Abstract

Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent un revêtement ignifuge hybride organique-inorganique et un procédé de préparation associé, et portent sur le domaine des revêtements ignifuges. Les matières premières du revêtement ignifuge comprennent, en pourcentage en masse, 15 à 22 % de silicate de potassium, 5 à 10 % d'une émulsion d'un copolymère acétate de vinyle-éthylène, 0,2 à 0,6 % de cellulose, 0,2 à 0,5 % d'un dispersant aqueux, 0,1 à 0,3 % d'un agent mouillant aqueux, 0,3 à 0,5 % d'un antimousse aqueux, 2,2 à 4,1 % d'un auxiliaire filmogène, 13 à 28 % d'un auxiliaire charge, 20 à 30 % d'un retardateur de flamme et 22 à 23,6 % d'eau. Le procédé de préparation implique l'addition d'un dispersant, d'un agent mouillant, d'un antimousse, d'un auxiliaire filmogène et d'eau à une solution de cellulose, et l'agitation de celle-ci ; puis l'addition d'une poudre de dioxyde de titane de type rutile, d'un auxiliaire charge et d'un retardateur de flamme, et l'agitation de celui-ci ; l'addition d'une émulsion d'un copolymère acétate de vinyle-éthylène et son agitation ; et l'addition de silicate de potassium, et son agitation. Le revêtement ignifuge présente les caractéristiques d'une résistance à haute température, d'une bonne résistance à l'eau, d'un degré au feu élevé, d'une grande vitesse de séchage, etc.
