一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备,包括支架(1),所述支架(1)的顶部固定设有底板(2),所述底板(2)的两侧设有与其一体成型的侧板(13),两块所述侧板(13)之间设有安装于侧板(13)上的输送夹紧机构,侧板(13)的一端设有与其一体成型的弧形缓冲板(4),所述弧形缓冲板(4)的末端设有与其一体成型的承接板(3),两块所述侧板(13)的外侧位于其中心处设有顶部与侧板(13)顶部平齐的托板(12),所述托板(12)的上方设有通过安装架(11)与侧板(13)固定的切割机构;由于通过带夹紧组件的传送带(7)进行输送,边输送边切割,切割效率高,且通过夹紧组件夹紧LED灯管(6),其切割的位置固定,切割精度高;不需要人手固定,不会切到人手。

Description

一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备 技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备,属于LED加工设备技术领域。
背景技术
LED灯管也俗称LED光管、LED日光灯管、LED日光灯,其光源采用LED作为发光体,传统的日光灯管又称荧光灯,灯两端各有一灯丝,灯管内充有微量的氩和稀薄的汞蒸气,灯管内壁上涂有荧光粉,两个灯丝之间的气体导电时发出紫外线,使荧光粉发出可见光,由于含有重金属污染物质“汞”,使得报废的荧光灯管对环境的污染十分严重。而LED灯管采用发光二极管作为光源,光效更高、更为节能、使用寿命更长,而且更为环保,成为目前阶段代替荧光灯管的最理想产品,LED灯光在加工的过程中需要将多余的引脚切除,目前大多是通过人工切除,人工切除不仅工作效率低,而且切割精度差,也容易伤到手。为此,我们提出一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备,包括支架,所述支架的顶部固定设有底板,所述底板的两侧设有与其一体成型的侧板,两块所述侧板之间设有安装于侧板上的输送夹紧机构,侧板的一端设有与其一体成型的弧形缓冲板,所述弧形缓冲板的末端设有与其一体成型的承接板,两块所述侧板的外侧位于其中心处设有顶部与侧板顶部平齐的托板,所述托板的上方设有通过安装架与侧板固定的 切割机构。
进一步的,所述输送夹紧组件包括两组由电机驱动的轮组,两组所述轮组支架通过传送带连接,所述传送带上均匀的安装有若干个夹紧组件。
进一步的,所述轮组包括两个皮带轮,两个所述皮带轮之间通过转轴连接,所述转轴活动安装于两块侧板上。
进一步的,所述夹紧组件包括两块对称设置的固定于传送带上的支板,两块所述支板之间通过连接板连接。
进一步的,两块所述支板上位于连接板的上方和下方均开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有弹性橡胶辊。
进一步的,所述连接板的顶部位于其中心处开设有弧型槽,所述弧型槽的顶部与LED顶管接触。
进一步的,所述切割机构包括固定于安装架顶部的气缸,所述气缸的末端固定设有刀座,所述刀座的底部位于其中心处安装有位于托板正上方的刀片。
本发明使用时将待切割的LED灯管置于连接板上且由弹性橡胶滚进行夹紧,电机驱动皮带轮转动在传送带的传动作用下对LED灯管进行输送,当LED灯管输送至刀片的下方时,气缸驱动刀片向下运动对引脚进行切割,切割完成后LED灯管在传送带的作用下继续向前输送,当输送至传送带的末端时在弧形缓冲板的作用下LED灯管脱离连接板沿着弧形缓冲板滑落至承接板上进行下一道工序,由于通过带夹紧组件的传送带进行输送,边输送边切割,切割效率高,且通过夹紧组件夹紧即LED灯管位置固定,其切割的位置固定,切割精度高,由于不需要人手固定,不会切到人手。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1至6所示,本实施例提供一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备,包括支架,所述支架的顶部固定设有底板,所述底板的两侧设有与其一体成型的侧板,两块所述侧板之间设有安装于侧板上的输送夹紧机构,侧板的一端设有与其一体成型的弧形缓冲板,所述弧形缓冲板的末端设有与其一体成型的承接板,两块所述侧板的外侧位于其中心处设有顶部与侧板顶部平齐的托板,所述托板的上方设有通过安装架与侧板固定的切割机构。
进一步的,所述输送夹紧组件包括两组由电机驱动的轮组,两组所述轮组支架通过传送带连接,所述传送带上均匀的安装有若干个夹紧组件。
进一步的,所述轮组包括两个皮带轮,两个所述皮带轮之间通过转轴连接,所述转轴活动安装于两块侧板上。
进一步的,所述夹紧组件包括两块对称设置的固定于传送带上的支板,两 块所述支板之间通过连接板连接。
进一步的,两块所述支板上位于连接板的上方和下方均开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有弹性橡胶辊。
进一步的,所述连接板的顶部位于其中心处开设有弧型槽,所述弧型槽的顶部与LED顶管接触。
进一步的,所述切割机构包括固定于安装架顶部的气缸,所述气缸的末端固定设有刀座,所述刀座的底部位于其中心处安装有位于托板正上方的刀片。
将待切割的LED灯管置于连接板上且由弹性橡胶滚进行夹紧,电机驱动皮带轮转动在传送带的传动作用下对LED灯管进行输送,当LED灯管输送至刀片的下方时,气缸驱动刀片向下运动对引脚进行切割,切割完成后LED灯管在传送带的作用下继续向前输送,当输送至传送带的末端时在弧形缓冲板的作用下LED灯管脱离连接板沿着弧形缓冲板滑落至承接板上进行下一道工序,托板的设置使刀片在切割时有着力点,切割方便。

  1. 一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备,包括支架,其特征在于:所述支架的顶部固定设有底板,所述底板的两侧设有与其一体成型的侧板,两块所述侧板之间设有安装于侧板上的输送夹紧机构,侧板的一端设有与其一体成型的弧形缓冲板,所述弧形缓冲板的末端设有与其一体成型的承接板,两块所述侧板的外侧位于其中心处设有顶部与侧板顶部平齐的托板,所述托板的上方设有通过安装架与侧板固定的切割机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备,其特征在于:所述输送夹紧组件包括两组由电机驱动的轮组,两组所述轮组支架通过传送带连接,所述传送带上均匀的安装有若干个夹紧组件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备,其特征在于:所述轮组包括两个皮带轮,两个所述皮带轮之间通过转轴连接,所述转轴活动安装于两块侧板上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备机,其特征在于:所述夹紧组件包括两块对称设置的固定于传送带上的支板,两块所述支板之间通过连接板连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备,其特征在于:两块所述支板上位于连接板的上方和下方均开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内安装有弹性橡胶辊。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备机,其特征在于:所述连接板的顶部位于其中心处开设有弧型槽,所述弧型槽的顶部与LED顶管接触。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯管的引脚切割设备,其特征在于:所述切割机构包括固定于安装架顶部的气缸,所述气缸的末端固定设有刀座,所 述刀座的底部位于其中心处安装有位于托板正上方的刀片。
