Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る美容処置装置1の全体図であり、図2は、その電気的な構成を示すブロック図である。美容処置装置1は、図示しない電源に接続され、スイッチをONにされることにより動作し、美容的トリートメントを施すことができるように構成される。美容処置装置1は、処置面4及びハンドル部3を形成するケーシング2を備える。美容処置装置1のユーザは、ハンドル部3を把持して処置面4を人体に対面させ、処置面4に並ぶ4つのヘッド部5を皮膚に接触させて美容処置装置1を作動させることで、人体への美容的トリートメントを行うことができる。皮膚は、顔の皮膚であってもよいし、顔以外の身体の皮膚であってもよい。美容処置装置1のユーザとは、典型的には美容処置装置1による美容的トリートメントを自身に施す人であるが、例えばエステティシャン等、美容処置装置1による美容的トリートメントを他人に施す人であってもよい。
以下、本実施形態に係る美容処置装置1の各部の構成について、図を参照しながら説明する。
図3は、処置面4付近におけるケーシング2の断面図である。処置面4は、本実施形態では平面視円形に形成される。ケーシング2が処置面4を形成する部位には、円形の開口4aが4つ形成される。4つの開口4aは、処置面4の同心円の周上に、互いに一定の間隔を空けて形成される。ヘッド部5は、開口4aを介して処置面4上に部分的に露出するよう、ケーシング2の内側に固定される。つまり、ヘッド部5は、処置面4において互いに一定の間隔を空けて並ぶように配置される。これにより、処置面4上に露出するヘッド部5は、その中心を順に結ぶ図形が多角形状を為す。本実施形態では、ヘッド部5は正方形を為すように並んでいる。
ヘッド部5は、それぞれ電極部7を有する。電極部7は、皮膚表面に接触させて電気的信号を出力し、人体に通電するための電極であり、その一部が開口4aを介して処置面4上に部分的に露出するように、ケーシング2の内側に固定される。すなわち、図1においてヘッド部5として処置面4上に露出しているのは、電極部7の一部である。以下、電極部7において処置面4上に現れる面を電極部7の表面、表面と反対側の面を電極部7の裏面と称する。電極部7は導体、典型的にはステンレス、アルミニウム及び合金等の金属から構成される。さらに、電極部7の表面には、適宜クロムメッキ等の処理が施されていてもよい。電極部7は、それぞれ図示しないリード線を介して出力回路24に電気的に接続される。後述するように、電極部7には、出力回路24によって所定の周波数の電圧が印加される。これにより、主として皮下組織を介し、1つの電極部7と、これと対を為す別の電極部7へと電流が流れる。
ヘッド部5は、それぞれ超音波振動子6をさらに有する。超音波振動子6は、電極部7の裏面に化学的方法または機械的方法で固定される。これにより、超音波振動子6は、電極部7と同様に円の周上に互いに一定の間隔を空け、正方形を為すように並ぶ。超音波振動子6は、電圧を印加すると伸縮し、外力を加えると電圧を発生させる圧電体から構成され、圧電体は、典型的には圧電セラミックスである。超音波振動子6は、それぞれ図示しないリード線を介して発振回路22に電気的に接続され、発振回路22によって所定の周波数の電圧を印加されることにより、所定の周期で振動する。本実施形態では、超音波振動子6は、発振回路22によって20KHz以上の電圧を印加されると、超音波周波数帯の振動である超音波振動を発生させる。電極部7は、超音波振動子6とともに振動し、電極部7の表面に接触する皮膚に超音波振動を伝達する。
制御ユニット20は、ケーシング2の内部に収容される。制御ユニット20に含まれる各回路21~25は、図示しない回路基板上に搭載することができる。電源回路21は、安定化電源26を介して図示しない外部電源から電力の供給を受け、制御ユニット20の各部を電力駆動させる。本実施形態では、電源回路21は、操作部8、発振回路22及び制御回路23と電気的に接続される。
以下、本実施形態に係る美容処置装置1の動作の一例を説明する。図5は、美容処置装置1のモードの実行処理を示すフローチャートである。図5の処理は、美容処置装置1の電源がONになり、ユーザが操作部8を介してトリートメントを開始するための操作を行った時点でスタートし、一連の動作が終了した時点でエンドとすることができる。ユーザは、ステップS1~S3が実行されている間、ハンドル部3を把持し、ヘッド部5を皮膚に接触させつつ、適宜ヘッド部5が皮膚上を移動するように動かす。なお、トリートメントが施される皮膚表面には、化粧水、美容液、及び美容ジェル等が適宜塗布されることが好ましい。
以上、本発明の一実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、その趣旨を逸脱しない限りにおいて、種々の変更が可能である。例えば、以下の変更が可能である。また、以下の変形例の要旨は、適宜組み合わせることができる。
上記実施形態では、美容処置装置1の制御ユニット20がケーシング2の内部に収容されていた。しかし、美容処置装置1は、図6のように、プローブ10と、制御ユニット20を収容する制御ボックス200とを備える装置として構成されてもよい。この美容処置装置1によれば、プローブ10は、ハンドル部3及び処置面4を形成するケーシング2並びにヘッド部5を備え、ヘッド部5は制御ボックス200内の制御ユニット20に電気的に接続される。この場合、操作部8が制御ボックス200の表面に形成されてもよい。また、この場合、安定化電源26は制御ボックス200内に収容されてもよい。
上記実施形態では、美容処置装置1は外部電源により駆動されるように構成されたが、これに加えてまたはこれに代えて、電池により駆動されるように構成されてもよい。
上記実施形態では、美容処置装置1はキャビテーション及び電気的信号によるトリートメントを行うように構成されたが、美容処置装置1は、キャビテーションのみを行うように構成されてもよいし、RFトリートメント及びEMSトリートメントのうち一方を省略してもよい。また、美容処置装置1は、超音波振動子6が固定されたヘッド部5の他に、超音波振動子6が固定されていない電極部7をさらに備えてもよく、超音波振動子6が固定されていない電極部7を使用してRFトリートメント及びEMSトリートメントのうち少なくとも一方を行ってもよい。
処置面4上に並ぶヘッド部5の数は、上記実施形態に限られず、3つであってもよいし、5つ以上であってもよい。ヘッド部5が間隔を空けつつ処置面4上に少なくとも3つ並ぶことで、効果的に個々の超音波振動を干渉させることができる。また、ヘッド部5の形状及び配置は特に限定されない。ヘッド部5は、例えば図7Aに示すように直線上に配置されてもよいし、図7Bに示すように曲線上に配置されてもよいし、図7Cに示すように閉じた図形上に配置されてもよい。超音波振動を効果的に干渉させるという観点では、少なくとも3つのヘッド部5は、多角形状を為すように処置面4乗に並ぶことが好ましい。さらに、処置面4の形状は平面視円形に限られず、例えば矩形、その他の多角形及び楕円形等に適宜変更されることができ、ヘッド部5の数、配置及び形状と組み合わせることができる。
