但工作杆的左右移动与上下移动,是靠重力监控系统所感应的患者对工作杆的力度来确认患者的位置及躺姿,之后把床罩靠安装在床架两端的卷帘器裹着患者向右侧或向左侧翻身或翻转身体,或吊躺等动作,这样既简单又安全的达到了即给患者带来舒适感,又起到了防止褥疮的产生的效果。
再者患者是用床罩裹卷做侧翻动作,既能防止患者掉落床,又能自动把有落床危险的患者移动到床中央,患者非本意的处于趴脯状态时自动翻转到舒适的正躺姿势。
之外,患者处于左,右侧向躺姿时,固定到升降机构上端的按摩机构 能为患者做背部按摩。
上述床罩上面以粘拉锁方式粘上患者用尿不湿等样的卫生纸(布)能保持床罩的清洁。
患者上下移动时枕头也同步升降,始终保持,头枕枕头的状态,患者处于舒服的躺姿。
根据本发明,在床罩下边安装冷热风机,根据室温的变化为患者吹送冷热风给患者带来舒适的效果。
根据本发明,在本发明床长度方向的一侧安装卷帘器升降机构,随电机的驱动卷帘器做升降运动,卷帘器臂随着做伸展收缩动作,把患者从床上抬到床下,也可把患者抬到床上的效果。
根据本发明,在卷帘桶上卷上帘式尿不湿,可实现全自动更换尿不湿。

具体实施方式
在下文中,参考附图叙述实施本发明的具体方案。
本发明防褥疮理疗床,从图1至图8示意图中看出,患者是用床罩(5)裹着向左或向右侧翻身或平躺动作的。这些动作是靠:床架(10),床罩卷桶(20),主大梁(35),左右移动机构(30)(30’)升降机构(40)(40’)及传感器机构(50)组成的机械机构来实现的。
上述机构中,床架(10)上面是床板(11),靠支持床架的支腿(12)确定高度。
上述床罩(5)的两头连接在固定到床架两边的卷帘器(21)(21’)的卷筒(20)上,保持绷紧状态。
这时卷帘器(21)(21’)是靠与卷帘器电机(22)轴连接的卷筒(20)的正反转来实现与之连接的床罩(5)的松展与绷紧状态的,但这一动作是随工作杆(45)的升降与左右移动而联动。
上述左右移动机构(30)(30’)是装配在固定到床架下端的主横梁(35)的左,右两侧,上述升降机构(40)(40’)是装配到左右移动机构(30)(30’)之上,使之与升降机构(40)(40’)的升降杆(44)(44’)垂直浮动连接的工作杆(45)(45’)在床罩下,顺着床的长度方向上,左、右、升、降等独立运动,随着工作杆(45)(45’)的动作,床罩(5)裹卷患者自动完成,向右或向左侧翻、平移、平躺、吊躺等动作。
在这里,上述左右移动机构(30)(30’)是靠第1齿轮(32)啮合安装在床架下边的主横梁(35)上的第1齿条(31)通过行走电机(33)的正反转来实现左右移动。上述升降机构(40)(40’)是靠第2齿轮(42)啮合安装在左右移动机构(30)(30’)之上的升降机构(40)(40’)的第2齿条(41)(41’)随升降电机(43)(43’)的正反转来实现升降杆(44)(44’)升降的。
这时上述左右移动机构(30)(30’)是顺着安装在主大梁(35)上的导轨(38)做左右移动动作。升降杆(44)是顺着安装在升降机构(40)(40’)上的导轨(49)做上下运动。(图15中升降杆(44)和第2齿条(41)是结合一起的同一体)
本发明中,上述左右移动机构(30)(30’)和升降机构(40)(40’)可安装在如图1单主大梁(35)上,左右上下移动,也可以安装在如图10双大梁(35)(35’)上,各自左右上下移动。
本发明中上述升降机构(40)(40’)可采用如图13升降减速机机构,升降杆与丝母(47b)结合,随丝杆(47a)的旋转而上下移动。也可采用如图14电推缸机构,工作杆(45)与推杆(48a)浮动连接,在推缸(48)的作用下,进行上下运动。
如图15,采用升降杆(44)与齿条(41)结合一体的结构,升降电机(43)固定在升降机构(40)(40’)的上端,第2齿轮(42)啮合齿条式升降杆做上下移动,工作杆(45)(45’)与齿条式升降杆浮动连接。
