Abstract
Description
ところで、近年、趣味、娯楽、レクリエーションや観光の目的でツリーハウスを建築するケースが増加している。これは、ツリーハウスに居住、滞在することで、自然と一体化した生活環境をエンジョイすることが好まれるようになったためである。よって、ツリーハウスは、一種の観光資源として認識されるようになってきている。
図8は、従来の防水性のシート300を用いた雨漏り防止構造を示した図である。防水性のシート300を幹(柱)500に巻き付けてゴム紐400などで強固に縛って、雨水に対する防水を行っている。上記したように、幹500の表面は、樹皮であるため、防水性のシート300をゴム紐400で、可能な限り密着させるように縛っても、図6の矢印で示すように不可避的に一部の雨水が、幹500と屋根100の隙間200から浸入してしまう。
また、水槽のガラス接合部に用いられるシリコン樹脂で幹500と屋根100の隙間200をコーティングしてもやはり雨水は浸入する。樹皮は常に成長し、古い樹皮が剥がれていくので隙間は徐々に大きくなり、更に雨漏りは増大する。
特許文献1記載の発明のように、隅棟の雨漏りを防止する構造は、比較的簡単な構造で、且つ低コストな雨漏り防止構造が提案されている。
しかしながら、ツリーハウスで幹を柱にする場合、成長していく樹木を対象とし、重量についても制限があるため、通常の家屋で用いる技術(例えば特許文献1記載の発明)では、対応することができない。
そこで、本発明の目的は、軽量且つ比較的簡単な構造で、可能な限りツリーハウスの雨漏りを防止する構造を提供することである。
請求項2記載の発明では、幹を柱にして建築するツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造であって、ツリーハウスの屋根の上部に、防水シートと、吸水性と排水性を備えた不織布との二層からなる二層防水シートを、複数枚連続して幹に巻き付けて設置したことで、幹を伝って屋内に雨水が浸入することを防止するツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造を提供する。
請求項3記載の発明では、前記二層防水シートは、外側の防水シートの内側が粘着性の材料からなり、この粘着力で防水シートと不織布が一体化したものであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造を提供する。
請求項4記載の発明では、前記二層防水シートは、前記防水シートの設置時に上下方向に重なる面である重ね合わせ部を両面の粘着テープで構成されていることを特徴する請求項1、請求項2または請求項3記載のツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造を提供する。
請求項5記載の発明では、前記二層防水シートの不織布が、ポリエステル繊維に親水処理を施したものであることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3または請求項4記載のツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造を提供する。
請求項6記載の発明では、ツリーハウスの屋根と幹との隙間に、防水性または撥水性の材料からなるロープを巻き付けて、隙間を塞いだことを特徴とする請求項1記載のツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造を提供する。
以下、本発明の好適な実施形態を図1から図7を参照して、詳細に説明する。
図1は、本実施形態に係るツリーハウスにおける雨漏り防止構造の構成を示した図である。
この図に示すように、このツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造は、樹木(例えば針葉樹)の幹500にツリーハウス10の屋根100が貫通して設置されている。針葉樹は、直立性が高く、ツリーハウス10の柱として用いるのに都合がよい。このように、針葉樹の幹500を柱として用いると見栄えがよく、頑強で安定性の高いツリーハウスを建築できるとされている。
この樹木の幹500と屋根100との間には、不可避的に隙間200が生じる。そのため、この屋根100の上部に、複数枚の二層防水シート50a、50b、50cを設置することによって、各々が樹木の幹500を伝って、隙間200に入り込む雨水を吸収し、屋根100の上に排水する。こうすることで、ツリーハウス10における樹木の幹500と屋根100との隙間200からの雨漏りを防止することができる。
図1に示すツリーハウス10は、樹木の幹500を柱として建築されている。
このように、幹500を柱として用いるため、屋根100を幹500が貫通する構造にしている。幹500が屋根100を貫通するようにするためには、屋根100を2分割し、分割した双方の対応する1辺に可能な限り幹500の形状に近い半円形の孔150を設ける。
そして、この孔150で、幹500を両側から取り囲むようにして両者を接着し、屋根100を設置する。図1に示す屋根100の形状は、平面状の陸屋根であるが、一方に傾斜がある片流れ屋根、両方に傾斜のある切妻屋根であってもよい。何れの形状の屋根であっても、防水処理を施すことが必要である。また、切妻屋根の場合、屋根の棟部分を覆う金属板である棟包み板を設置して雨水の浸入を防ぐのが望ましい。
また、幹500(樹木)は、下部は地面に根を張っており、上部は樹木としての葉が茂っている。場合によっては、複数の枝が横方向に延びていることもある。枝によって、床部を支える構造にしてもよい。
まず、この隙間200の上部に、図8に示す従来技術と同様に、防水性シート300を幹500に巻き付けることにより配置する。この巻き付けには、ゴム紐400を用いて、幹500に強固に固定する。
続いて、この上部に二層防水シート50を設置する。この図に示す実施形態では二層防水シート50を三層にして設置しているが、単層または二層であってもよい。また、四層以上であってもよい。設置状況に応じて、適宜層数を選択すればよい。
また、この実施形態では、隙間200をシリコン樹脂でコーティングするようにしてもよい。
この二層防水シート50は、防水シート60と吸水性と排水性の高い不織布70とを貼り合わせて形成されている。
防水シート60は、例えば、ゴムシート、塩化ビニールシートを用いる。防水性があれば、他の材質のシートであってもよい。
