背景技术
化纤布是近代发展起来的新型衣料,种类较多。这里主要是指由化学纤维加工成的纯纺、混纺或交织物,也就是说由纯化纤织成的织物,不包括与天然纤维间的混纺、交织物,化纤织物的特性由织成它的化学纤维本身的特性决定。化纤布在生产过程中会产生大量废料。
纺织废料收集装置是一种用于纺织车间内,对纺织过程中产生的废料进行收集,以便后续对其进行集中处理的辅助装置,其在废料收集领域中得到广泛的使用。
现有的纺织废料收集装置使用中发现收集箱体积较大,对其进行移动时较为费力;并且收集腔较深,一般通过对装置进行翻转的方式将纺织废料通过取放口倒出,而装置重量较大,从而导致对纺织废料进行取出时较费体力,劳动程度较高;且不能根据需求对收集箱高度进行调节,适应能力较差,使用局限性较高。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种纺织生产化纤布的纺织废料收集装置,其可以对潮湿的布料进行烘干,并通过切割刀片对从分料板两侧落下的纺织废料进行切断,将大的纺织废料切成小段有利于破碎刀片的破碎;通过压板将箱体内底部的废料压入收料箱内,对蓬松的废料进行压紧,减少了占地面积。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:

3、进入到进料斗内的纺织布料通过分料板向机体的两侧分散,在第一驱动电机的带动下第一齿轮转动,第一齿轮转动带动带动两个齿条相向移动,而固定在齿条上的切割刀片对从分料板两侧落下的纺织废料进行切断,将大的纺织废料切成小段有利于破碎刀片的破碎;
3、第二驱动电机转动带动第二齿轮转动,第二齿轮转动带动与之啮合的第三齿轮转动,第三齿轮转动带动丝杆螺母转动,进而带动安装在丝杆螺母上的丝杆移动,丝杆移动通过压板将箱体内底部的废料压入收料箱内,对蓬松的废料进行压紧,减少了占地面积。

除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
参照图1-4,一种纺织生产化纤布的纺织废料收集装置,包括机体1,机体1的上端设置有进料斗17,进料斗17的侧壁设置有用于输送纺织废料的输送装置,输送装置包括固定连接在进料斗17侧壁上的两个支撑板19,两个支撑板19之间转动连接有两个输送棍,两个输送棍之间绕设有传输带24,两个支撑板19的上端均固定连接有挡板18。
两个支撑板19之间还设置有用于对纺织废料进行加热的加热机构,加热机构包括固定连接在两个支撑板19之间的导热板20,导热板20内设置有加热腔27,加热腔27内设置有电热丝26,导热板20的下端设置有隔热硅脂层,纺织废料放置到输送带25上,然后通过输送带25将纺织废料输送到进料斗17内,两个支撑板19之间的加热机构可以对潮湿的布料进行烘干,导热板20下方的隔热硅脂可以有效的避免导热板20的热量散失。
机体1的侧壁固定连接有第一驱动电机,第一驱动电机的输出轴贯穿机体1的侧壁并固定连接有第一齿轮15,机体1的内壁位于第一齿轮15的上下两侧均固定连接有导轨12,导轨12相对的一侧均固定连接有齿条13,两个齿条13均与第一齿轮15啮合,两个齿条13靠近机体1内壁的一侧均固定连接有切割刀片14,第一驱动电机的带动下第一齿轮15转动,第一齿轮15转动带动带动两个齿条13相向移动,而固定在齿条13上的切割刀片14对从分料板11两侧落下的纺织废料进行切断,位于上端的导轨12上固定连接有分料板11,机体1的内壁转动连接有三个相互配合的破碎棍10,破碎棍10的侧壁均布有破碎刀片28,位于中间的破碎棍10通过同步带与第一齿轮15传动连接,机体1的内壁位于切割刀片14的上方设置有导料板2,切断成小块的纺织废料通过导料板2落入到破碎棍24上破碎刀片28对废料进一步进行破碎,破碎的废料落入到机体1的底部。
收料箱21的侧壁固定连接有推杆23,推杆23远离收料箱21的一端固定连接有握杆,握杆的表面胶合有橡胶套,橡胶套的表面设置有防滑槽。
机体1的侧壁设置有收料机构,机体1的侧壁设置有用于对破碎后的物料进行压制成块的压制机构压制机构包括转动连接在机体1侧壁上的第三齿轮6,第三齿轮6的侧壁同轴固定连接有丝杆螺母7,丝杆螺母7上安装有丝杠8,丝杠8依次贯穿第三齿轮6和机体1的侧壁,丝杠8位于机体1内的一端固定连接有压板9,压板9与出料口的位置相对,机体1的侧壁固定连接有固定架3,固定架3的下端固定连接有第二驱动电机4,第二驱动电机4的输出轴固定连接有与第三齿轮6啮合的第二齿轮5,第二驱动电机4转动带动第二齿轮5转动,第二齿轮5转动带动与之啮合的第三齿轮6转动,第三齿轮6转动带动丝杆螺母7转动,进而带动安装在丝杆螺母7上的丝杆8移动,丝杆8移动通过压板9将箱体1内底部的废料压入收料箱21内,然后对收料箱21内的物料进行运输即可。
机体1的下端设置有多道防滑槽,且机体1通过膨胀螺钉与地面固定连接,输送带24的表面均布有网孔25。
本发明的工作原理为:
