背景技术
 随着我国城市化进程的加深,城市人群数量也随之上升,户内锻炼就成为城市人群的主要锻炼手段,由于因地板隔音效果有限的问题,居家运动也受到了限制。
 我国纬度范围大,横跨南北,在热带和亚热带区域内,常年温度高、湿度大,对于常规地板而言很不友好,温度高则易变形,湿度高则易腐蚀,因此耐用性较差,且我国南部多平原,声音传播远、衰减小,也易受噪音滋扰,而目前市面上少有针对这些痛点进行专门改良的工业制品。
技术问题
但现在市面上没有专门的隔音地板,目前常用的是隔音毡或隔音毯,是一种以橡胶、塑胶等弹性材料为主要原料制成的一种具有一定柔性的高密度卷材,环保无异味,对低频和高频声音均有相当好的一种隔音材料,能有效地抑制各种振动的传播。隔音毡的厚度有1mm,2mm,3mm不等,经国家建材局检测,计权隔音量Rw分别为23dB,27dB,30dB。通常KTV会采用隔音毡进行隔音处理。但毫无疑问的是,隔音毡或者特制隔音毡其隔音效果或许不错,但其耐热性、阻燃性和耐湿耐蚀性天然较差,不符合部分区域的应用特性。
现有技术中的竹地板是一种新型建筑装饰材料,它以天然优质竹子为原料,经过二十几道工序,脱去竹子原浆汁,经高温高压拼压,再经过多层油漆,最后红外线烘干而成。竹地板以其天然赋予的优势和成型之后的诸多优良性能给建材市场带来一股绿色清新之风。竹地板有竹子的天然纹理,清新文雅,给人一种回归自然、高雅脱俗的感觉。它具有很多特点,首先竹地板以竹代木,具有木材的原有特色,而且竹在加工过程中,采用符合国家标准的优质胶种,可避免甲醛等物质对人体的危害,还有竹地板利用先进的设备和技术,通过对原竹进行26道工序的加工,兼具有原木地板的自然美感和陶瓷地砖的坚固耐用。但是竹地板也有其固有缺陷1、竹地板易变形2、竹地板易损坏,竹地板倘若保护不善,经过长时间高温后就会很容易分层的现象,而且有时候因为气候的不同,湿度不同,也会产生一系列问题。比如说在南方,潮气比较重,竹地板就容易发霉;在北方,天气太干燥了,竹地板就更容易出现干裂。且竹地板本身没有隔音功能,热适应能力也较差。
  因此,市面上急需一种热适应、吸热液化、整体柔化、抗振、耐磨的热适应环保隔音地板及其制造方法。
技术解决方案
本发明旨在提供一种热适应、吸热液化、整体柔化、抗振、耐磨的热适应环保隔音地板制造方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种热适应环保隔音地板的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)原料准备
①原材料准备:按重量份准备毛竹200份-220份、芒硝50份-60份、酚醛树脂50份-60份、氧化铝粉末1份-1.2份;
②辅材准备:准备足量生物酶水剂、足量溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液;
2)竹纤维布制造
①将阶段1)步骤①准备的毛竹置于水中煮沸1h-1.5h,然后取出后机械挤压成条,至破碎后的竹条直径1mm-3mm,获得原材毛竹条;
②步骤①获得的原材毛竹条在2MPa-2.5MPa蒸汽压力、130℃-135℃的蒸汽温度环境下焖蒸25min-30min,然后将焖蒸后的竹条完全浸入到生物酶水剂中进行脱胶处理,将脱胶后获得的去除胶质的竹纤维网管机械梳理成丝,获得硬竹丝;
③将步骤②获得的硬竹丝浸入溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液中,持续1.5h-2h,取出已经软化的硬竹丝,获得竹纤维;
④将步骤③获得的竹纤维按布料的四平针法纺织成纤维布,获得所需竹纤维布;
3)填料固化整合
①将阶段1)步骤①准备的芒硝加热至40℃-45℃至芒硝完全熔化,获得预制熔池;
②将阶段2)步骤④获得的竹纤维布完全浸入步骤①获得的预制熔池中,然后冷却至室温至预制熔池完全冷却,获得固体混合物,该固体混合物即为所需固化整合的填料;
4)地板成型加工
①将阶段3)步骤②获得的固化整合的填料机械切割加工为与地板内核设计尺寸相适应的形状和尺寸,获得地板核块;
②以阶段1)步骤①准备的酚醛树脂为整合封装材料,预留4份-5份的酚醛树脂后,将其它酚醛树脂全部热熔后采用热压成型工艺将步骤①获得的地板核块完全包裹并热压成为与地板外形设计尺寸相适应但厚度相较设计尺寸小的形状和尺寸,获得半成型固化地板;
③将步骤②预留的4份-5份的酚醛树脂热熔后与阶段1)步骤①准备的氧化铝粉末完全混合均匀,再将混合熔体均匀刷涂在步骤②获得的半成型固化地板上表面,烘烤冷却后机械加工抛光至达到设计尺寸,即获得所需隔音地板。

