背景技术
为了增加汽车的运输能力,许多人开始选择厢货车,在国外的私人家庭更多的是选择皮卡车。为了使货厢内的物品不会被洒出等,通常会在货厢的开口上设置有盖板。
然而,相关技术中,市面上的盖板存在结构不牢固,功能单一,而且无法做出行动示意等问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种汽车货厢盖板,其使用操作方便、可以做出示意行动,而且结构比较结实牢固。
本申请采用以下技术方案:
提供一种汽车货厢盖板,包括:
第一盖板组件,所述第一盖板组件包括第一框架和设置于所述第一框架上的第一盖板,所述第一盖板组件被配置为位于靠近车头的一端;
第二盖板组件,所述第二盖板组件包括第二框架和设置于所述第二框架上的第二盖板,所述第二框架与所述第一框架转动连接;
第三盖板组件,所述第三盖板组件其包括第三框架和设置于所述第三框架上的第三盖板,所述第三框架与所述第二框架转动连接,所述第三框架设置有指示条,所述指示条被配置为设置于所述第三框架靠近车尾的一端。

第二框架分别与第一框架和第三框架转动连接,使第三盖板组件3能够相对于第二盖板组件2转动,第二盖板组件2能够相对于第一盖板组件1转动;该汽车货厢盖板应用于汽车上之后,在需要取货或者放货时,向上翻转第三盖板组件3和第二盖板组件2即可,操作方便;指示条331可以做出行动示意,后方的车辆及行人可以通过指示条331观察到前方的车辆及汽车货厢盖板,可以做出示意行动;而且有框架和设置于框架上的盖板组成,结构比较结实牢固。汽车货厢盖板的结构强度比较高,可以在上面放置货物,可以作为承载板使用,其功能较多。

参照图3和图4,安装型材33的外侧沿长度方向设置有安装槽332,指示条331从安装型材33一端插入于安装槽332内,安装槽332的开口处向内侧延伸有止挡边,止挡边用于止挡指示条331,避免指示条331脱离安装槽332。可选地,本实施例中的指示条331为灯条,灯条的线缆连接于汽车备用的灯条接口。
可选地,如图1、图5-7所示,汽车货厢盖板还包括第一连接型材4和第二连接型材5,第一连接型材4的左右两侧沿长度方向均设置有开口朝上的容纳槽41,容纳槽41包括弧形壁和竖直壁,弧形壁的对应的弧度为90°。竖直壁位于内侧,竖直壁的顶端设置有弧形槽42,弧形槽42的弧度为270°,竖直壁的顶端向容纳槽41的一侧设置有遮挡条。
第一翻转型材13的外侧设置有与容纳槽41相匹配的连接块131,连接块131包括弧形面和竖直面,竖直面位于外侧,竖直面的顶端设置有连接轴132。连接块131从容纳槽41的一端插入于容纳槽41时,连接轴132插入于弧形槽42内,弧形槽42能够连接轴132卡于弧形槽42内,在转动时,避免脱落。
第二翻转型材21均与第一翻转型材13的结构相同,第一连接型材4设置于第一盖板组件1和第二盖板组件2之间,第一翻转型材13和靠近第三盖板组件3的一个第二翻转型材21的连接块131分别设置于第一连接型材4的两个容纳槽41内。第二连接型材5与第一连接型材4的结构相同,第二连接型材5设置于第二盖板组件2和第三盖板组件3之间,第二翻转型材21和第三翻转型材31的连接块131分别设置于第二连接型材5的两个容纳槽41内。
第一连接型材4和第二连接型材5的两端均插接有翻转连接件8,第一翻转型材13和靠近第一盖板组件1的一个第二翻转型材21上的直角连接件7均与第一连接型材4上的翻转连接件8转动连接,第三翻转型材31和靠近第三盖板组件3的一个第二翻转型材21上的直角连接件7均与第二连接型材5的翻转连接件8转动连接。能够保证第三盖板组件3能够相对于第二盖板组件2转动,第二盖板组件2相对于第一盖板组件1转动。可选地,本实施例中的弯角连接 件6、直角连接件7以及翻转连接件8均为塑料件。
本申请中,第二框架分别与第一框架和第三框架转动连接,使第三盖板组件能够相对于第二盖板组件转动,第二盖板组件能够相对于第一盖板组件转动;该汽车货厢盖板应用于汽车上之后,在需要取货或者放货时,向上翻转第三盖板组件和第二盖板组件即可,操作方便;指示条可以做出行动示意,后方的车辆及行人可以通过指示条观察到前方的车辆及汽车货厢盖板,可以做出示意行动;而且第一盖板组件、第二盖板组件和第三盖板组件由框架和设置于框架上的盖板组成,结构比较结实牢固。汽车货厢盖板的结构强度比较高,可以在上面放置货物,可以作为承载板使用,其功能较多。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种汽车货厢盖板,包括:
    第一盖板组件(1),所述第一盖板组件(1)包括第一框架和设置于所述第一框架上的第一盖板(14),所述第一盖板组件(1)被配置为位于靠近车头的一端;
    第二盖板组件(2),所述第二盖板组件(2)包括第二框架和设置于所述第二框架上的第二盖板(23),所述第二框架与所述第一框架转动连接;
