现有的发酵罐内部混合效果差,仅仅只有单一的搅拌结构,对于发酵罐内的特殊位置无法使原料彻底混合,尤其是发酵罐的底部以及内部液体的液面位置,影响化工生产,因此,需要对现有的发酵罐进行改进,解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种化工用多层混合的发酵罐,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

在实施例1的基础上,所述传动轴6的中部上开固定有水平的固定搅拌杆15,固定搅拌杆15位于搅拌盘7的下方,固定搅拌杆15设置有多个,在固定搅拌杆15的后侧(搅拌电机2带动传动轴6旋转的方向为前侧)上转动安装有水平的转轴16,转轴16上固定有可在竖直方向上摆动的摆动板17,摆动板17跟随固定搅拌杆15移动时,其下端可以根据转速情况而向外展开,改变搅拌范围,改变内部液体的流动;所述17上开设有多个贯穿的镂空槽18,使液体可通过镂空槽18,避免摆动板17后侧无法被搅拌。
在发酵过程中,向内部液体添加原料,上方落下的原料落在压料板11上或者压料板11下方的液面上,通过升降驱动机构10驱动压料板11向下移动而 伸入到液体中时,将液面上的原料向下带入到液体中,在压料板11上表面的原料也与液体接触,压料板11向上移动,上方的液体沿上开口13向下流动,从而从下开口14落下,使上方也的原料也能够进入到原料液体中,如此往复,使新加入的原料快速混入到液体中;在发酵罐内通过设置的搅拌盘7、固定搅拌杆15以及固定搅拌杆15上的摆动板17、底部的底部搅拌碗19对不同位置进行搅拌混合,避免内部搅拌死角,保证原料均匀分布。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种化工用多层混合的发酵罐,包括罐体(1)、搅拌电机(2)、进料口(3)、出料管(4)和支腿(5);所述支腿(5)固定安装在罐体(1)的底部上;在罐体(1)的顶部上连通有带密封盖的进料口(3),底部上连通有带阀门的出料管(4);所述罐体(1)的顶部上同轴固定安装有竖直的搅拌电机(2),搅拌电机(2)的输出轴竖直向下伸入到罐体(1)内,在搅拌电机(2)的输出轴下端固定连接有竖直的传动轴(6),传动轴(6)向下延伸到罐体(1)内的底部;其特征在于,在所述传动轴(6)的中部上同轴固定设置有多个搅拌盘(7),搅拌盘(7)为圆台结构;所述罐体(1)内的上部设置有在竖直方向上升降的安装套(8),安装套(8)套在传动轴(6)的外侧;所述安装套(8)上固定连接有竖直的升降驱动机构(10),升降驱动机构(10)的上端通过安装座(9)固定安装在罐体(1)的顶部上;所述安装套(8)的外侧上固定安装有压料板(11),压料板(11)的中心轴上开设有贯穿的通孔(12),所述的安装套(8)固定嵌入安装在通孔(12)内;压料板(11)的上表面均匀开设有多个上开口(13),压料板(11)的下表面开设有与上开口(13)一一对应连通的下开口(14),并且上开口(13)的面积大于下开口(14)的面积;所述传动轴(6)的下端上固定有半球体结构的底部搅拌碗(19),底部搅拌碗(19)与所述罐体(1)的底部配合;所述底部搅拌碗(19)内壁上均匀固定有多个与其弧面垂直的底部搅拌叶(20),底部搅拌叶(20)从底部搅拌碗(19)的上端延伸到中部;在底部搅拌碗(19)上开设有若个贯穿内外的连通槽(21),连通槽(21)从底部搅拌碗(19)的顶部延伸到底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工用多层混合的发酵罐,其特征在于:所述支腿(5)至少设置有三个,均匀分布在罐体(1)底部上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工用多层混合的发酵罐,其特征在于:所述搅拌盘(7)的上表面设置有多个凸棱。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工用多层混合的发酵罐,其特征在于:所述安装套(8)与传动轴(6)之间留有间隙,间隙为1-2mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工用多层混合的发酵罐,其特征在于:所述升降驱动机构(10)为电动伸缩杆。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工用多层混合的发酵罐,其特征在于:所述压 料板(11)的直径为所述罐体(1)内部直径的2/3-3/4。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工用多层混合的发酵罐,其特征在于:所述底部搅拌碗(19)与所述罐体(1)底部之间的距离为2-3mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种化工用多层混合的发酵罐,其特征在于:所述连通槽(21)的宽度为3-5mm。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种化工用多层混合的发酵罐,其特征在于:所述传动轴(6)的中部上开固定有水平的固定搅拌杆(15),固定搅拌杆(15)位于搅拌盘(7)的下方,固定搅拌杆(15)设置有多个,在固定搅拌杆(15)的后侧上转动安装有水平的转轴(16),转轴(16)上固定有可在竖直方向上摆动的摆动板(17)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种化工用多层混合的发酵罐,其特征在于:所述(17)上开设有多个贯穿的镂空槽(18)。
