Abstract
本发明公开了一种贴片变压器及其加工方法,所述贴片变压器包括胶层和绕线制品,所述绕线制品置于所述胶层内部,所述绕线制品包括工字型磁芯以及绕制在所述工字型磁芯中柱上的线包;所述线包的引出端连接电极,所述电极裸露于所述胶层的表面;所述胶层由磁性模塑料通过模压成型方式得到,跟同等性能指标的现有技术贴片变压器相比,该贴片变压器的尺寸更小,减小比例可达50%以上,且加工中无需用到BOBBIN以及绝缘胶带。此外,本发明中,贴片变压器中绕线制品均被胶层全面覆盖,故产品可靠性高,并可支撑PSIP塑封环境。
