具体地,参考附图1至图3B,所述支架单元10包括一安装支架11和一摆动支架12,所述安装支架11具有一固定端101和对应于所述固定端101的一连接端102,其中所述摆动支架12被安装于所述安装支架11的所述连接端102。所述安装支架11的所述固定端101被设置能够被安装于牛圈的墙壁或者支撑柱等附着物,并且所述安装支架11使得所述摆动支架12远离牛圈的墙壁或者支撑柱等附着物,如此所述牛体按摩装置能够被安装于使用环境(牛圈)。

进一步地,所述驱动单元20包括一监控器24,其中所述监控器24被可通信地连接于所述控制器23,其中所述监控器24被设置能够监控所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度,所述控制器23能够根据所述监控器24的监控结果控制所述驱动电机23的工作状态。可以理解的是,所述驱动电机22的倾斜度和所述刷辊30的 倾斜度一致,从而通过监控所述驱动电机22的倾斜度的方式可以监控所述刷辊30的倾斜度。
在本发明的所述牛体按摩装置的一个较佳示例中,当所述监控器24监控到所述驱动电机22倾斜到预设角度时,所述控制器23控制所述驱动电机22转动而带动所述刷辊30转动,相应地,当所述监控器24监控到所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度小于预设角度时,或者当所述监控器24监控到所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度小于预设角度一段时间后,所述控制器23控制所述驱动电机22停止状态,从而所述刷辊30停止转动,如此能够实现对牛体的自动按摩。
具体地,当牛体的身体碰触到所述刷辊30并推动所述刷辊30时,所述刷辊30能够通过所述驱动电机22带动所述电机支座21绕着所述第三转动轴1003做相对于所述摆动支架12的转动,和/或所述刷辊30能够通过所述驱动单元20带动所述摆动支架12绕着所述第一转动轴1001做相对于所述安装支架11的转动,此时,所述监控器24能够监控所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度是否达到预设角度,例如预设角度可以是但不限于15°,若所述监控器24监控所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度达到预设角度,则所述控制器23能够控制所述驱动电机22带动所述刷辊30转动,而藉由所述刷辊30以刷洗牛体的身体的方式对牛体进行按摩。可以理解的是,当牛体离开所述刷辊30时,由于重力原理,所述刷辊30会通过所述驱动电机22带动所述电机支座21绕着所述第三转动轴1003做相对于所述摆动支架12的转动而恢复状态,此时,在本发明的所述牛体按摩装置的一个示例中,所述控制器23能够在所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度小于预设角度时控制所述驱动电机22停止转动,在本发明的所述牛体按摩装置的另一个示例中,所述控制器23能够在所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度小于预设角度一段时间(例如20s)后控制所述驱动电机22转动。
值得一提的是,所述监控器24的类型在本发明的所述牛体按摩装置中不受限制,其只要能够被用来监控所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度即可。例如,在本发明的所述牛体按摩装置的一个较佳示例中,所述监控器24可以是一个陀螺仪,其被设置于所述驱动电机22、或者被设置于所述电机支座21、或者被设置于所述刷辊30,以用于监控所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度。在本发明的所述牛体按摩装置的另一个较佳示例中,所述监控器24可以是一个摄像头,其通过拍摄所述驱动电机22、或者拍摄所述电机支座21、或者拍摄所述刷辊30的图像的方式监 控所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度。
在将所述监控器24实施例所述摄像头的所述牛体按摩装置的具体示例中,所述监控器24可以通过拍摄牛体的图像的方式自动地识别牛体的年龄段,例如对于一个牛圈来说,其养殖的牛体的品种是确定的,因此可以通过获得牛体的身材(身高、体型)的方式来判断和识别牛体的年龄段,以在后续所述控制器23能够根据牛体的年龄段来控制所述刷辊30以合适的转速和以合适的转动方式来对牛体进行按摩,如此能够满足牛体的个性化需求。具体地,所述控制器23能够根据牛体的年龄段控制所述刷辊30以慢速转动、中速转动或者高速转动的方式来对牛体进行按摩,或者所述控制器23能够根据牛体的年龄段控制所述刷辊30以正转、反转或者正反转交替的方式对牛体进行按摩。
进一步地,在本发明的所述牛体按摩装置的一个较佳示例中,所述监控器24和所述控制器23均被贴装于一个电路板25上,以有利所述牛体按摩装置的小型化、便于使所述监控器24可通信地连接于所述控制器23,和便于在后续通过所述电路板25向所述监控器24和所述控制器23供电。优选地,所述驱动电机22被电连接于所述电路板25。
继续参考附图1至图3B,所述牛体按摩装置进一步包括一控制开关60,其中所述驱动电机22被电连接于所述控制开关60,所述控制开关60被电连接于外部电源和所述电路板25,从而外部电源需要通过所述控制开关60被输送至所述电路板25,进而藉由所述电路板25分配电能至所述驱动电机22、所述控制器23和所述监控器24,如此在需要停机维护、清洗所述牛体按摩装置,或者在发生紧急情况时,可以通过所述控制开关60断电后进行,以保证安全。

