在实施例1的基础上,另外,升降机构包括与双轴电机9传动连接的换向机构,换向机构包括转动设置的螺纹杆23,螺纹杆23上螺纹套接有螺纹套块21,螺纹套块21上转动安装有转轮20,转轮20上抵接有固定在承载网板4底部的楔块18。楔块18的底面为楔面,楔面上开设有供转轮20嵌设的卡槽19。换向机构包括与双轴电机9的另一个输出轴同轴固定的不完全锥齿轮27,不完全锥齿轮27上交替啮合连接有套设固定在传动轴25上的锥齿轮I24和锥齿轮II26,传动轴25与螺纹杆23同轴固定。
通过上述设置,双轴电机9驱动不完全锥齿轮27旋转,不完全锥齿轮27交替与锥齿轮I24和锥齿轮II26啮合,此时传动轴25能够带动螺纹杆23正反转交替转动,进而实现螺纹套块21的横向往复运动,此时,螺纹套块21上的转轮20沿着卡槽19滚动,实现楔块18带动承载网板4上下震动,促进了原料的分散,原料破碎更为充分。
进一步地,破碎箱1内壁固定有固定板28,固定板28与承载网板4之间固定连接有弹簧29,在承载网板4上下震动的过程中,弹簧29弹性形变,起到对承载网板4的良好减震效果,保证了良好的平稳性。
进一步地,螺纹杆23的数量为两个,两个螺纹杆23的螺纹旋向相反,螺纹套块21底部竖直固定有连接板22,连接板22上固定有挤压块5,承载网板4底部竖直固定有竖直板31,竖直板31上开设有供螺纹杆23贯穿的条形孔30 和挤压块5贯穿的导向孔32,在螺纹套块21横向往复运动的过程中,连接板22带动挤压块5反复相向、相背运动,实现对化工原料的反复冲击破碎,破碎效果更为充分彻底。
综上所述,本发明通过设置的传动机构实现从动轴2和主动轴16旋转,从动轴2带动破碎刀片3对化工原料进行旋转破碎,通过设置的提升机构使得物料能够实现竖直反复循环,循环的过程中受到破碎刀片3的反复切割破碎作用,设置的升降机构能带动承载网板4进行上下震动,促进原料的翻动作用,原料破碎效果更为充分,设置的挤压块5能对化工原料进行反复的冲击破碎,大大提升了原料的细化效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种化工原料破碎细化装置,包括破碎箱(1),破碎箱(1)内水平固定有承载网板(4),其特征在于,所述破碎箱(1)内通过传动机构驱动转动有竖直设置的从动轴(2)和主动轴(16),从动轴(2)侧壁等间距固定有若干对破碎刀片(3),所述破碎箱(1)内竖直设有对化工原料进行提升的提升机构,所述破碎箱(1)上设有用于驱动承载网板(4)竖直升降的升降机构,所述升降机构上设有用于对化工原料进行冲击破碎的破碎机构,所述破碎箱(1)底部竖直安装有出料斗(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的化工原料破碎细化装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括双轴电机(9),破碎箱(1)上转动安装有竖直设置的传动套筒(14),双轴电机(9)的一个输出轴与传动套筒(14)之间传动连接有皮带轮机构(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的化工原料破碎细化装置,其特征在于,所述传动套筒(14)套设在主动轴(16)上,主动轴(16)侧壁固定有滑动嵌设在传动套筒(14)内的传动块(13)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的化工原料破碎细化装置,其特征在于,所述传动套筒(14)侧壁套设固定有主齿轮(15),主齿轮(15)上啮合连接有套设固定在从动轴(2)上的从动齿轮(17)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的化工原料破碎细化装置,其特征在于,所述提升机构包括竖直固定在承载网板(4)上的提升筒(10),提升筒(10)内设有固定在主动轴(16)表面的螺旋叶片(7),所述提升筒(10)上侧壁和下侧壁分别开设有上侧孔(12)和下侧孔(8)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的化工原料破碎细化装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括与双轴电机(9)传动连接的换向机构,换向机构包括转动设置的螺纹杆(23),螺纹杆(23)上螺纹套接有螺纹套块(21),螺纹套块(21)上转动安装有转轮(20),转轮(20)上抵接有固定在承载网板(4)底部的楔块(18)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的化工原料破碎细化装置,其特征在于,所述楔块(18)的底面为楔面,楔面上开设有供转轮(20)嵌设的卡槽(19)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的化工原料破碎细化装置,其特征在于,所述换向机构包括与双轴电机(9)的另一个输出轴同轴固定的不完全锥齿轮(27),不完全锥齿轮(27)上交替啮合连接有套设固定在传动轴(25)上的锥齿轮I(24)和 锥齿轮II(26),传动轴(25)与螺纹杆(23)同轴固定。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的化工原料破碎细化装置,其特征在于,所述破碎箱(1)内壁固定有固定板(28),固定板(28)与承载网板(4)之间固定连接有弹簧(29)。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的化工原料破碎细化装置,其特征在于,所述螺纹杆(23)的数量为两个,两个螺纹杆(23)的螺纹旋向相反,螺纹套块(21)底部竖直固定有连接板(22),连接板(22)上固定有挤压块(5),承载网板(4)底部竖直固定有竖直板(31),竖直板(31)上开设有供螺纹杆(23)贯穿的条形孔(30)和挤压块(5)贯穿的导向孔(32)。