参照图11至图12中,左右移动机构(30)(30’)是在双主梁机构上独立运动,升降机构(40)(40’)是在双主梁机构上,同一侧的升降机构用联轴器(46)连接,采用一套电机机构随电机的正反转时,第2齿轮(42)(42’)啮合第2齿条(41)(41’)带动同一侧的两个升降杆 同步运动。
上述,感应机构(50)的第1压力传感器(51)和第2重力传感器(55)分别控制,左右移动机构(30)(30’)和升降机构(40)(40’)的运动。
也可以把第1压力传感器(51)和第2重力传感器(55)合并,用一套安装在升降机构(40)(40’)底部的第3重力传感器(62)来取代,控制上述左右移动机构(30)(30’)和升降机构(40)(40’)的运动。
这时,感应方式1:第1压力传感器(51),安装在升降机构的上部靠床边位置,通过感应工作杆(45)(45’)左右移动时,因碰触患者身体所产生的压力变化来控制左右移动机构(30)(30’)的运动。第2重力传感器(55)安装在左右移动机构(30)(30’)的下端位置,通过感应工作杆(45)(45’)所受的的重力的变化来控制升降机构(40)(40’)的运动。
工作杆(45)(45’)是在金属杆(45a)(45’a)上包裹上橡胶或硅胶等弹性材料层(45b)(45b’)来组成,与患者接触时是弹性接触,防止患者受到冲击。
如图16在床罩(5)上面用粘拉锁等的方式,粘上专用卫生垫等辅助垫(6)及容易交换又能保持床罩的清洁卫生,采用帘式专用卫生垫时可全自动更换卫生垫。
之外,在床板下部安装磁感应器(金属探测器)(15)感应到患者服的金属纽扣或患者服正面所粘附的软金属带时,即可确定患者是处于趴脯姿势这时立刻自动进行翻体动作。
也可以通过安装在床头上的人脸识别机构(59)来监控患者的趴脯姿势,实现上述翻体动作。
再者如图15所示,把床架上的平铺板(11)分成上下块(11a)(11b),通过电推缸(13)(13’)做上下倾斜动作。
本发明中,上述的一切动作即左右移动机构(30)(30’)及升降机构(40)(40’)可以用遥控器操作,也可以结合安装在床头上的摄像头(60),用智能手机远程观察及操作。
安装在升降机构(40)(40’)底部的第3重力传感器(62)能够实 时监控患者的体重,配合感应机构(50)为左右移动机构(30)(30’)和升降机构(40)(40’)的动作提供精准数据。还能为治疗患者的病情实时提供患者体重的变化。
安装在支腿(12)下边的4个脚轮(18)为本发明床的移动,提供了轻便的操作。
再者本发明中,如图21、图22所示,安装在固定到床架上的枕头支架(70)之上的电推杆(71)(71’)随着工作杆(45)(45’)升降而联动,与之固定到电推杆(71)(7’1)之上的枕头(73)跟着上下移动。这时安装在电推杆(71)(71’)下边的重力传感器(69)(69’)感应患者头部的重力,始终保持头部枕着枕头的状态。
再者本发明中,如图24所示,枕头机构(79)安装在床板(11)的下部,床板(11)在电推杆(13)(13')的推动下翻转时,枕头机构(79)跟着同时翻转,这时也可以当做背靠来使用。
与上述不同,如图23,24a所示,枕头机构(79)不是用电推杆的方式驱动,而是在电机(71a)轴上固定支臂(70a)与之连接重力传感器2(69a),随着电机的正反转,联动着的枕头轴(72)与枕头(73)做上下移动,这时重力传感器2(69a)感应头部的重力,使之始终维持头部枕着枕头的姿势。
上述床板(11)做倾斜时如图28、图29床罩卷桶(20)(20’)分为(20a)(20a’)之间用万向节连接,这时如图24床罩卷桶(20a)(20a’)随着倾斜,床罩(5)也是分成2张一起倾斜。
床罩下边安装有冷热风机,随室温的变化为患者送给舒适的风。
根据本发明,如图31在本发明床长度方向的一侧的床腿(12)上安装卷帘器升降机构(100),齿轮(104)啮合齿条(103)随电机(105)的正反转驱动卷帘器做升降运动,卷帘器臂(106)随着做伸展收缩动作,把患者从床上抬到床下,也可把患者抬到床上。
