为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种建材产品表面金属材料冷喷涂处理系统,包括底板、旋转电机、旋转支架、承托板、锁定机构和喷涂机构,所述的底板的中部上端面上通过电机套安装有旋转电机,旋转电机的输出轴上安装有旋转支架,旋转支架的中部下端面上设置有旋转滑槽,旋转电机的外侧对称分布有滑动板,滑动板的下端安装在底板上,滑动板的上端通过滑动配合的方式与旋转滑槽相连接,承托板安装在旋转支架的顶部上,承托板上安装有锁定机构,喷涂机构对称分布在承托板的外侧,喷涂机构安装在底板的顶部上,本发明能够对需要冷喷涂处理的产品进行锁定,并通过旋转电机的旋转使得喷涂机构能够在产品的外侧面进行均匀的冷喷涂处理。
所述的锁定机构包括移动滑块、移动支架、调节螺栓、伸缩柱、抵扣板、联动杆、内撑柱和内撑支板,移动滑块的中部通过滑动配合的方式与承托板的中部相连接,移动滑块的下端外侧设置有移动支架,移动支架为U型结构,移动支架安装在承托板的底部上,移动支架的中部通过螺纹配合的方式与调节螺栓的中部相连接,调节螺栓的上端通过轴承安装在移动滑块的底部上,移动滑块的上端上对称设置有伸缩柱,伸缩柱倾斜布置;
伸缩柱的外端为伸缩结构,伸缩柱的内端通过铰链安装在移动滑块上,伸缩柱的外端上通过铰链安装有抵扣板,抵扣板的外端设置有外侧面为弧形面的橡胶垫,伸缩柱的中部下侧设置有联动杆,联动杆通过铰链安装在伸缩柱与承托板之间,承托板的右前端与左后端均安装有一个内撑柱,内撑支板安装在内撑柱的顶部上,所述的内撑柱的中部为伸缩结构,内撑柱的顶部上通过球铰链与内撑支板相连接,内撑支板的顶部上设置有吸盘,内撑柱的上方设置有稳定弹簧,稳定弹簧安装在内撑柱与内撑支板之间,具体工作时,锁定机构能够针对不同结构的产品进行锁定,使得旋转电机能够稳定的带动产品进行旋转,通过伸缩柱的伸缩运动能够将其进行长度调节,并将内撑柱进行高度调节,然后将产品倒置卡放在承托板的上方,此时内撑支板上的吸盘能够吸附在产品的上端内侧面上,吸盘在球铰链的作用下能够对产品不同的内侧面结构进行稳定吸附,之后通过拧动调节螺栓使得伸缩柱的内端能够向上移动,抵扣板在联动杆的作用下使得其外端能够向下运动,抵扣板上的橡胶垫能够抵在产品的内侧面上,使得产品得到稳定的锁定。
所述的喷涂机构包括电动滑块、连接板、喷头、传送管和喷涂料箱,电动滑块安装在底板的顶部上,底板的顶部上通过转轴与连接板的下端相连接,连接板的顶部上安装有喷头,喷头为空心结构,喷头的左端均匀设置有喷孔,喷头的右端与传送管的左端相连接,传送管为软管结构,传送管的右端下侧安装在喷涂料箱上,喷涂料箱放置在底板上,喷涂料箱内设置有加压器,具体工作时,喷涂机构能够在产品锁定完成后对其外侧面进行均匀的冷喷处理,通过电动滑块能够调节喷头的位置,使得喷头与产品处于合适的间距,喷涂料箱内的加压器能够将喷涂料箱内的料通过传送管传输到喷头喷出。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的承托板的外端上侧面设置有外端向下倾斜的环形斜槽,承托板的外端上设置有环形凸起,承托板的上侧面位于环形凸起上侧面上方,承托板上的环形斜槽能够在产品冷喷处理时将反弹或者滴落的喷涂料进行汇集,环形凸起能够防止喷涂料从承托板的外侧流出。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的承托板上的环形斜槽前端设置有弧形槽,承托板的下端设置有两个T型槽,T型槽对称分布在弧形槽的前后两侧,集料盒位于方形通孔的下侧,集料盒的上端前后两端均设置有一个插杆,插杆的外侧面上设置有伸缩结构的梯形块,集料盒通过插杆上设置的梯形块安装在承托板底部的T型槽内,集料盒能够通过可拆卸的方式快捷的安装在在弧形槽的下方,承托板上的喷涂料能够汇集在环形斜槽的外侧,并通过弧形槽流到集料盒内,便于喷涂料的收集。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的电动滑块的顶部上设置有调节连板,调节连板通过螺纹配合的方式与角度螺栓的中部相连接,角度螺栓的内端通过轴承安装有调节支板,调节支板通过铰链安装在连接板的后端外侧面上,通过拧动角度螺栓能够调节喷头的喷涂角度,从而三个喷涂机构能够处于不同的角度,以便本发明对产品外侧面的喷涂进行互相补偿,增加产品的喷涂效果,且喷头对产品进行一定角度的倾斜喷涂能够减小喷涂料的回弹率。