有益效果
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明从根本上而言是专门针对热带、亚热带气候设计的耐热耐潮型隔音地板,其具有自吸热能力,作为功能填料的芒硝一方面可以在固体状态下作为空穴形成的因素存在于地板整体中,一方面在温度超过32℃后其中的水合物熔化吸热,维持温度的稳定,熔化后作为液态存在,而作为液态的高粘物自身就具有了良好的隔音阻音效果,更兼之其不燃且吸潮,对于高热高湿区域的适性良好。(2)本发明不是传统的整竹纤维直接热压应用,而是在除去了纤维质之外的部分后将纤维按布料的整合方式重新编织后完成现填充具有保健功能的芒硝,再经酚醛树脂固化成型,因此没有受热会因原竹质材质问题开裂或变形。(3)本发明的隔音地板,其耐火性能为B1级,燃烧碳化后无毒、臭烟气产生;弹性模量不低于35GPa,静曲强度不低于380MPa,高于一般竹地板;其隔音性能分为两个区间,在32.5℃以下时,芒硝主要以固态颗粒的形式存在,吸声系数范围NRC=0.5-0.6,隔音量可以达到16dB-23dB,在32.5℃以上时,芒硝主要以液态的形式存在,吸声系数范围NRC=0.7-0.8,隔音量可以达到27dB-32dB,两种不同的消声隔声机理共同作用,使本发明能适应更广的范围场景。(4)本发明整体结构材料为丝线化的竹纤维和酚醛材料,因此整体呈现柔性,一是隔音性能好、降噪隔音,二是能承受更多频次的踩踏且脚感舒适。因此,本发明具有热适应、吸热液化、整体柔化、抗振、耐磨的特性。

①原材料准备:按重量份准备毛竹212kg、芒硝56kg、酚醛树脂53kg、氧化铝粉末1.1kg、足量生物酶水剂、足量溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液;
②将毛竹置于水中煮沸1h-1.5h,然后取出后机械挤压成条,至破碎后的竹条直径1mm-3mm,获得原材毛竹条;将原材毛竹条在2MPa-2.5MPa蒸汽压力、130℃-135℃的蒸汽温度环境下焖蒸25min-30min,然后将焖蒸后的竹条完全浸入到生物酶水剂中进行脱胶处理,将脱胶后获得的去除胶质的竹纤维网管机械梳理成丝,获得硬竹丝;将硬竹丝浸入溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液中,持续1.5h-2h,取出已经软化的硬竹丝,获得竹纤维;将竹纤维按布料的四平针法纺织成纤维布,获得所需竹纤维布;