根据本发明,如图32在本发明床长度方向的一侧的床腿(12)上安装卷帘器升降机构(100),与电机(105)驱动的轴上的轮(111,111’)与上端滑轮(109,109’)用钢丝绳结合随电机(105)的正反转,带动卷帘器做升降运动,卷帘器臂(106)随着做伸展收缩动作,把患者从床 上抬到床下,也可把患者抬到床上。
上述卷帘器升降机构(100)根据需要可以安装在床的右侧也可以安装在床的左侧。
各个部件在本发明中的功能及作用:
首先,本发明的理疗床,判断出患者的位置及躺姿之后,用床罩裹着患者往左侧或往右侧按所设定的最佳周期循环往复的翻动,从而防止褥疮的产生。
具体说明如下:见图6、图7所示,首先停靠在床架(10)两边的工作杆(45)随左右移动机构(30)(30')往床的中央方向移动。
这个动作是由左右移动电机(33)的旋转,带动电机(33)轴上的第1齿轮(32)啮合第1齿条(31)进行移动。
这时左右工作杆(45)随左右移动机构(30)(30’)往床的中央移动,当工作杆(45)碰触到患者时,所发生的阻力通过第1压力传感器(51){或者综合重量传感器(62)}传给传感机构(50)控制移动机构(30)(30’)的运动与停止。
也就是说,工作杆(45)准确的找到患者的位置后,停止在患者两侧的位置。
这时要把患者往右侧翻动时,如图6所示,升降机构(40)(40’)上升,工作杆(45)把床罩(5)抬高到一定高度,床罩(5)把患者裹上。
这时升降机构(40)随升降电机(43)的转动,第2齿轮(42)啮合第2齿条(41)向上移动。
这个状态下患者左侧的工作杆(45),即继续上升,又往床的中央方向移动,右侧的工作杆(45)即一面下降又往床边移动。
这时随工作杆(45)(45’)同时工作的是,连接床罩(5)的两边卷帘器(21)(21’),一边的是放展,另一边的是收紧,使床罩(5)始终保持绷紧状态。也就是说左侧的工作杆(45)上升时,左侧的卷帘器(21)放展床罩,右侧的卷帘器(21’)收紧床罩。
如此用床罩(5)裹着患者往右侧方向翻转,这时施加在第1压力传感器(51)和第2重力传感器(55){或者综合重量传感器(62)}的压力 逐渐减小,患者就往右侧翻转过来了随即移动机构(40)也就停止运动。
整个翻转过程中始终是用床罩(5)裹着患者翻转的,所以不会把患者翻落床,而且安全的把患者侧翻转过来。
反过来,要把患者往左侧翻转时,如图7所示,升降机构(40)(40’)上升,工作杆(45)把床罩(5)抬高到一定高度,床罩(5)把患者裹上。
这个状态下患者右侧的工作杆(45),即继续上升,又往床的中央方向移动,左侧的工作杆(45)即一面下降又往床边移动。
这时随工作杆(45)(45’)同时工作的是,连接床罩(5)的两边卷帘器(21)(21’)一边的是放展,另一边的是收紧,使床罩(5)始终保持绷紧状态。
如此用床罩(5)裹着患者往左侧方向翻转,这时施加在第1压力传感器(51)和第2重力传感器(55){或者综合重量传感器(62)}的压力逐渐减小,随即工作杆(45)停止运动。这样患者就往左侧翻转过来了。整个翻转过程中始终是用床罩(5)裹着患者翻转的,所以不会把患者翻落床,而且安全的把患者侧翻转过来。
再者,如图8所示,把患者向右侧翻转过程中,意外出现翻扣现象时床垫下边的磁感应器(15)感应患者服的金属纽扣或金属软带,确认患者的翻扣,这时右侧的工作杆移动到患者身边,第一感应机构(51){或者综合重量传感器(62)}感应确认后工作杆(45)停止平移,做上升运动上升到如图30与左侧工作杆相同高度即刻停止,这时右侧卷帘器(21)收紧床罩,左侧卷帘器(21')放展床罩,把患者旋转180度,根据卷帘器旋转角度来确定角度,停止后工作杆(45)(45')慢慢下降移动到床边,两边卷帘器收紧床罩(5)处于绷紧状态。
再者,与图8相反:把患者向右侧翻转过程中,意外出现翻扣现象时,是上述动作的反向动作。