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的喷头上端的喷孔的外端向上倾斜,喷头中部的喷孔水平布置,喷头下端的喷孔的外端向下倾斜布置,且喷孔的截面均为内窄外宽的梯形结构,喷头上的喷孔角度与结构的设计能够增加喷头的喷涂均匀度。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的喷头的前后侧面上均设置有一个方形滑槽,喷头的上端左侧设置有挡板, 挡板为侧立的T型结构,挡板的右侧面安装有U型架,U型架套设在喷头的上端外侧,U型架的中部内侧面设置有与方形滑槽相配合的方形滑块。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的U型架的右端下侧面通过轴承与高度螺栓的上端相连接,高度螺栓的中部通过螺纹配合的方式与高度连板相连接,高度连板安装在喷头的上端右侧面上,通过高度螺栓的转动能够调节U型架的高度,使得本发明能够对不同高度的产品进行喷涂,防止喷头喷涂范围过大造成喷涂料的浪费。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的喷头的空心结构内对称设置有导料板,喷头上端的导料板的左端向上倾斜布置,喷头下端的导料板的左端向下倾斜布置,导料板的前后两端均安装在喷头的右侧内壁上。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述的相邻两个导料板右端之间的距离均相等,导料板能够对喷浆料进行导向传送,增加喷浆料喷涂的均匀程度。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:
一、本发明通过内支撑的方式能够对不同型号的产品进行锁定,本发明采用抵扣板上的弧形橡胶垫与吸盘能够将产品进行贴合与吸附,增加产品的锁定效果,本发明采用三个角度不同的喷头能够对产品进行均匀喷涂,通过将喷涂料进行导向传送能够增加产品冷喷涂效果;
二、本发明锁定柱的下端能够穿过洗手盆中部设置的圆孔,锁定柱的下端能够穿插在限位孔内,从而洗手盆能够位于支撑板的中部,通过锁定气缸长度的调节,使得吸盘能够吸附在不同斜度的洗手盆内侧面上,增加本发明的适用性;
三、本发明锁定机构能够针对不同结构的产品进行锁定,使得旋转电机能够稳定的带动产品进行旋转;
四、本发明角度螺栓的转动能够调节喷头的喷涂角度,从而三个喷涂机构能够处于不同的角度,以便本发明对产品外侧面的喷涂进行互相补偿,增加产品的喷涂效果,且喷头对产品进行一定角度的倾斜喷涂能够减小喷涂料的回弹率;
五、本发明导料板能够对喷浆料进行导向传送,喷头上的喷孔角度与结构的设计能够增加喷头的喷涂均匀度,从而增加本发明对产品的额喷涂效果。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合。
如图1至图6所示,一种建材产品表面金属材料冷喷涂处理系统,包括底板1、旋转电机2、旋转支架3、承托板4、锁定机构5和喷涂机构6,所述的底板1的中部上端面上通过电机套安装有旋转电机2,旋转电机2的输出轴上安装有旋转支架3,旋转支架3的中部下端面上设置有旋转滑槽,旋转电机2的外侧对称分布有滑动板,滑动板的下端安装在底板1上,滑动板的上端通过滑动配合的方式与旋转滑槽相连接,承托板4安装在旋转支架3的顶部上,承托板4上安装有锁定机构5,喷涂机构6对称分布在承托板4的外侧,喷涂机构6安装在底板1的顶部上,本发明能够对需要冷喷涂处理的产品进行锁定,并通过旋转电机2的旋转使得喷涂机构6能够在产品的外侧面进行均匀的冷喷涂处理。
所述的锁定机构5包括移动滑块51、移动支架52、调节螺栓53、伸缩柱54、抵扣板55、联动杆56、内撑柱57和内撑支板58,移动滑块51的中部通过滑动配合的方式与承托板4的中部相连接,移动滑块51的下端外侧设置有移动支架52,移动支架52为U型结构,移动支架52安装在承托板4的底部上,移动支架52的中部通过螺纹配合的方式与调节螺栓53的中部相连接,调节螺栓53的上端通过轴承安装在移动滑块51的底部上,移动滑块51的上端上对称设置有伸缩柱54,伸缩柱54倾斜布置;
