Abstract

L'invention concerne un revêtement par pulvérisation imperméable à l'eau à prise rapide pour traitement anticorrosion marin et un procédé de préparation et de construction s'y rapportant. Le revêtement est constitué de matière A et de matière B. La matière A est constituée des composants suivants en pourcentage en poids : 40 à 65 % de bitume en émulsion, 27 à 50 % de latex de caoutchouc, 8 à 20 % de dispersion liquide d'oxyde de zinc, 5 à 15 % de bouillie de matière de charge, 0,05 à 3 % de solution aqueuse de silicate de sodium, 1,5 à 2,5 % d'agent anti-vieillissement, 0,03 à 0,08 % d'agent bactériostatique anti-moisissure et 0,1 à 0,3 % d'agent antimousse ; et la matière B est constituée des composants suivants en pourcentage en poids : 5 à 20 % d'un sel métallique soluble qui ne contient pas d'ions chlorure, 1 à 5 % d'éthylène glycol, 0,1 à 0,5 % d'alkyl éther polyoxyéthyléné et le reste d'eau désionisée. Un film de revêtement imperméable à l'eau pour traitement anticorrosion marin, préparé à partir du revêtement, a une bonne résistance à la pénétration d'ions chlorure et d'excellents effets d'imperméabilisation à l'eau et antibactériens et peut être utilisé pour l'imperméabilisation d'une construction maritime.