再者,患者在床上无意识的出现翻扣现象时,床垫下边的磁感应器(15)感应患者服的金属纽扣或金属软带,确认患者的翻扣,这时左,右侧的工作杆移动到患者身边,第一感应机构(51){或者综合重量传感器(62)}感应确认后,工作杆(45)(45’)停止平移,做上升运动上升 到如图30左右工作杆同时上升到一定高度即刻停止,之后患者往床中心移动的同时,一侧卷帘器(21)收紧床罩,另一侧卷帘器(21’)放展床罩,把患者旋转180度,根据卷帘器旋转角度来确定角度,停止后工作杆(45)(45’)慢慢下降移动到床边,两边卷帘器收紧床罩(5)处于绷紧状态。
与上述相反,有特殊患者是不能正面躺着,只能要处于趴脯状态,这时患者服正面粘着的软金属带粘在患者服背面即可(这时患者服不能用金属纽扣)。这时上述翻转动作是自动反向动作,让患者只能处于趴脯姿势或侧躺姿势。
再者,患者非本意的挪动到床边有落床危险时,会压到工作杆(45)这时第2传感器(52){或者综合重量传感器(62)}感应到患者处于非正常位置,这时按前述方式,把患者移动到床的中央位置。
再者,工作杆(45)(45’)是在金属杆(45a)(45a’)上包裹上,橡胶或硅胶等弹性材料层(45b)(45b’)来组成,与患者接触时是弹性接触,防止患者受到冲击。还能如图26和图27所示患者处于侧向躺姿时,固定到升降机构(40)(40’)上的按摩大梁(80)(80’)之上的按摩机构(91)(91’),能给患者进行简单的背部按摩。
本发明中,按摩力度调节器(81)可调节背部按摩力度。
再者,在床罩(5)上面用粘拉锁等的方式,粘上专用卫生垫等辅助垫(6)及容易交换又能保持床罩的清洁卫生,采用帘式专用卫生垫时,与床罩一起卷到卷筒上之后如图30这时左,右两侧的工作杆移动到患者身边,第一感应机构(51){或者综合重量传感器(62)}感应确认后,工作杆(45)(45’)停止平移,上升到一定高度即刻停止,之后患者往床中心移动的同时,一侧卷帘器(21)收紧床罩,另一侧卷帘器(21’)放展床罩,把患者旋转360度,根据卷帘器旋转角度来确定角度,停止后工作杆(45)(45’)慢慢下降移动到床边,两边卷帘器收紧床罩(5)处于绷紧状态,完成全自动更换卫生垫的动作。这时(115)热缩膜随卷帘桶旋转覆盖到卫生垫的上边,保证了卷帘桶的清洁及更换时的清洁与方便。
再者,本发明用作儿童摇篮床时如图30,这时左,右两侧的工作杆 移动到往床中心移动一定距离,上升到一定高度即刻停止,一侧卷帘器(21)收紧床罩,另一侧卷帘器(21’)放展床罩,此动作交替进行,根据频率和摆渡幅度的调整,起到了摇床的功能。
之外:本发明中,升降机构(40)(40’)可以采用如图13和图14,图15的机构来实现升降功能。如图13,采用升降减速机机构,升降杆与丝母(47b)结合,随丝杆(47a)的旋转而上下移动。也可以采用如图14,采用电推缸机构,工作杆(45)与推杆(48a)浮动连接,在推缸(48)的作用下,进行上下运动。
如图15,采用升降杆与齿条结合一体的结构,升降电机(43)固定在升降机构的上端第2齿轮(42)啮合齿条式升降杆做上下移动,工作杆(45)(45’)与齿条式升降杆浮动连接。
参照图9至图12,上述左右移动机构(30)(30’)及升降机构(40)(40’)可以用其他方式驱动。图9及图10中,左右移动机构(30)(30’)及升降机构(40)(40’)是在双主梁机构上各自做独立运动。(这种方式对非均匀状态身材的患者尤为适应)参照图11至图12中,左右移动机构(30)(30’)是在双主梁机构上独立运动,升降机构(40)(40’)是在双主梁机构上,同一侧的升降机构用联轴器(46)连接,采用一套电机机构随电机的正反转时,第2齿轮(42)(42’)啮合第2齿条(41)(41’)带动同一侧的两个升降杆同步运动。
本发明的床,不但能够判断患者的位置、躺姿等之后用床罩(5)裹卷患者,按设定程序及周期自动循环的做:向右侧翻、平躺、向左侧翻、平躺、吊躺等动作,还能防止患者落床,从而有效的防止褥疮的发生,还能给患者带来安全与舒适的快感。
