Abstract
Le présent dispositif d'aide à la détermination de l'état de surface d'un rouleau comporte : une unité de détection de vibration qui détecte une vibration d'une unité de raclage ayant une lame qui vient en contact avec la surface d'un rouleau qui est disposé dans un bain de placage de métal fondu ; et une unité d'application de vibration qui génère la vibration détectée par l'unité de détection de vibration à une position située à une certaine distance de l'unité de raclage, l'état d'élimination des substances étrangères présentes sur la surface de rouleau étant déterminé sur la base de la vibration générée.
