Description

一种放映机 技术领域
本申请涉及投影设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种放映机。
背景技术
电影放映机安全处理模块(SPB)是电影放映机的核心部分,是片源防盗与授权的主要载体。在DCI认证中,要求对安全处理模块进行防拆、防破坏的机械物理保护,内部控制、传输信号的PCBA、线缆等关键零部件均不能从外部探测与窥视到,以防止片源被盗,且也要求无法从外部牵扯线缆、破坏放映机的信号传输。放映机SPB模块内外的信号传输需要线材连接,SPB外壳的穿线孔在满足过线的功能外,还需考虑DCI要求的其他物理防护。
发明内容
本申请主要提供一种放映机,以解决线缆穿出设备外壳时可从外壳上的通孔处窥探到设备内部状况的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种放映机,包括安全处理模块、镜头、放映机壳体,所述安全处理模块与所述镜头连接,并容置于所述放映机壳体的内部空间;所述安全处理模块包括壳体上盖、壳体侧盖,所述壳体侧盖与所述壳体上盖连接处设置有一通孔,所述通孔处设置有一穿线保护组件;所述穿线保护组件包括:托线架,连接在所述壳体侧盖上,用于承托穿设于所述通孔的线缆;压线盖体,包括彼此连接的压线板和挡板,所述压线板连接于所述托线架以压设固定线缆,所述挡板一端与所述压线板连接另一端与所述壳体上盖连接,以封挡所述通孔。
本申请的有益效果是:
将通孔设置于壳体侧盖与壳体上盖的连接处,方便进行穿线操作;
设置压线板与托线架压设固定线缆,可防止线缆较容易地被外部力量从通孔处拽出;
设置挡板封挡通孔,可防止从通孔处窥探到设备的内部状况,满足DCI认证需求。

本申请提供一种穿线保护组件,参阅图1至图2,图1是本申请提供的穿线保护组件结构的爆炸图,图2是穿线保护组件的结构示意图。
本申请公开的放映机包括安全处理模块、镜头、放映机壳体,安全处理模块与镜头连接,容置于放映机壳体的内部空间;安全处理模块包括壳体上盖(图中未示出)、壳体侧盖2,壳体侧盖2与壳体上盖连接处设置有一通孔21,通孔21处配合设置有一穿线保护组件。
该穿线保护组件包括托线架11和压线盖体12。托线架11连接在壳体侧盖2上,用于承托穿设于所述21的线缆15,压线盖体12包括彼此连接的压线板122和挡板121,所述压线板122连接于所述托线架11以压设固定线缆15,所述挡板121一端与所述压线板122连接另一端与所述壳体上盖连接,以封挡所述通孔。
在本实施方式中,将穿线保护组件设置在安全处理模块的壳体上盖与壳体侧盖连接处,在需要的时候可直接掀开壳体上盖将线缆压入穿线保护组件中,而不需要进行穿线操作,降低了线缆穿入通孔的难度,提高了用户体验。
另外,在本实施方式中,设置压线板122将线缆压设在托线架11上,可以防止线缆较容易地从外部被拉拽出来,设置挡板可以阻挡线缆上部空间,防止从外侧看到安全处理模块内部的结构及部件。
请参考图3,进一步地,穿线保护组件还包括线夹16,线夹设置于壳体侧盖的通孔处;所述线夹包括框体16和两导向臂161,所述框体上设有所述穿线口,所述两导向臂161述穿线口的上方且分别连接于所述框体16对侧,所述两导向臂之间形成进线口,线缆从所述进线口进入所述穿线口。穿线口两侧壁之间的空间可做到与线缆相适配,从而做到 对线缆进行初步夹持定位,挡板121封挡通孔,以防止从通孔处窥探设备内部。
导向臂161与框体16之间形成锐角角度,以便于线缆沿导向臂161进入进线口。即无需刻意将线缆对准进线口,将线缆沿任一导向臂44滑动即可使得线缆进入进线口,进而进入穿线口,使得线夹对线缆进行初步定位。
本实施例中,框体16背离穿线1的周侧设有卡槽162,卡槽与侧盖上的通孔21卡接,提高了线夹与侧盖之间的拆装便捷性。线夹还可以采用螺接等方式连接于侧盖的通孔处,本申请对比不作限制。
进一步地,穿线保护组件还包括线缆垫14和压线垫13,线缆垫14设置于托线架与线缆之间,压线垫13设置于压线盖体12与线缆之间;其中,压线垫13的硬度小于线缆垫14的硬度。线缆垫14的硬度较大可起到较好的支撑作用,当然线缆垫14的硬度小于托线架的硬度,线缆垫14可以是硅胶垫;压线垫13的硬度较小,以保护线缆不被压线盖体压坏或压断,压线垫13起到弹性缓冲的作用,压线垫13可以是压线硅胶。
托线架上设置有定位柱孔,压线盖体12的压线板122、压线垫13、线缆垫14上均设有对位孔,装配螺钉通过对位孔与定位柱孔,将线缆压设在托线架上,以固定线缆。
需要说明的是,本申请中的通孔21为矩形口。呈排状的线缆穿过通孔且可初步卡设于线夹的两侧壁之间,以尽量减少线缆与通孔的侧壁之间的缝隙,进而有利于减小线缆与通孔侧壁之间的缝隙窥探设备内部的风险。在其他实施方式中,通孔还可以是三角形等其他形状,本申请对此不作限制。
区别于现有技术的情况,本申请公开了一种的放映机,通过在具有开口的侧盖上连接托线架,以及设置压线盖体与托线架连接以压设固定穿设于开口的线缆,从而可防止线缆被外部力量从开口牵扯出来而导致设备的信号传输受损的状况发生,且同时有侧挡盖封挡开口,进而可防止从开口处窥探到设备的内部状况,以保证设备的内部状况不泄密。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种放映机,其特征在于,包括安全处理模块、镜头、放映机壳体,所述安全处理模块与所述镜头连接,并容置于所述放映机壳体的内部空间;所述安全处理模块包括壳体上盖、壳体侧盖,所述壳体侧盖与所述壳体上盖连接处设置有一通孔,所述通孔处设置有一穿线保护组件;所述穿线保护组件包括:
    托线架,连接在所述壳体侧盖上,用于承托穿设于所述通孔的线缆;
    压线盖体,包括彼此连接的压线板和挡板,所述压线板连接于所述托线架以压设固定线缆,所述挡板一端与所述压线板连接另一端与所述壳体上盖连接,以封挡所述通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述穿线保护组件还包括线夹,所述线夹设置于所述壳体侧盖的通孔处;所述线夹包括框体和两导向臂,所述框体上设有所述穿线口,所述两导向臂设于所述穿线口的上方且分别连接于所述框体的两对侧,所述两导向臂之间形成进线口,线缆从所述进线口进入所述穿线口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述导向臂与所述框体之间形成锐角角度,所述线缆可沿所述导向臂进入所述进线口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述框体周侧设有卡槽,所述卡槽与所述壳体侧盖上的通孔卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述穿线保护组件还包括线缆垫和压线垫,所述线缆垫设置于所述托线架与线缆之间,所述压线垫设置于所述压线板与线缆之间;
    其中,所述压线垫的硬度小于所述线缆垫的硬度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的放映机,其特征在于,所述压线盖体通过导向柱与所述托线架连接。