根据本发明,如图17患者要吊躺时,左右卷帘器放展一定长度的床罩,左右工作杆(45)(45’)同时向床中心移动一端距离停止,之后上升,这时通过第2传感器(55){或者综合重量传感器(62)}所受到的设定压力限制停止上升,患者处于舒服的吊躺姿势。
根据本发明,如图21、图22所示,安装到枕头支架(70)上的电推杆(71)(71’)与之上固定的枕头(73)随着工作杆(45)(45’)的上下移动,而同步上下移动。
这时安装在电推杆(71)(71’)下端的重力传感器(69)感应头部的重力,使枕头始终处于枕着头部的状态。
与上述不同,如图24枕头机构(79)安装在活动床板(11)的下边,活动床板(11)在电推杆(13)(13’)的作用下做倾斜动作时,也同时倾斜这时也可作为背靠来使用。
上述床板(11)做倾斜时如图28、图29床罩卷桶(20)(20’)分为(20a)(20a’)之间用万向节连接,这时如图24床罩卷桶(20a)(20a')随着倾斜,床罩(5)也是分成2张一起倾斜。
与上述不同,如图23,24a枕头机构(79)的驱动不是以电推杆的方式,而是用电机(71a)的正反转,通过支臂(70a)和与之连接的重力传感器(69a)驱动枕头杆(72)和枕头(73)做上下运动,这时重力传感器(69a)感应头部的重力,使枕头始终处于枕着头部的状态。
根据本发明,理疗床自动完成上述防褥疮动作时,见图20盖在患者身上的被子(66)随患者抬高与下落跟着升落。但被子(66)的4个角是用弹性带子(67)与床架(10)4个角的挂钩连着所以不与患者身体一起移动,也不会打卷。
床罩下边安装有冷热风机,随室温的变化为患者送给舒适的风。
根据本发明,如图31在本发明床长度方向的一侧的床腿(12)上安装卷帘器升降机构(100),齿轮(104)啮合齿条(103)随电机(105)的正反转驱动卷帘器做升降运动,卷帘器臂(106)随着做伸展收缩动作,把患者从床上抬到床下,也可把患者抬到床上。
根据本发明,如图32与上述驱动方式不同,在床的长度方向,同一侧的床腿(12)上安装卷帘器升降机构(100),2个主动滑轮(111,111’)之间用传动轴连接,钢丝绳(110,110’)的一头连接到主动滑轮上,通过上端滑轮(109,109’)另一头连接到卷帘器移动臂(106)(106’)上,随电机(105)正反转,带动卷帘器做升降运动,卷帘器臂(106)随着做伸展收缩动作,把患者从床上抬到床下,也可把患者抬到床上。
在本发明中,患者从床上下到地面的具体方式如图33a至图33e:要从床上图33a下到地面时如图33b右侧卷帘器放展床罩的同时,移动臂(106)(106’)即上升又向右侧倾斜,如图33c移动臂(106)(106’) 上升到与床面同一高度水平位置时,如图33d右侧卷帘器收紧床罩,左侧卷帘器放展床罩把患者移送到床侧面,如图33e这时靠电机的旋转患者就可以下到地面(下降高度自由确定)这时就可以做冲洗(床罩是透气的网格状,冲洗水直接漏到下面容器里)等其他事宜。
本发明中,患者要从地面上到床上面时,做上述动作的反向动作即可实现。
上述卷帘器升降机构(100),可根据需要或安装在床的右侧也可以安装在床的左侧。
上述本发明医疗床的所有动作,在停电状况下靠本医疗床自带充电电池组正常工作。为防止充电电池组自爆现象为患者带来2次伤害,电池组分数块内藏于床支腿(12)内部。
本说明书中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处。综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

  1. 一种预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,床架总成是由维持床罩(5)绷紧状态的安装在床架(10)上部两边的卷帘器(21)(21’)和连接床罩(5)两端的卷筒(20)、固定在床架下方的主横梁(35)上的左右移动机构(30)(30’)、