伸缩柱54的外端为伸缩结构,伸缩柱54的内端通过铰链安装在移动滑块51上,伸缩柱54的外端上通过铰链安装有抵扣板55,抵扣板55的外端设置有外侧面为弧形面的橡胶垫,伸缩柱54的中部下侧设置有联动杆56,联动杆56通过铰链安装在伸缩柱54与承托板4之间,承托板4的右前端与左后端均安装有一个内撑柱57,内撑支板58安装在内撑柱57的顶部上,所述的内撑柱57的中部为伸缩结构,内撑柱57的顶部上通过球铰链与内撑支板58相连接,内撑支板58的顶部上设置有吸盘59,内撑柱57的上方设置有稳定弹簧510,稳定弹簧510安装在内撑柱57与内撑支板58之间,具体工作时,锁定机构5能够针对不同结构的产品进行锁定,使得旋转电机2能够稳定的带动产品进行旋转,通过伸缩柱54的伸缩运动能够将其进行长度调节,并将内撑柱57进行高度调节,然后将产品倒置卡放在承托板4的上方,此时内撑支板58上的吸盘59能够吸附在产品的上端内侧面上,吸盘59在球铰链的作用下能够对产品不同的内侧面结构进行稳定吸附,之后通过拧动调节螺栓53使得伸缩柱54的内端能够向上移动,抵扣板55在联动杆56的作用下使得其外端能够向下运动,抵扣板55上的橡胶垫能够抵在产品的内侧面上,使得产品得到稳定的锁定。
本实施例喷涂机构6的方位是以底板1右侧的喷涂机构6为基准进行描述,所述的喷涂机构6包括电动滑块61、连接板62、喷头63、传送管64和喷涂料箱65,电动滑块61安装在底板1的顶部上,底板1的顶部上通过转轴与连接板62的下端相连接,连接板62的顶部上安装有喷头63,喷头63为空心结构,喷头63的左端均匀设置有喷孔,喷头63的右端与传送管64的左端相连接,传送管64为软管结构,传送管64的右端下侧安装在喷涂料箱65上,喷涂料箱65放置在底板1上,喷涂料箱65内设置有加压器,具体工作时,喷涂机构6能够在产品锁定完成后对其外侧面进行均匀的冷喷处理,通过电动滑块61能够调节喷头63的位置,使得喷头63与产品处于合适的间距,喷涂料箱65内的加压器能够将喷涂料箱65内的料通过传送管64传输到喷头63喷出。
所述的电动滑块61的顶部上设置有调节连板611,调节连板611通过螺纹配合的方式与角度螺栓612的中部相连接,角度螺栓612的内端通过轴承安装有调节支板613,调节支板613通过铰链安装在连接板62的后端外侧面上,通过拧动角度螺栓612能够调节喷头63的喷涂角度,从而三个喷涂机构6能够处于不同的角度,以便本发明对产品外侧面的喷涂进行互相补偿,增加产品的喷涂效果,且喷头63对产品进行一定角度的倾斜喷涂能够减小喷涂料的回弹率。
所述的喷头63上端的喷孔的外端向上倾斜,喷头63中部的喷孔水平布置,喷头63下端的喷孔的外端向下倾斜布置,且喷孔的截面均为内窄外宽的梯形结构,喷头63上的喷孔角度与结构的设计能够增加喷头63的喷涂均匀度。
所述的喷头63的前后侧面上均设置有一个方形滑槽,喷头63的上端左侧设置有挡板631, 挡板631为侧立的T型结构,挡板631的右侧面安装有U型架632,U型架632套设在喷头63的上端外侧,U型架632的中部内侧面设置有与方形滑槽相配合的方形滑块。
所述的U型架632的右端下侧面通过轴承与高度螺栓633的上端相连接,高度螺栓633的中部通过螺纹配合的方式与高度连板634相连接,高度连板634安装在喷头63的上端右侧面上,通过高度螺栓633的转动能够调节U型架632的高度,使得本发明能够对不同高度的产品进行喷涂,防止喷头63喷涂范围过大造成喷涂料的浪费。
所述的喷头63的空心结构内对称设置有导料板635,喷头63上端的导料板635的左端向上倾斜布置,喷头63下端的导料板635的左端向下倾斜布置,导料板635的前后两端均安装在喷头63的右侧内壁上。
所述的相邻两个导料板635右端之间的距离均相等,导料板635能够对喷浆料进行导向传送,增加喷浆料喷涂的均匀程度。
所述的承托板4的外端上侧面设置有外端向下倾斜的环形斜槽,承托板4的外端上设置有环形凸起,承托板4的上侧面位于环形凸起上侧面上方,承托板4上的环形斜槽能够在产品冷喷处理时将反弹或者滴落的喷涂料进行汇集,环形凸起能够防止喷涂料从承托板4的外侧流出。
