Abstract
Description
しかしながら、上述したような特許文献1に係る技術では、このような問題を解決できない。
図1は実施の形態1に係る乗員拘束装置100が車両のシート5に取り付けられた状態を示す図である。図1においては、エアバッグが膨張展開する前の状態が示されている。
以下においては、便宜上、図にて定義する前後、左右、上下の各方向を用いて説明を行う。
張力布2は所定の幅を有する帯状であり、一つのエアバッグ3に対して少なくとも一つの張力布2が設けられている。背もたれ部4の左側の側部には張力布2aが設けられ、背もたれ部4の右側には張力布2bが設けられている(以下、張力布2a,2bを張力布2とも称する)。張力布2は、背もたれ部4の側部の内側及び着座部8の側部の内側に予め収納されている。
なお、本実施の形態において係止位置F1,F2は固定された位置であるが、これに限定されるものではなく、係止位置F1,F2の位置が可変であるように構成しても良い。
実施の形態1に係る乗員拘束装置100では、係止位置F1,F2と、張力布2aの結合部23a,24aとの位置関係を適正化する構成により上述の不具合を解消している。
実施の形態1に係る乗員拘束装置100においては、距離L1が距離L2より短くなるように構成されている。
実施の形態1においては、各エアバッグ3に対して張力布2が一本ずつ設けられた場合を例に挙げて説明したが、これに限定されるものではない。実施の形態2に係る乗員拘束装置100では、各エアバッグ3に対して2つの張力布2が設けられている。
このように、距離L3及び距離L4が距離L2より短いので、張力布2a及びエアバッグ3の結合部23a,24aに係る部分と、張力布2c及びエアバッグ3の結合部23c,24cに係る部分とは、背もたれ部4の内側に収納の際、何れもシャフト6よりも上側に位置している。このような構成によって、張力布2aとエアバッグ3との結合部23a,24aに係る部分、及び、張力布2cとエアバッグ3との結合部23c,24cに係る部分がシャフト6を回るように曲げられることはなくなり、結合部23a,24a及び結合部23c,24cに係る部分が曲がった状態で収納されることはない。
図5は、実施の形態3に係る乗員拘束装置100においてエアバッグ3が膨張展開した状態を示す模式図である。図5では、乗員Pの左側におけるエアバッグ3の膨張展開の様子のみを示している。実際は、乗員Pの左右両側において同様にエアバッグ3が膨張展開するので、以下においては、図5を用いて乗員Pの左側におけるエアバッグ3の膨張展開の例のみを説明する。
且つ、一体化部2dによって、エアバッグ3が膨張展開する際に、張力布2aの上側の結合部24a及び張力布2cの上側の結合部24cの位置決めがより確実にできるので、適確にエアバッグ3の位置を調整することができる。
実施の形態4に係る乗員拘束装置100では、各エアバッグ3に対して2つの張力布2が設けられており、これら張力布2の係止位置が可変である。
なお、図6では、乗員Pの左側におけるエアバッグ3の膨張展開の様子のみを示している。実際は、乗員Pの左右両側において同様にエアバッグ3が膨張展開する。以下においては、図6を用いて乗員Pの左側におけるエアバッグ3の膨張展開の例のみを説明する。
即ち、張力布2aにおいては結合部23aが係止位置F1から最遠部となり、張力布2cにおいては結合部23cが係止位置F1から最遠部となる。
実施の形態4に係る乗員拘束装置100は、張力布2a,2cが係止位置F1に保持されており、係止位置F1を移動させるプリテンショナ機構9を備えている。
このようにして、張力布2a,2cによりエアバッグ3が乗員P側に付勢され、乗員Pがエアバッグ3によって確実に拘束される。
実施の形態4に係る乗員拘束装置100においても、距離L3及び距離L4が距離L2より短くなるように構成されている。
実施の形態5に係る乗員拘束装置100も、実施の形態4と同様、各エアバッグ3に対して2つの張力布2が設けられており、これら張力布2の係止位置が可変である。
なお、図7では、乗員Pの左側におけるエアバッグ3の膨張展開の様子のみを示している。実際は、乗員Pの左右両側において同様にエアバッグ3が膨張展開するので、以下においては、図7を用いて乗員Pの左側におけるエアバッグ3の膨張展開の例のみを説明する。
また、張力布2aの下側の他端部22a及び張力布2cの下側の他端部22cは下側固定部81に保持されている(図1参照)。膨張展開前、張力布2a,2cは、シート5の左側の側部に共に収納される。
プリテンショナ機構9は、背もたれ部4の上側において左右方向の中央部に設けられている。エアバッグ3の膨張展開の際、プリテンショナ機構9は係止位置F1(シャフト)を背もたれ部4の上面41の中央側に移動させる。プリテンショナ機構9については実施の形態4にて既に説明しており、説明を省略する。
一方、上述の如く、張力布2a,2c(一端部21a,21c)は係止位置F1の移動方向側の外周面と当接している。従って、係止位置F1は、移動する際においても張力布2a,2cとの係止状態を維持する。即ち、係止位置F1は張力布2a,2cを押しながら上面41の中央側に移動する。
実施の形態5に係る乗員拘束装置100においても、距離L3及び距離L4が距離L2より短くなるように構成されている。

Claims (7)
- 車両用シートの背もたれ部の側部に設けられたエアバッグと、
膨張展開する前記エアバッグを前記車両用シートに着席する乗員に向けて寄せ付ける張力布とを備え、
前記張力布の一端部が、前記背もたれ部の上部の係止位置に保持され、他端部が前記車両用シートの所定箇所に保持され、
前記張力布は、前記エアバッグの表面において少なくとも一ヶ所の結合部で結合されており、
折り畳まれた前記エアバッグが前記車両用シートに収納されたとき、前記係止位置と、当該係止位置から最も遠い前記結合部との間の前記背もたれ部の外形に沿った第1距離は、前記係止位置から前記背もたれ部を回動可能に保持するシャフトの回転中心まで間の前記背もたれ部の外形に沿った第2距離よりも短いことを特徴とする乗員拘束装置。 - 前記係止位置は、前記エアバッグの膨張展開時に、前記車両用シートの左右方向の中央に向けて移動可能であり、当該係止位置の移動後の第1距離が、前記第2距離よりも短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗員拘束装置。
- 前記背もたれ部の上側には乗員の頭部を支えるヘッドレスト部が設けられ、
前記係止位置は、前記背もたれ部の上面における前記ヘッドレスト部の近傍であり、
前記張力布は、少なくとも前記上面に連続する側面に沿って前記背もたれ部に収納されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の乗員拘束装置。 - 前記張力布は、一つのエアバッグに対して複数設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の乗員拘束装置。
- 前記複数の張力布は前記第1距離が同じ長さになるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の乗員拘束装置。
- 前記張力布は一つのエアバッグに対して2本設けられており、
前記2本の張力布は前記係止位置から前記結合部までの間に、当該2本の張力布を一体化した一体化部を有することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の乗員拘束装置。 - 前記エアバッグ及び前記張力布は前記背もたれ部の左右両側部に夫々設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の乗員拘束装置。