この実施形態で用いる不織布70は、吸水性と排水性の高いものを採用する。具体的には、ポリエステル繊維に親水処理を施したものが好ましい。親水処理としては、例えば、ダイレクトプラズマとジェットで親水処理をする、不織布製造工程で親水剤を添加するなどの方法があげられる。
二層防水シート50を形成する際、防水シート60と不織布70とを接着剤で貼り合わせてもよい。
また、防水シート60自体に粘着テープ(防水加工されているもの)を用いてもよい。
この二層防水シート50は、設置した際、下方に膨らむ形状(スカート状)とするため、X側がY側より短い台形状になっている。二層防水シート50のサイズは、X側が幹500の周囲よりも大きい値となるようにする。よって、幹500のサイズに応じて適宜選定する必要がある。
設置の際は、不織布70側を内側(幹500側)とする。こうすることで、不織布70と幹500の表面が直接接触することとなる。
この二層防水シート50は、幹500と直接接触する端部X(上側)から雨水を吸水し、反対側(下側)の端部Yから排水する。
上記したように、二層防水シート50のサイズは、X側が幹500の周囲よりも大きい値としてある。これは、二層防水シート50の両端を重ね合わせて接着するための「のり代」(重ね合わせ部)とするためである。図3では、Wで表してある。
この重ね合わせ部Wのサイズは、重ね合わせ部Wが、全体の10%程度から50%の間で適宜設定する。
この重ね合わせ部Wで、内側(覆われる側)となる防水シート60の外側(接着面)と外側(覆う側)となる不織布70の内側とを接着剤で貼り合わせて、二層防水シート50を設置する。
この重ね合わせ部Wの防水シート60の外側に予め接着力のある材料を塗布しておくようにしてもよい。こうすることで、二層防水シート50の設置作業が容易になる。
そのため、二層防水シート50の重ね合わせ部Wの部分にのみ、防水シート60を両面粘着テープ構成にしてもよい。内側は不織布70と接着し、外側は重ね合わせた不織布70の内側と接着する。このとき、作業前に他の材料と接着しないように、防水シート60の重ね合わせ部Wには、予め剥離紙を貼付しておくことが望ましい。
また、図5は、本実施形態に係る二層防水シートを設置した際の外観を示した図である。
この図に示す実施形態では、二層防水シート50を三段(50a、50b、50c)設置している。また、従来技術である、防水性のシート300も設置している。
二層防水シート50は、図4、図5に示すように、上下方向に重なり合うように設置してもよいが、これに限定されることはなく、例えば、一定の距離をおいて離れて設置するようにしてもよい。
この二層防水シート50を複数段に渡って設置すれば、より確実に隙間200からの雨水の浸入を防止できる。
この二層防水シート50を設置する際、作業性を向上させるため、予め接着力のある重ね合わせ部Wを形成しておくことが望ましい。
なお、従来技術である防水性のシート300や、隙間200をシリコン樹脂でコーティングすることを併せて用いるようにしてもよい。
ここに巻き付けるロープ600は、吸水性がなく、水に強い材質(防水性)、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステルでのロープが望ましい。
また、ナイロン製のロープのように撥水性の材料を用いてもよい。
ロープ600の巻き付け方は、図6に示すように、隙間200を完全に塞ぐように、複数回巻き付けるのが好ましい。
巻き付け方は、種々可能であるが、図6に示すように、下側を複数回巻き付け、上側の巻き数を徐々に減らす巻き付け方(巻き付け断面が円錐形)が望ましい。
また、複数回同一回数巻き付ける巻き付け方(巻き付け断面が長方形)であってもよい。
このように、ロープ600を巻き付けることで、完全に隙間200を塞ぎ、ロープ600の防水性または撥水性により、隙間200から雨水が浸入することを強固に防止することができる。
この図に示すように、二層防水シート50は、不織布70側を幹500に接触させて配置する。
このように、ロープ600と二層防水シート50を併用することで、ツリーハウス10において、より確実に雨水の浸入を防止することができる。
さらに、防水性のシート300を用いるとより好ましい。

Claims (6)
- 幹を柱にして建築するツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造であって、
ツリーハウスの屋根の上部に、防水シートと、吸水性と吸水した水を反対側の端部から排水する排水性を備えた不織布との二層からなる二層防水シートを、前記不織布と幹の表面とを直接接触させて幹に巻き付けることで、幹を伝って屋内に雨水が浸入することを防止するツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造。
- 幹を柱にして建築するツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造であって、
ツリーハウスの屋根の上部に、防水シートと、吸水性と排水性を備えた不織布との二層からなる二層防水シートを、複数枚連続して幹に巻き付けて設置したことで、幹を伝って屋内に雨水が浸入することを防止するツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造。
- 前記二層防水シートは、外側の防水シートの内側が粘着性の材料からなり、この粘着力で防水シートと不織布が一体化したものであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載のツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造。
- 前記二層防水シートは、前記防水シートの設置時に上下方向に重なる面である重ね合わせ部を両面の粘着テープで構成されていることを特徴する請求項1、請求項2または請求項3記載のツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造。
- 前記二層防水シートの不織布が、ポリエステル繊維に親水処理を施したものであることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3または請求項4記載のツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造。
- ツリーハウスの屋根と幹との隙間に、防水性または撥水性の材料からなるロープを巻き付けて、隙間を塞いだことを特徴とする請求項1記載のツリーハウスの雨漏り防止構造。