    第三盖板组件(3),所述第三盖板组件(3)包括第三框架和设置于所述第三框架上的第三盖板(34),所述第三框架与所述第二框架转动连接,所述第三框架设置有指示条(331),所述指示条(331)被配置为设置于所述第三框架靠近车尾的一端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车货厢盖板,其中,所述第一框架包括第一型材(11)、第一翻转型材(13)及两个平行设置的第二型材(12),所述第一型材(11)的两端分别连接于两个所述第二型材(12)的第一端,所述第一翻转型材(13)的两端分别连接于两个所述第二型材(12)的第二端,所述第一盖板(14)的四边分别固定于所述第一型材(11)、所述第一翻转型材(13)及两个所述第二型材(12)的内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车货厢盖板,其中,所述第二框架包括两个平行设置的第二翻转型材(21)和两个平行设置的第三型材(22),靠近所述第一盖板组件(1)的一个所述第二翻转型材(21)的两端分别连接于两个所述第三型材(22)的第一端,另一个所述第二翻转型材(21)的两端分别连接于两个所述第三型材(22)的第二端,所述第二盖板(23)的四边分别固定于两个所述第二翻转型材(21)及两个所述第三型材(22)的内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车货厢盖板,其中,所述第三框架包括第三翻转型材(31)、安装型材(33)及两个平行设置的第四型材(32),所述第三翻转型材(31)的两端分别连接于两个所述第四型材(32)的第一端,所述安装型材(33)的两端分别连接于两个所述第四型材(32)的第二端,所述指示条(331)插于所述安装型材(33)外侧的安装槽(332)内,所述第三盖板(34)的四边分别固定于所述第三翻转型材(31)、所述安装型材(33)及两个所述第四型材(32)的内侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车货厢盖板,其中,所述指示条(331)为灯条;所述安装槽(332)的开口处向内侧延伸有止挡边,所述止挡边用于止挡所述指 示条(331)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车货厢盖板,还包括第一连接型材(4),所述第一连接型材(4)的左右两侧沿长度方向均设置有开口朝上的容纳槽(41),所述容纳槽(41)均包括弧形壁和竖直壁,所述竖直壁位于内侧,所述竖直壁的顶端设置有弧形槽(42);
    所述第一翻转型材(13)的外侧设置有与所述容纳槽(41)相匹配的连接块(131),所述连接块(131)包括弧形面和竖直面,所述竖直面位于外侧,所述竖直面的顶端设置有连接轴(132),所述连接轴(132)可转动地设置于所述弧形槽(42)内;
    所述第二翻转型材(21)均与所述第一翻转型材(13)的结构相同,所述第一连接型材(4)设置于所述第一盖板组件(1)和所述第二盖板组件(2)之间,所述第一翻转型材(13)的所述连接块(131)和靠近所述第三盖板组件(3)的一个所述第二翻转型材(21)的所述连接块(131)分别设置于所述第一连接型材(4)的两个所述容纳槽(41)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车货厢盖板,还包括第二连接型材(5),所述第二连接型材(5)与所述第一连接型材(4)的结构相同,所述第三翻转型材(31)与所述第一翻转型材(13)的结构相同;
    所述第二连接型材(5)设置于所述第二盖板组件(2)和所述第三盖板组件(3)之间,靠近所述第三盖板组件(3)的一个所述第二翻转型材(21)的所述连接块(31)和所述第三翻转型材(31)的所述连接块(131)分别设置于所述第二连接型材(5)的两个所述容纳槽(41)内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的汽车货厢盖板,其中,所述第一型材(11)、所述第二型材(12)、所述第三型材(22)、所述第四型材(32)、所述第一翻转型材(13)、所述第二翻转型材(21)、所述第三翻转型材(31)及所述安装型材(33)的内侧均设置有凹槽,所述第一盖板(14)、所述第二盖板(23)及所述第三盖板(34)均为两个;
    两个所述第一盖板(14)的四边分别固定于所述第一型材(11)、两个所述第二型材(12)及所述第一翻转型材(13)的凹槽的两个内壁上,两个所述第二盖板(23)的四边分别固定于两个所述第三型材(22)及两个所述第二翻转型材(21)的凹槽的两个内壁上,两个所述第三盖板(34)的四边分别固定于所述第三翻转型材(31)、两个第四型材(32)及所述安装型材(33)的凹槽的 两个内壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车货厢盖板,其中,所述第一型材(11)的两端分别通过弯角连接件(6)连接于两个所述第二型材(12)的第一端,所述安装型材(33)的两端分别通过所述弯角连接件(6)连接于两个所述第四型材(32)的第二端。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车货厢盖板,其中,所述第一翻转型材(13)的两端分别通过直角连接件(7)连接于两个所述第二型材(12)的第二端,靠近所述第一盖板组件(1)的一个所述第二翻转型材(21)的两端分别通过所述直角连接件(7)连接于两个所述第三型材(22)的第一端,另一个所述第二翻转型材(21)的两端分别通过所述直角连接件(7)连接于两个所述第三型材(22)的第二端,所述第三翻转型材(31)的两端分别通过所述直角连接件(7)连接于两个所述第四型材(32)的第一端;
    所述第一连接型材(4)和所述第二连接型材(5)的两端均插接有翻转连接件(8),所述第一翻转型材(13)上的所述直角连接件(7)和靠近所述第一盖板组件(1)的一个所述第二翻转型材(21)上的所述直角连接件(7)均与所述第一连接型材(4)上的所述翻转连接件(8)转动连接,所述第三翻转型材(31)上的所述直角连接件(7)和靠近所述第三盖板组件(3)的一个所述第二翻转型材(21)上的所述直角连接件(7)均与所述第二连接型材(5)的所述翻转连接件(8)转动连接。