所述的承托板4上的环形斜槽前端设置有弧形槽,承托板4的下端设置有两个T型槽,T型槽对称分布在弧形槽的前后两侧,集料盒41位于方形通孔的下侧,集料盒41的上端前后两端均设置有一个插杆42,插杆42的外侧面上设置有伸缩结构的梯形块,集料盒41通过插杆42上设置的梯形块安装在承托板4底部的T型槽内,集料盒41能够通过可拆卸的方式快捷的安装在在弧形槽的下方,承托板4上的喷涂料能够汇集在环形斜槽的外侧,并通过弧形槽流到集料盒41内,便于喷涂料的收集。
工作时,首先根据产品的内侧面结构对伸缩柱54的长度进行调节, 并将内撑柱57进行高度调节,然后将产品倒置卡放在承托板4的上方,此时内撑支板58上的吸盘59能够吸附在产品的上端内侧面上,吸盘59在球铰链的作用下能够对产品不同的内侧面结构进行稳定吸附,之后通过拧动调节螺栓53使得伸缩柱54的内端能够向上移动,抵扣板55在联动杆56的作用下使得其外端能够向下运动,抵扣板55上的橡胶垫能够抵在产品的内侧面上,使得产品得到稳定的锁定,锁定机构5能够针对不同结构的产品进行锁定,使得旋转电机2能够稳定的带动产品进行旋转;
产品锁定完成后通过电动滑块61能够调节喷头63的位置,使得喷头63与产品处于合适的间距,通过拧动角度螺栓612能够调节喷头63的喷涂角度,从而三个喷涂机构6能够处于不同的角度,以便本发明对产品外侧面的喷涂进行互相补偿,增加产品的喷涂效果,且喷头63对产品进行一定角度的倾斜喷涂能够减小喷涂料的回弹率,通过高度螺栓633的转动能够调节U型架632的高度,使得本发明能够对不同高度的产品进行喷涂,防止喷头63喷涂范围过大造成喷涂料的浪费,喷涂料箱65内的加压器能够将喷涂料箱65内的料通过传送管64传输到喷头63喷出,导料板635能够对喷浆料进行导向传送,喷头63上的喷孔角度与结构的设计能够增加喷头63的喷涂均匀度,增加本发明冷喷涂效果,承托板4上的环形斜槽能够在产品冷喷处理时将反弹或者滴落的喷涂料进行汇集,承托板4上的喷涂料能够汇集在环形斜槽的外侧,并通过弧形槽流到集料盒41内,便于喷涂料的收集,上述操作能够完成对产品的冷喷处理。
发明通过内支撑的方式能够对不同型号的产品进行锁定,本发明采用抵扣板上的弧形橡胶垫与吸盘能够将产品进行贴合与吸附,增加产品的锁定效果,本发明采用三个角度不同的喷头能够对产品进行均匀喷涂,通过将喷涂料进行导向传送能够增加产品冷喷涂效果。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建材产品表面金属材料冷喷涂处理系统,其特征在于:所述的内撑柱(57)的中部为伸缩结构,内撑柱(57)的顶部上通过球铰链与内撑支板(58)相连接,内撑支板(58)的顶部上设置有吸盘(59),内撑柱(57)的上方设置有稳定弹簧(510),稳定弹簧(510)安装在内撑柱(57)与内撑支板(58)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建材产品表面金属材料冷喷涂处理系统,其特征在于:所述的承托板(4)的外端上侧面设置有外端向下倾斜的环形斜槽,承托板(4)的外端上设置有环形凸起,承托板(4)的上侧面位于环形凸起上侧面上方。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种建材产品表面金属材料冷喷涂处理系统,其特征在于:所述的承托板(4)上的环形斜槽前端设置有弧形槽,承托板(4)的下端设置有两个T型槽,T型槽对称分布在弧形槽的前后两侧,集料盒(41)位于方形通孔的下侧,集料盒(41)的上端前后两端均设置有一个插杆(42),插杆(42)的外侧面上设置有伸缩结构的梯形块,集料盒(41)通过插杆(42)上设置的梯形块安装在承托板(4)底部的T型槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种建材产品表面金属材料冷喷涂处理系统,其特征在于:所述的电动滑块(61)的顶部上设置有调节连板(611),调节连板(611)通过螺纹配合的方式与角度螺栓(612)的中部相连接,角度螺栓(612)的内端通过轴承安装有调节支板(613),调节支板(613)通过铰链安装在连接板(62)的后端外侧面上。