    垂直安装于左右移动机构(30)(30’)之上的升降机构(40)(40’)、与紧贴床罩(5)下面的工作杆(45)垂直安装的升降杆(44)、
    感应随左右移动机构(30)(30’)移动的工作杆(45)左右移动时,所受力大小的第1感应器(51)、感应随升降机构(40)(40’)上下的工作杆(45)升降时所受重力大小的第2感应器(55)或综合感应器(62)、指令工作杆(45)左右移动和升降动作的传感机构(50)组成;
    由上述部件组成的床,能够判断患者的躺姿、躺着的位置,用床罩裹着患者按所设定的程序及所设定循环周期自动进行;平躺→左侧躺→平躺→右侧躺→平躺→吊着躺这一系列动作;对各种躺姿的设定,是由患者的状况及偏好而自行设定程序,枕头随头部的升降自动保持枕着头部的状态,也能够做背部按摩,行动不便的患者能够自动上,下床。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,上述卷帘器(21)(21’)中与电机(22)轴连接的卷帘桶(20)上连接床罩(5)两端,随电机的正反转,松展或收紧床罩,但电机的正反转是由工作杆(45)的左右移动及升降,结合感应机构(50)而驱动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,左右移动机构(30)(30’)的移动,是由第1齿轮(32)啮合主横梁(35)上的第1齿条(31)随移动电机(33)的正反转进行左右移动的;升降杆(44)是安装在升降机构(40)(40’)的第2齿轮(42)啮合第2齿条(41)随升降电机(43)的正反转联动垂直升降杆(44)带动工作杆(45)进行升降运动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,上述支持左右移动机构(30)(30’)与之上安装的升降机构(40)(40’)的主横梁(35)是固定在床长度方向中间位置的单梁结构,或者是床长度方向前 后固定的双梁结构;
    采用单梁结构时,左右移动机构(30)(30’)各一套(共2套),升降机构(40)(40’)为左右各一套(2套),它们是根据需要各自独立运动;采用双梁机构时左右移动机构(30)(30’)为前后左右各一套(共4套),升降机构(40)(40’)为左右前后各一套(共4套)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,采用双主横梁(35)结构时左右移动机构(30)(30’)为前后左右各一套(共4套),升降机构(40)(40’)为左右前后各一套(共4套);同一侧的升降机构(40)(40')用联轴器(46)连接,采用一套电机机构随电机的正反转,第2齿轮(42)(42')啮合第2齿条(41)(41’)带动同一侧的两个升降杆同步运动。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,安装到升降机构(40)(40’)的第2齿条和垂直杆(44)做成一体,随着安装在升降机构上端的电机(43)的齿轮(42)正反转,啮合升降杆上下移动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,感应方式1:第1压力传感器(51),安装在升降机构的上部靠床边位置,通过感应工作杆(45)(45’)左右移动时,因碰触患者身体所产生的压力变化来控制左右移动机构(30)(30’)的运动;第2重力传感器(55)安装在左右移动机构(30)(30’)的下端位置,通过感应工作杆(45)(45’)所受的重力的变化来控制升降机构(40)(40’)的运动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,把第1压力传感器(51)和第2重力传感器(55)合并,用一套安装在升降机构(40)(40’)底部的第3重力传感器(62)来取代,控制上述左右移动机构(30)(30’)和升降机构(40)(40’)的运动。