本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明从根本上而言是专门针对热带、亚热带气候设计的耐热耐潮型隔音地板,其具有自吸热能力,作为功能填料的芒硝一方面可以在固体状态下作为空穴形成的因素存在于地板整体中,一方面在温度超过32℃后其中的水合物熔化吸热,维持温度的稳定,熔化后作为液态存在,而作为液态的高粘物自身就具有了良好的隔音阻音效果,更兼之其不燃且吸潮,对于高热高湿区域的适性良好。(2)本发明不是传统的整竹纤维直接热压应用,而是在除去了纤维质之外的部分后将纤维按布料的整合方式重新编织后完成现填充具有保健功能的芒硝,再经酚醛树脂固化成型,因此没有受热会因原竹质材质问题开裂或变形。(3)本发明的隔音地板,其耐火性能为B1级,燃烧碳化后无毒、臭烟气产生;弹性模量不低于35GPa,静曲强度不低于380MPa,高于一般竹地板;其隔音性能分为两个区间,在32.5℃以下时,芒硝主要以固态颗粒的形式存在,吸声系数范围NRC=0.5-0.6,隔音量可以达到16dB-23dB,在32.5℃以上时,芒硝主要以液态的形式存在,吸声系数范围NRC=0.7-0.8,隔音量可以达到27dB-32dB,两种不同的消声隔声机理共同作用,使本发明能适应更广的范围场景。(4)本发明整体结构材料为丝线化的竹纤维和酚醛材料,因此整体呈现柔性,一是隔音性能好、降噪隔音,二是能承受更多频次的踩踏且脚感舒适。因此,本发明具有热适应、吸热液化、整体柔化、抗振、耐磨的特性。

Claims (2)

  1. 一种热适应环保隔音地板的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    1)原料准备
    ①原材料准备:按重量份准备毛竹200份-220份、芒硝50份-60份、酚醛树脂50份-60份、氧化铝粉末1份-1.2份;
    ②辅材准备:准备足量生物酶水剂、足量溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液;
    2)竹纤维布制造
    ①将阶段1)步骤①准备的毛竹置于水中煮沸1h-1.5h,然后取出后机械挤压成条,至破碎后的竹条直径1mm-3mm,获得原材毛竹条;
    ②步骤①获得的原材毛竹条在2MPa-2.5MPa蒸汽压力、130℃-135℃的蒸汽温度环境下焖蒸25min-30min,然后将焖蒸后的竹条完全浸入到生物酶水剂中进行脱胶处理,将脱胶后获得的去除胶质的竹纤维网管机械梳理成丝,获得硬竹丝;
    ③将步骤②获得的硬竹丝浸入溶质质量分数0.04%的硫代硫酸钠溶液中,持续1.5h-2h,取出已经软化的硬竹丝,获得竹纤维;
    ④将步骤③获得的竹纤维按布料的四平针法纺织成纤维布,获得所需竹纤维布;
    3)填料固化整合
    ①将阶段1)步骤①准备的芒硝加热至40℃-45℃至芒硝完全熔化,获得预制熔池;
    ②将阶段2)步骤④获得的竹纤维布完全浸入步骤①获得的预制熔池中,然后冷却至室温至预制熔池完全冷却,获得固体混合物,该固体混合物即为所需固化整合的填料;
    4)地板成型加工
    ①将阶段3)步骤②获得的固化整合的填料机械切割加工为与地板内核设计尺寸相适应的形状和尺寸,获得地板核块;
    ②以阶段1)步骤①准备的酚醛树脂为整合封装材料,预留4份-5份的酚醛树脂后,将其它酚醛树脂全部热熔后采用热压成型工艺将步骤①获得的地板核块完全包裹并热压成为与地板外形设计尺寸相适应但厚度相较设计尺寸小的形状和尺寸,获得半成型固化地板;
     ③将步骤②预留的4份-5份的酚醛树脂热熔后与阶段1)步骤①准备的氧化铝粉末完全混合均匀,再将混合熔体均匀刷涂在步骤②获得的半成型固化地板上表面,烘烤冷却后机械加工抛光至达到设计尺寸,即获得所需隔音地板
  2. 一种热适应环保隔音地板,其特征在于:该隔音涂料由封装材料、功能填料及表面耐磨层三部分组成,其中封装材料为以按重量份计45份-56份的酚醛树脂为原材料制备的树脂基体,功能填料为以按重量份计毛竹200份-220份、芒硝50份-60份为原材料制备的竹纤维复合材料,表面耐磨层为以按重量份计4份-5份、氧化铝粉末1份-1.2份的酚醛树脂为原材料制备的耐磨复合材料。
