所容易想到的,不属于公众常识,本发明所阐述的一端和另一端只是用描述事物的名称区分,可以理解为事物的顶端也可以理解为事物的一段。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施例对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,也可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效的或者被本领域技术人员所熟知的其他方式实施本发明。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施例中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。本文所阐述的第一、第二、第三、第四只是出于分辨事物名称,没有实际的数据意义。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:包括座体、支撑架、座体限定机构;
    支撑架包括底座和驱动机构,所述驱动机构包括驱动电机、驱动电机动力输出部以及转动轴,所述转动轴的一端与驱动电机动力输出部固接,转动轴的另一端与座体枢转,所述转动轴转动时转动轴的另一端与座体枢转点相对转动轴的一端与驱动电机动力输出部固接点发生距离移动;
    所述驱动电机、驱动电机动力输出部均设置于底座,所述座体限定机构包括驱动件和驱动配合件,以及摆动模式转换部;
    所述驱动电机驱动转动轴时,所述摆动模式转换部使所述驱动件和驱动配合件的配合点相对支撑架发生距离移动,由此限定座体与转动轴的夹角保持在所设定的角度;并且所述摆动模式转换部使所述驱动件与所述驱动配合件之间配合至少可以实现两种摆动模式转换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述摆动模式转换部包括驱动部,所述驱动部驱动驱动件和驱动配合件配合,使配合点形成至少两种不同的运动轨迹线,从而至少实现所述两种摆动模式的转换。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述驱动部包括电动驱动部,所述驱动件与驱动配合件转动或发生距离移动设置,所述驱动配合件相对支撑架转动或发生距离移动设置,当转动轴转动时,所述驱动部驱动驱动配合件相对支撑架转动或发生距离移动,从而实现至少两种摆动模式转换。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述驱动件为移动件,所述驱动配合件为移动槽,所述移动槽与支撑架枢接;
    所述电动驱动部包括驱动电机组,驱动电机组包括电机、旋转件、输出件,电机与旋转件固接,旋转件与输出件枢接,输出件与移动槽枢接,所述转动轴转动驱动电机组可使得移动槽与支撑架相对持续往复转动。
  5. 根据权利要求2‐4中任一项所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述驱动部还包括锁定解锁件,所述驱动件与驱动配合件发生距离移动设置,驱动配合件相对支撑架可转动或发生距离移动设置;
    所述驱动配合件与支撑架解锁相对支撑架发生转动或距离移动后,驱动配合件与支撑架锁定,所述驱动配合件配合驱动件从而形成另一种摆动模式。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述驱动件为移动件,所述驱动配合件为移动槽,所述移动槽包括至少两个移动槽,第一移动槽和第二移动槽,所述第 一移动槽和第二移动槽的槽口不重合,所述移动槽相对于支撑架上下移动设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述驱动件为移动件,所述驱动配合件为移动槽,移动槽为沿转动轴的摆动方向可相对支撑架移动设置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动件与移动槽枢转,所述移动件上设置有第一转动件和第二转动件,所述第一转动件与第一移动槽配合,所述第二转动件与第二移动槽配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述驱动件为移动件,所述驱动配合件为移动槽;
    所述移动件至少包括两个移动件,即第三移动件和第四移动件,所述移动槽至少包括两个移动槽,即第三移动槽和第四移动槽,第三移动件与第三移动槽配合,第四移动件与第四移动槽配合,其中一个移动槽设有一个供对应的移动件移出的移出开口槽,另一个移动槽设有供对应的移动件移进的移入开口槽,所述移出开口槽和移入的口槽宽度大于移动槽,所述第三移动槽和第四移动槽的槽口不重合。
  10. 根据权利要求6‐9中任一项所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动槽上设有挡块,所述移动件上设有旋动件,所述旋动件上枢接有轴承;所述移动件移动至移动槽最顶端时,所述挡块限制旋转件转动。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:移动件设置在座体上,移动槽设置支撑架上;或所述移动件设置在支撑架上,所述移动槽设置在座体上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述移动槽为弧形槽或高低交替的波浪形状槽。
  13. 根据权利要求12述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:在移动件上设置有旋转件,旋转件能绕移动件旋转,所述旋转件与移动槽的面配合。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述驱动机构还包括设置在驱动电机上的传感器,所述传感器能控制马达持续往复正反转动,从而使得转动轴持续往复正反转动,所述转动轴为倾斜设置。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述驱动机构还包括设置与所述驱动电机连接的减速齿轮组,用以实现对座体的降速和增力。
  16. 根据权利要求11‐15中任一项所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:还包括设于所述底座的安装盒,所述驱动件包括上端和下端,上端与下端固接或一体成型,上端穿越安装盒与座体连接,下端与驱动配合件配合,上端与座体连接点偏离下端与移动槽的配合 点。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种儿童摇椅,其特征在于:所述安装盒上设置有槽孔片,所述槽孔片与安装盒活动设置,所述槽孔片还设置有供移动件移动的槽孔,当所述移动件移动时,所述移动件带动槽孔片挡住槽孔。
