本申请实施方式的运载车包括第一车体1与第二车体2以及连接至所述第一车体1的升降装置12,所述第一车体1包括第一车轮111,所述第二车体2包括第二车轮24,所述第一车轮111的移动方向与所述第二车轮24的移动方向不同,所述升降装置12带动所述第二车体2相对所述第一车体1向下移动,使得所述第二车轮24带动所述运载车运动,所述升降装置12带动所述第二车体2相对所述第一车体1向上移动,使得所述第一车轮111带动所述运载车运动,使得本申请实施方式的运载车可自动切换方向,所述运载车代替人工运送,有效地提高分拣过程中的效率;所述升降装置12使用蜗轮127与蜗杆126配合,以带动所述连接件128转动,进一步带动所述第二车体2上升或者下降,以在所述第一车轮111与所述第二车轮24之间切换,以改变所述运载车的运动方向,所述蜗轮127与蜗杆126具有自锁定的功能,不需要额外设置自锁定机构,结构简单且降低了成本;所述运载车包括载货装置3,所述第一车体1与所述第二车体2位于所述载 货装置3的下方,可以增大所述载货装置3的载货区域,同时,减小所述运载车整体占用的空间,满足小型化的需求。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种运载车,其特征在于,包括第一车体与第二车体以及连接至所述第一车体的升降装置,所述第一车体包括第一车轮,所述第二车体包括第二车轮,所述第一车轮的移动方向与所述第二车轮的移动方向不同,所述升降装置带动所述第二车体相对所述第一车体向下移动,使得所述第二车轮带动所述运载车运动,所述升降装置带动所述第二车体相对所述第一车体向上移动,使得所述第一车轮带动所述运载车运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的运载车,其特征在于,所述升降装置包括连接件以及连接至所述连接件的配合轴,所述第二车体包括限位孔,所述配合轴组装至所述限位孔,所述连接件转动以带动所述配合轴转动,所述配合轴带动所述第二车体相对所述第一车体移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的运载车,其特征在于,所述升降装置包括第一转轴、第二转轴、固定至所述第一转轴的蜗轮以及固定至所述第二转轴的蜗杆,所述连接件固定至所述第一转轴,所述蜗杆与所述蜗轮配合,使得所述第二转轴转动以带动所述连接件转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的运载车,其特征在于,所述升降装置包括动力源、固定至所述动力源的第一转动件以及固定至所述第二转轴的第二转动件,所述第一转动件与所述第二转动件配合,使得所述动力源可带动所述第二转轴转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的运载车,其特征在于,所述第一转动件的中心轴与所述第二转动件的中心轴垂直。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的运载车,其特征在于,所述第二车体包括第二基板、固定至所述第二基板的多个限位件、限位至所述限位件的第三转轴,所述限位孔设置于所述限位件,所述第二车轮组装至所述第三转轴。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的运载车,其特征在于,所述第二基板包括窗口,所述窗口用于供所述升降装置穿过。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的运载车,其特征在于,所述运载车还包括载货装置,所述第一车体与所述第二车体位于所述载货装置的下方,所述第一车体固定至所述载货装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的运载车,其特征在于,所述第一车体包括固持件,所述第二车体包括穿孔,所述穿孔供所述固持件穿过,所述载货装置固定至所述固持件。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的运载车,其特征在于,所述载货装置包括用于承载物品 的载货基板以及固定至所述载货基板的检测装置,所述检测装置用于检测所述第二车体上升或者下降的高度。