该纺织废料收集装置在工作时,操作员将纺织废料放置到输送带25上,然后通过输送带25将纺织废料输送到进料斗17内,两个支撑板19之间的加热机构可以对潮湿的布料进行烘干,导热板20下方的隔热硅脂可以有效的避免导热板20的热量散失,进入到进料斗17内的纺织布料通过分料板11向机体1的两侧分散,在第一驱动电机的带动下第一齿轮15转动,第一齿轮15转动带动带动两个齿条13相向移动,而固定在齿条13上的切割刀片14对从分料板11两侧落下的纺织废料进行切断,切断成小块的纺织废料通过导料板2落入到破碎棍24上破碎刀片28对废料进一步进行破碎,破碎的废料落入到机体1的底部,启动第二驱动电机4的开关,第二驱动电机4转动带动第二齿轮5转动,第二齿轮5转动带动与之啮合的第三齿轮6转动,第三齿轮6转动带动丝杆螺母7转动,进而带动安装在丝杆螺母7上的丝杆8移动,丝杆8移动通过压板9将箱体1内底部的废料压入收料箱21内,然后对收料箱21内的物料进行运输即可。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种纺织生产化纤布的纺织废料收集装置,包括机体(1),其特征在于,所述机体(1)的上端设置有进料斗(17),所述进料斗(17)的侧壁设置有用于输送纺织废料的输送装置,所述机体(1)的侧壁固定连接有第一驱动电机,所述第一驱动电机的输出轴贯穿机体(1)的侧壁并固定连接有第一齿轮(15),所述机体(1)的内壁位于第一齿轮(15)的上下两侧均固定连接有导轨(12),所述导轨(12)相对的一侧均固定连接有齿条(13),两个所述齿条(13)均与第一齿轮(15)啮合,两个所述齿条(13)靠近机体(1)内壁的一侧均固定连接有切割刀片(14),位于上端的所述导轨(12)上固定连接有分料板(11),所述机体(1)的内壁转动连接有三个相互配合的破碎棍(10),所述破碎棍(10)的侧壁均布有破碎刀片(28),位于中间的所述破碎棍(10)通过同步带与第一齿轮(15)传动连接,所述机体(1)的内壁位于切割刀片(14)的上方设置有导料板(2),所述机体(1)的侧壁设置有收料机构,所述机体(1)的侧壁设置有用于对破碎后的物料进行压制成块的压制机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织生产化纤布的纺织废料收集装置,其特征在于,所述输送装置包括固定连接在进料斗(17)侧壁上的两个支撑板(19),两个所述支撑板(19)之间转动连接有两个输送棍,两个所述输送棍之间绕设有传输带(24),两个所述支撑板(19)的上端均固定连接有挡板(18),两个所述支撑板(19)之间还设置有用于对纺织废料进行加热的加热机构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织生产化纤布的纺织废料收集装置,其特征在于,所述加热机构包括固定连接在两个支撑板(19)之间的导热板(20),所述导热板(20)内设置有加热腔(27),所述加热腔(27)内设置有电热丝(26),所述导热板(20)的下端设置有隔热硅脂层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织生产化纤布的纺织废料收集装置,其特征在于,所述收料机构包括侧壁上开设有开口的收料箱(21),所述收料箱(21)的下端转动连接有行走轮(22),所述机体(1)的侧壁开设有与收料箱(21)相配合的出料口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织生产化纤布的纺织废料收集装置,其特征在于,所述收料箱(21)的侧壁固定连接有推杆(23),所述推杆(23)远离收料箱(21)的一端固定连接有握杆,所述握杆的表面胶合有橡胶套,所述橡胶套的表面设置有防滑槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织生产化纤布的纺织废料收集装置,其特征在于,所述压制机构包括转动连接在机体(1)侧壁上的第三齿轮(6),所述第三齿轮(6)的侧壁同轴固定连接有丝杆螺母(7),所述丝杆螺母(7)上安装有丝杠(8),所述丝杠(8)依次贯穿第三齿轮(6)和机体(1)的侧壁,所述丝杠(8)位于机体(1)内的一端固定连接有压板(9),所述压板(9)与所述出料口的位置相对,所述机体(1)的侧壁固定连接有固定架(3),所述固定架(3)的下端固定连接有第二驱动电机(4),所述第二驱动电机(4)的输出轴固定连接有与第三齿轮(6)啮合的第二齿轮(5)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种纺织生产化纤布的纺织废料收集装置,其特征在于,所述机体(1)的下端设置有多道防滑槽,且所述机体(1)通过膨胀螺钉与地面固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织生产化纤布的纺织废料收集装置,其特征在于,所述输送带(24)的表面均布有网孔(25)。
