Description

仿充气车轮及含该仿充气车轮的婴儿车 技术领域
本实用新型涉及车轮领域,尤其涉及一种仿充气车轮及含该仿充气车轮的婴儿车。
背景技术
随着时代的进步及生活品质的提升,婴儿车或儿童玩具的轮子有着许多不同的设计。传统的车轮具有一外胎及一内胎,外胎是由橡胶材质做成,而内胎为空心,使用时需先将内胎充气,此种充气车轮会有容易爆胎的缺点,即使不会爆胎亦有需要经常充气的麻烦。
鉴于充气车轮的缺点,仿充气车轮诞生了并得到很好的发展。仿充气车轮主要包括外胎、填充胎及轮毂,其中,填充胎是采用发泡材料制备而成,同时将填充胎套装于外胎内,并一同安装于轮毂上,无需进行打气并可使用。然而,现有的填充胎与外胎及轮毂之间没有空隙,导致填充胎受压变形时材料无空间缓冲,使得填充胎的弹性较低。
因此,亟需一种新型的仿充气车轮来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种质量轻、弹性大的仿充气车轮。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种仿充气车轮,包括轮毂、套装于轮毂的填充胎以及覆套于填充胎的外胎,外胎具有与外界滚动接触的滚动部和沿滚动部两侧延伸的抵接部,抵接部位于轮毂与填充胎之间,抵接部的一侧与轮毂抵接,另一侧与填充胎抵接,填充胎外表面至少一处内凹形成凹槽。
较佳地,填充胎外表面与外胎接触的位置设置有至少一处凹槽或/和填充胎 外表面与轮毂接触的的位置设置有至少一处凹槽。
较佳地,本实用新型的凹槽包括第一凹槽,填充胎外表面与外胎接触的其中一处内凹形成第一凹槽。
较佳地,本实用新型的凹槽还包括第二凹槽,填充胎外表面与外胎接触的另一处内凹形成第二凹槽。
较佳地,填充胎外表面与滚动部接触的位置内凹形成第一凹槽和第二凹槽。
较佳地,第一凹槽和第二凹槽分别靠近两抵接部设置。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的仿充气车轮100中,利用填充胎30外表面至少一处内凹形成凹槽31,使得填充胎30与轮毂10或/和外胎50之间具有空间,以提供填充胎30的材料变形时缓冲的空间,以增加填充胎30的弹性。因此,该仿充气车轮100中填充胎30的弹性较好。
本实用新型还提供了一种包含上述仿充气车轮100的婴儿车,具体可以为婴儿推车或婴儿拉车等。采用该仿充气车轮100的婴儿车,填充胎30的弹性较好,可提高抗震效果及安全性,实用性强。

  1. 一种仿充气车轮,包括轮毂、套装于所述轮毂的填充胎以及覆套于所述填充胎的外胎,其特征在于,所述外胎具有与外界滚动接触的滚动部和沿所述滚动部两侧延伸的抵接部,所述抵接部位于所述轮毂与所述填充胎之间,所述抵接部的一侧与所述轮毂抵接,另一侧与所述填充胎抵接,所述填充胎外表面至少一处内凹形成凹槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的仿充气车轮,其特征在于,所述填充胎外表面与所述外胎接触的位置设置有至少一处所述凹槽或/和所述填充胎外表面与所述轮毂接触的的位置设置有至少一处所述凹槽。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的仿充气车轮,其特征在于,所述凹槽包括第一凹槽,所述填充胎外表面与所述外胎接触的其中一处内凹形成所述第一凹槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的仿充气车轮,其特征在于,所述凹槽还包括第二凹槽,所述填充胎外表面与所述外胎接触的另一处内凹形成所述第二凹槽。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的仿充气车轮,其特征在于,所述填充胎外表面与所述滚动部接触的位置内凹形成所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的仿充气车轮,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽分别靠近两所述抵接部设置。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的仿充气车轮,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽沿所述滚动部的中心线呈对称设置。
  8. 如权利要求2或4所述的仿充气车轮,其特征在于,所述凹槽包括第三凹槽,所述填充胎外表面与所述轮毂接触的其中一处内凹形成所述第三凹槽。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的仿充气车轮,其特征在于,所述填充胎朝轮毂方向延伸有凸部,所述凸部表面内凹形成所述第三凹槽。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的仿充气车轮,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽位于所述第三凹槽的两侧。
  11. 一种婴儿车,其特征在于,所述婴儿车包含权利要求1-10任一项所述仿充气车轮。
