本实用新型涉及绝热板技术领域,尤其涉及一种高性能复合式真空绝热板。
背景技术
众所周知,近些年来随着能源消耗的不断加剧和各国对节能减排的重视,作为具有极其优异保温绝缘性能的真空绝热板开始逐渐出现在市场上,在进行家庭装饰的时候,人们通常将真空绝热板安装到墙壁上,然后在真空绝热板的外壁进行刮腻子和涂料来装饰自己的屋子,因为这样做可以起到良好的隔音效果,不受外界噪声干扰,另外可以做到使整个房间冬暖夏凉,适合居住,但是现有的真空绝热板也存在一些不足之处,例如,防撞性能不佳,在受到撞击之后,真空绝热板表面会容易出现裂缝,人们就不得不对其进行更换,另外防水能力也比较差,真空绝热板的表面接触到水以后,水会立刻蔓延至板的内部,导致真空层的腐烂,失去其原有的性能,所以需要一种高性能复合式真空绝热板来改变这一现状。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种高性能复合式真空绝热板。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种高性能复合式真空绝热板,包括外壳,所述外壳四周内壁的底部嵌装有水平设置的第一支撑板,且第一支撑板的顶部外壁焊接有缓冲弹簧,所述缓冲弹簧的顶部焊接有第二支撑板,且第二支撑板的顶部外壁粘接有真空层,所述真空层的两侧外壁均开设有通孔,且通孔内壁通过螺钉固定有气阀,所述气阀的出气口内壁通过螺纹连接有密封盖,所述真空层的顶部外壁粘接有第三支撑板,且第三支撑板的顶部外壁粘接有弹性块,所述弹性块的顶部外壁粘接有第四支撑板,且第四支撑板的顶部外壁粘接有隔热层,所述隔热层的顶部外壁粘接有吸水层,且吸水层的顶部外壁刮涂有腻子层,所述腻子层的顶部外壁涂有涂料层。
优选的,所述真空层、隔热层、吸水层、腻子层和涂料层的横截面大小相同,且真空层、隔热层、吸水层、腻子层和涂料层均位于外壳四周内壁上。
优选的,所述外壳的两侧内壁均开设有安装槽,且密封盖位于安装槽内,密封盖的大小与安装槽的大小相适配。
优选的,所述吸水层的材质为竹纤维,隔热层的材质为石棉。
优选的,所述弹性块的数量为十到二十个,且弹性块的高度为五到八毫米。
优选的,所述缓冲弹簧的数量为二十到四十个,且缓冲弹簧的高度为七到十毫米。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型中,弹性块和缓冲弹簧的设置,不仅可以对中间的真空层起到一定的保护作用,而且真空绝热板在受到强烈撞击之后,起到良好的缓冲作用,可以使真空绝热板的表面不会出现裂缝,防撞性能较好,吸水层的设置,真空绝热板的表面受潮之后,可以做到立即被吸收,不至于蔓延到真空绝热板的内部,保护内部的真空层不会因受潮损坏,具有良好的防水性能。

参照图1-2,一种高性能复合式真空绝热板,包括外壳11,外壳11四周内壁的底部嵌装有水平设置的第一支撑板10,且第一支撑板10的顶部外壁焊接有缓冲弹簧8,缓冲弹簧8的顶部焊接有第二支撑板9,且第二支撑板9的顶部外壁粘接有真空层12,真空层12的两侧外壁均开设有通孔,且通孔内壁通过螺钉固定有气阀7,气阀7的出气口内壁通过螺纹连接有密封盖6,真空层12的顶部外壁粘接有第三支撑板13,且第三支撑板13的顶部外壁粘接有弹性块14,弹性块14的顶部外壁粘接有第四支撑板5,且第四支撑板5的顶部外壁粘接有隔热层4,隔热层4的顶部外壁粘接有吸水层3,且吸水层3的顶部外壁刮涂有腻子层2,腻子层2的顶部外壁涂有涂料层1。
本实用新型中,真空层12、隔热层4、吸水层3、腻子层2和涂料层1的横截面大小相同,且真空层12、隔热层4、吸水层3、腻子层2和涂料层1均位于外壳11四周内壁上,外壳11的两侧内壁均开设有安装槽,且密封盖6位于安装槽内,密封盖6的大小与安装槽的大小相适配,吸水层3的材质为竹纤维,隔热层4的材质为石棉,弹性块14的数量为十到二十个,且弹性块14的高度为五到八毫米,缓冲弹簧8的数量为二十到四十个,且缓冲弹簧8的高度为七到十毫米。
工作原理:使用时,将外壳11通过水泥粘接到墙壁上,直到铺满整面墙壁,当真空绝热板的表面受到撞击时,由于弹性块14和缓冲弹簧8共同的缓冲作用,可以保护真空绝热板的表面不受损坏,真空绝热板的表面接触到水之后,会被吸水层3立即吸收,真空层12能够起到良好的隔音效果,隔热层4能够起到良好的保温效果,真正的做到高性能。

1.一种高性能复合式真空绝热板,包括外壳(11),其特征在于,所述外壳(11)四周内壁的底部嵌装有水平设置的第一支撑板(10),且第一支撑板(10)的顶部外壁焊接有缓冲弹簧(8),所述缓冲弹簧(8)的顶部焊接有第二支撑板(9),且第二支撑板(9)的顶部外壁粘接有真空层(12),所述真空层(12)的两侧外壁均开设有通孔,且通孔内壁通过螺钉固定有气阀(7),所述气阀(7)的出气口内壁通过螺纹连接有密封盖(6),所述真空层(12)的顶部外壁粘接有第三支撑板(13),且第三支撑板(13)的顶部外壁粘接有弹性块(14),所述弹性块(14)的顶部外壁粘接有第四支撑板(5),且第四支撑板(5)的顶部外壁粘接有隔热层(4),所述隔热层(4)的顶部外壁粘接有吸水层(3),且吸水层(3)的顶部外壁刮涂有腻子层(2),所述腻子层(2)的顶部外壁涂有涂料层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合式真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述真空层(12)、隔热层(4)、吸水层(3)、腻子层(2)和涂料层(1)的横截面大小相同,且真空层(12)、隔热层(4)、吸水层(3)、腻子层(2)和涂料层(1)均位于外壳(11)四周内壁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合式真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述外壳(11)的两侧内壁均开设有安装槽,且密封盖(6)位于安装槽内,密封盖(6)的大小与安装槽的大小相适配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能复合式真空绝热板,其特征在于,所述吸水层(3)的材质为竹纤维,隔热层(4)的材质为石棉。