参考附图5,牛体的臀部在推动所述刷辊30时,所述刷辊30能够通过所述驱动电机22带动所述电机支座21绕着所述第三转动轴1003做相对于所述摆动支架12的转动,和带动所述摆动支架12绕着所述第一转动轴1001做相对于所述安装支架11的转动,此时,所述监控器24在监控到所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度达到预设角度后将监控结果发送至所述控制器23,所述控制器23能够控制所述驱动电机22转动而带动所述刷辊30绕着所述第二转动轴1002转动,从而所述刷辊30以刷洗牛体的身体的方式对牛体进行按摩。
参考附图6和图7,随着牛体的移动,所述刷辊30可以沿着牛体的身体从臀部按摩到背部,并且所述刷辊30的倾斜角度可以随着牛体的身体部分的变化而自动地变化,以自动地对牛体的各个可能的部分进行按摩。可以理解的是,在一些特殊的部位,所述驱动电机22还能够通过正反交替转动的方式实现所述刷辊30的正反交替转动,以为牛体提供更佳的按摩效果。
参考附图8,当牛体离开所述刷辊30时,在重力作用下,所述刷辊30可以自动地恢复至竖直状态,在一个示例中,所述驱动电机22能够被控制以在所述刷辊30的倾斜角度小于预设角度时停止转动,如此所述刷辊30在所述驱动电机22停止转动时停止转动,在另一个示例中,所述驱动电机22能够被控制以在所述刷辊30的倾斜角度小于所述预设角度一段时间(例如20s)后停止转动,如此所述刷辊30在所述驱动电机22停止转动时停止转动。
依本发明的另一个方面,本发明进一步提供一牛体按摩方法,其中所述牛体按摩方法包括如下步骤:
(a)安装所述摆动支架12于所述安装支架11的连接端的下侧;
(b)安装所述驱动单元20的所述电机支座21于所述摆动支架12;
(c)可驱动地安装所述刷辊30于所述驱动单元20的被安装于所述电机支 座21的所述驱动电机22;以及
(d)监控所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度是否达到预设角度,其中在所述驱动电机22的倾斜角度达到预设角度后,通过所述驱动电机22驱动所述刷辊30转动,以允许所述刷辊30通过刷洗牛体的身体的方式为牛体按摩。

更进一步地,所述调节支架13包括一安装盒136,其中所述固定架131的高端部和所述调节电机134均被安装于所述安装盒136,以藉由所述安装盒136 保持所述调节电机134于所述固定架131的高端部,其中所述动力传输部135被保持在所述安装盒136的内部。
所述安装支架11的所述固定端101被安装于所述调节支架13的所述滑动座133,如此当所述滑动座133相对于所述固定架131的位置被调节时,所述滑动座133能够带动所述安装支架11同步地调节,进而调节所述刷辊30的高度。

Claims (23)

