另外,由于电机的转速较大,为保证所述移动小车3的移动速度的合理性,所述移动小车3还包括第二转轴37,所述第二转轴37上套接有轴线重合的第二主动齿轮38和第二从动齿轮39,所述第二主动齿轮38的外径小于所述第二从动齿轮39,所述第一主动齿轮36的外径小于所述第一从动齿轮34,且所述第一主动齿轮36与所述第二从动齿轮39啮合,所述第二主动齿轮38与所述第一从动齿轮34啮合。较佳地,所述第一主动齿轮36与所述第二主动齿轮38的外径相同,所述第一从动齿轮34与所述第二从动齿轮39的外径相同,从而使得所述驱动机构33与所述主动轮31之间形成了一个减速机构,保证了所述主动轮31转速的合理性。
本实施例中,所述车架包括两对称设置的横梁3a,两个所述横梁3a的两端分别连接有纵梁3b,每个所述纵梁3b上设有所述导向机构。所述导向机构为两个相对设置的滚轮3c,两个所述滚轮3c之间为导槽,所述导轨位于所述导槽内。使用时所述主动轮31及所述从动轮32在所述导轨上移动,每套所述导向机构的两个所述滚轮3c分别贴合在所述导轨的两侧,从而保证了移动小车在移动过程中不会发生偏 离轨道的情况。
本实施例中,所述移动小车3还包括第三转轴3d,所述从动轮32插接在所述第三转轴3d上,所述第三转轴3d的两端可转动地连接在所述车架上。具体地,所述机架的两侧设有轴承,所述第二转轴37及所述第三转轴3d的两端分别连接所述轴承。
本实施例中,所述车架的外壁设有用于悬挂导线的悬挂架3e,从而可以合理地布置导线,避免了导线在移动过程中缠绕在障碍物上影响移动小车的移动。另外,所述车架上还设有控制箱3f,所述控制箱3f内设有控制器,所述控制器与所述驱动机构33电连接。从而实现了对所述移动小车的智能控制,方便操作。
本实施例中,所述出料机构的下端连通有出料管14,所述出料管14的数量与鸡笼的层数相同,且每个所述出料管14的出料端分别对应一层鸡笼的食槽7设置。
本实施例中,所述料箱11的上端设有盖板15,所述盖板15上设有进料口16,所述分料管的出料口正对所述进料口。使用时饲料从所述提料管进入所述出料管,在从所述出料管进入所述进料口,从而实现从料仓进料。
本实施例中,为方便所述出料机构13与所述料箱11连接,所述出料口12的周边设有连接板17,所述壳体131与所述连接板17可拆卸地连接。优选螺栓或螺钉连接。
本实施例中,所述提料管42上位于所述料仓41与所述喂料设备之间设有用于人工添加饲料的料池6。所述料仓41主要用于放置车载散装饲料,所述料池6用于人工添加袋装饲料。
本实施例中,所述鸡笼架5的数量至少为一个,多个所述鸡笼架5依次并列设置;所述鸡笼架5为阶梯型;所述鸡笼架5的底部设有多个支撑脚,各所述支撑脚分别可伸缩地连接所述鸡笼架5,从而可以保证这个鸡舍的全部所述鸡笼架5能处在同一水平面。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动化养鸡设备,其特征在于:包括给料机构、鸡笼架和设置在所述鸡笼架上的喂料设备;
    所述给料机构包括料仓,所述料仓出口设有提料管,所述提料管对应所述喂料设备设有分料管;
    所述喂料设备包括分别设置在所述鸡笼架两侧的两套喂料机构、连接架和移动小车,两套所述喂料机构分别连接在所述连接架的两端,所述移动小车设置在所述连接架的中部,并沿所述鸡笼架移动;
    所述喂料机构包括料箱,所述料箱的下端均设有多个出料口,每个所述出料口上设有一个出料机构,所述出料机构包括壳体、螺旋轴和驱动所述螺旋轴转动的电机,所述螺旋轴设置在所述壳体的内部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动化养鸡设备,其特征在于:所述移动小车包括车架和设置在所述鸡笼架上端的导轨,所述车架的内部的两端分别设有一个主动轮和一个被动轮,所述主动轮及所述被动轮相对设置,且所述主动轮通过驱动机构驱动,使得所述主动轮及所述被动轮沿所述导轨移动,所述车架的外部设有配合所述导轨的导向机构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的自动化养鸡设备,其特征在于:所述移动小车还包括第一从动齿轮和第一转轴,所述第一从动齿轮与所述主动轮轴线重合地套接在所述第一转轴上,所述第一转轴的两端分别可转动地连接所述车架,所述驱动机构上设有第一主动齿轮,所述第一主动齿轮与所述第一从动齿轮啮合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的自动化养鸡设备,其特征在于:所述移动小车还包括第二转轴,所述第二转轴上套接有轴线重合的第二主动齿轮和第二从动齿轮,所述第一主动齿轮与所述第二从动齿轮啮合,所述第二主动齿轮与所述第一从动齿轮啮合。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的自动化养鸡设备,其特征在于:所述车架包括两对称设置的横梁,两个所述横梁的两端分别连接有纵梁,每个 所述纵梁上设有所述导向机构。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的自动化养鸡设备,其特征在于:所述导向机构为两个相对设置的滚轮,两个所述滚轮之间为导槽,所述导轨位于所述导槽内。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的自动化养鸡设备,其特征在于:所述出料机构的下端连通有出料管,所述出料管的数量与鸡笼的层数相同,且每个所述出料管的出料端分别对应一层鸡笼的食槽设置。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的自动化养鸡设备,其特征在于:所述料箱的上端设有盖板,所述盖板上设有进料口,所述分料管的出料口正对所述进料口。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的自动化养鸡设备,其特征在于:所述提料管上位于所述料仓与所述喂料设备之间设有用于人工添加饲料的料池。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的自动化养鸡设备,其特征在于:所述鸡笼架的数量至少为一个;所述鸡笼架为阶梯型;所述鸡笼架的底部设有多个支撑脚,各所述支撑脚分别可伸缩地连接所述鸡笼架。