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,在床垫下部安装磁感应器(金属探测器)(15)感应到患者服的金属纽扣或患者服正面所粘附的软金属带时,确定患者是处于趴脯姿势,立刻自动进行翻体动作。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,通过安装在床头上的人脸识别镜头(59)来监控患者的趴脯姿势,实现上述翻体动作。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,升降机构(40)(40’)采用升降减速机机构,升降杆(44)与丝母(47b)结合,随丝杆(47a)的旋转而上下移动。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,升降机构(40)(40’)采用电推缸机构,工作杆(45)与推杆(48a)浮动连接,在推缸(48)的作用下,进行上下运动。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,患者在侧躺姿势时,安装在升降机构(40)(40’)按摩大梁(80)(80’)上的按摩机构(91)(91’)能够为患者进行背部按摩,按摩力度能够通过按摩力度调节器(81)来调整。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,停电状态时能够通过自动床自带的充电电池组(65)完成上述一切功能,自带充电电池组(65)为防止自爆现象给患者带来伤害,电池组分数块内藏于床支腿(12)内部。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,上述防褥疮动作时,盖在患者身上的被子(66)随患者抬高与下落跟着升落;但被子(66)的4个角是用弹性带子(67)与床架(10)4个角的挂钩连着所以不与患者身体一起移动,也不会打卷。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,安装在固定到床架上的枕头支架(70)之上的电推杆(71)(71’)(71)(71’)下端安装重力感应器(69)(69’)感应患者头部重力或采用电机(71a)带动支杆(70a)与之连接的枕头重力传感器(69a)旋转来推动,枕头支杆(72)与枕头(73),这时枕头重力传感器(69a)感应患者头部重力,随着工作杆(45)(45’)升降而联动始终保持头枕枕头的姿势。
  17. 根据权利要求18所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,床罩卷筒分割成(20)(20’)和(20a)(20a’)2段,中间用万向节(90)连接,床板(11)上下倾斜时,床罩卷筒(20a)(20a’)跟着上下倾斜,床罩(5)分成2片也跟着倾斜。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,床罩下边安装冷热风机,随室温的变化,自动给患者吹入舒适的风。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,在床的长度方向,同一侧的床腿(12)上安装卷帘器升降机构(100),2个齿轮(104)(104’)之间用传动轴连接,啮合齿条(103)(103’)随电机(105)正反转,卷帘器移动臂(106)(106’)带动卷帘器(21)(21’)做伸展,收缩,上升,下降中把患者抬上抬下到床上床下。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的预防褥疮医疗床,其特征在于,在卷帘桶上,卷上帘式尿不湿,做到全自动更换尿不湿。