  1. 一牛体按摩装置,其特征在于,包括:
    一刷辊;
    一驱动单元,其中所述驱动单元包括一电机支座和被设置于所述电机支座的一驱动电机,所述刷辊被可驱动地安装于所述驱动电机的输出轴;以及
    一支架单元,其中所述支架单元包括一安装支架和一摆动支架,所述摆动支架被安装于所述摆动支架的连接端,其中所述电机支座被安装于所述摆动支架,以允许所述刷辊被悬吊地保持于所述安装支架的下侧,其中所述驱动单元被允许在所述刷辊被驱动而倾斜时带动所述驱动电机同步地倾斜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述摆动支架被可转动地安装于所述安装支架,以使所述驱动单元被允许在所述刷辊被驱动而倾斜时带动所述驱动电机同步地倾斜。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述电机支座被可转动地安装于所述摆动支架,以使所述驱动单元被允许在所述刷辊被驱动而倾斜时带动所述驱动电机同步地倾斜。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述电机支座被可转动地安装于所述摆动支架,以使所述驱动单元被允许在所述刷辊被驱动而倾斜时带动所述驱动电机同步地倾斜。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述摆动支架相对于所述安装支架的转动方向和所述电机支座相对于所述摆动支架的转动方向不同。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的牛体按摩装置,其中形成于所述摆动支架和所述安装支架的连接部位的转动轴与形成于所述电机支座和所述摆动支架的连接部位的转动轴正交。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述安装支架具有至少一枢转支臂,其中所述摆动支架包括一支架主体和自所述支架主体向上延伸的至少一上保持臂,其中所述摆动支架的所述上保持臂被可转动地安装于所述安装支架的所述枢转支臂。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述安装支架具有两相互对称的枢转支臂,其中所述电机支座具有至少两相互对称的支座臂,其中所述摆动 支架包括一支架主体、两上保持臂以及两下保持臂,两个所述上保持臂以相互对称的方式自所述支架主体的一对相反侧向上延伸,并且两个所述上保持臂分别被可转动地安装于两个所述枢转支臂,两个所述下保持臂以相互对称的方式自所述支架主体的另一对相反侧向下延伸,并且两个所述下保持臂分别被可转动地安装于两个所述支座臂。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述摆动支架的两个所述上保持臂分别通过一个轴承被可转动地安装于所述安装支架的两个所述枢转支臂,和所述电机支座的两个所述支座臂分别通过一个轴承被可转动地安装于所述摆动支架的两个所述下保持臂。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述电机支座具有一延伸通道,所述驱动电机以被隐藏于所述电机支座和所述摆动支架之间的方式被设置于所述电机支座,并且所述驱动电机的输出轴经所述电机支座的所述延伸通道延伸至所述电机支座的外部,其中所述刷辊被可驱动地安装于所述驱动电机的输出轴。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述刷辊被可拆卸地安装于所述驱动电机的输出轴。
  12. 根据权利要求1至10中任一所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述驱动单元包括一控制器和被可通信地连接于所述控制器的一监控器,所述驱动电机被可控制地连接于所述控制器,其中所述监控器被用于监控所述驱动电机的倾斜状态,以允许所述控制器根据所述监控器的监控结果控制所述驱动电机的工作状态。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述枢转支臂被可调节地安装于所述上保持臂。
  14. 根据根据权利要求1至10中任一所述的牛体按摩装置,所述支架单元进一步包括一调节支架,所述安装支架的固定端被可调节地安装于所述调节支架,以皆有所述调节支架调节所述安装支架的高度。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的牛体按摩装置,其中所述调节支架包括一固定架、一驱动丝杆以及一滑动座,所述固定架具有一竖直方向的滑动轨道,所述驱动丝杆被可转动地安装于所述固定架,所述滑动座被可驱动地安装于所述驱动丝杆和被可滑动地保持于所述固定架的所述滑动轨道,其中所述安装支架包括一安装盘、一悬臂以及一延伸臂,所述安装盘被设置于所述悬臂的第一端部和被安装 于所述滑动座,所述延伸臂被设置于所述悬臂的第二端部,其中所述摆动支架被安装于所述延伸臂。
  16. 一牛体按摩方法,其特征在于,所述牛体按摩方法包括如下步骤:
    (a)安装一摆动支架于一安装支架的连接端的下侧;
    (b)安装一驱动单元的一电机支座于所述摆动支架;
    (c)可驱动地安装一刷辊于所述驱动单元的被安装于所述电机支座的一驱动电机;以及
    (d)监控所述驱动电机的倾斜角度是否达到预设角度,其中在所述驱动电机的倾斜角度达到预设角度后,通过所述驱动电机驱动所述刷辊转动,以允许所述刷辊通过刷洗牛体的毛发的方式为牛体按摩。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的牛体按摩方法,其中在所述步骤(a)中,允许所述摆动支架做相对于所述安装支架的转动。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的牛体按摩方法,其中在所述步骤(b)中,允许所述电机支座做相对于所述摆动支架的转动。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的牛体按摩方法,其中在所述步骤(b)中,允许所述电机支座做相对于所述摆动支架的转动。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的牛体按摩方法,其中在上述方法中,所述摆动支架做相对于所述安装支架的转动方向和所述电机支座做相对于所述摆动支架的转动方向不同。
  21. 根据权利要求16至20中任一所述的牛体按摩方法,其中在所述步骤(d)中,控制所述驱动电机驱动所述刷辊以正转和反转交替的方式刷洗牛体的毛发。
  22. 根据权利要求16至20中任一所述的牛体按摩方法,其中在所述步骤(d)中,通过一陀螺仪监控所述驱动电机的倾斜角度。
  23. 根据权利要求16至20中任一所述的牛体按摩方法,其中在所述步骤(d)中,识别牛体的年龄段,以基于牛体的年龄段控制所述驱动电机的工作状态。
