Description
本发明涉及窗帘安装技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于安装窗帘的安装杆组件。
窗帘广泛应用于家庭、办公场所等地,主要用于调节室内光线,目前使用较多的有卷帘、百叶帘、蜂窝帘等,窗帘在安装的时候,一般需要先确定窗框的尺寸,然后选择适配的窗帘进行安装,如果窗帘尺寸与窗框尺寸不匹配,就需要重新选购窗帘,窗帘生产组装后尺寸都是确定的,一副窗帘难以匹配多种尺寸的窗框,用户在选购窗帘的时候很容易发生窗帘尺寸过大或者过小的问题,需要更换或者重新选购窗帘,安装灵活性较差。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的现状,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能调节安装长度,适配多种尺寸的窗框,安装灵活性强的用于安装窗帘的安装杆组件。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种用于安装窗帘的安装杆组件,包括主杆和伸缩杆,该伸缩杆的一端伸入主杆并能沿主杆长度方向滑动,该主杆上设有用于锁止伸缩杆滑动的锁止件。
进一步的,所述伸缩杆的顶部设有斜齿齿条,所述锁止件上设有与斜齿齿条配合的卡齿。
进一步的,所述斜齿齿条两个为一组,沿伸缩杆的长度方向左右对称设置,该斜齿齿条之间形成避让槽。
进一步的,所述锁止件沿主杆端口插接在主杆的顶壁并通过紧固件固定,该锁止件的底部弯折有卡接主杆顶壁的卡钩。
进一步的,所述主杆的顶壁上沿主杆长度方向设有限位筋,所述 锁止件上设有与限位筋配合的限位槽。
进一步的,所述卡齿设置在锁止件的底部,该锁止件的底部靠近卡齿端斜向上延伸有开关部。

与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明通过设置伸缩杆与主杆配合,使得整个安装杆组件在安装的时候可以适配多种尺寸的窗框,通过调节伸缩杆伸出主杆的长度,并通过锁止件进行锁止定位,实现安装长度的调节,适用性广,安装更加灵活。

如图1-3所示,一种用于安装窗帘的安装杆组件,包括主杆1和伸缩杆2,该主杆1包括一体成型的一顶壁、一底壁和两个侧壁,该顶壁、底壁和两个侧壁形成安装空间13,该伸缩杆2的一端伸入主杆1的安装空间13内并能沿主杆1长度方向滑动,该伸缩杆2的形状与安装空间13的形状相配,该主杆1上设有用于锁止伸缩杆2滑动的锁止件3,所述锁止件3沿主杆1端口插接在主杆1的顶壁并通过紧固件固定,该锁止件3上开有安装孔12用于旋拧紧固件,该锁止件3的底部弯折有卡接主杆1顶壁的卡钩7,该主杆1上插接锁止件3的端口即为伸缩杆2伸入安装空间13的入口,卡钩7结构的设置,并配合紧固件固定,使得锁止件3牢牢固定在主杆1上,能有效的锁止伸缩杆2,避免伸缩杆2自由伸缩,所述主杆1的顶壁上沿主 杆1长度方向设有限位筋8,所述锁止件3上设有与限位筋8配合的限位槽9,限位槽9与限位筋8的配合,一方面方便锁止件3与主杆1连接时更加容易预定位,另一方面,可以防止锁止件3左右移动,提升安装效果,优选的,所述限位筋8的数量为两条,所述限位槽9的数量与限位筋8相同,所述伸缩杆2的顶部设有斜齿齿条4,所述锁止件3上设有与斜齿齿条4配合的卡齿5,该卡齿5与斜齿齿条4啮合,当伸缩杆2在外力作用下被拉出主杆1的安装空间13时,卡齿5不起到锁止作用,伸缩杆2可以被轻松拉出;当伸缩杆2在外力作用下被推向主杆1的安装空间13内时,卡齿5起到逆向锁止作用,伸缩杆2不能逆向缩进安装空间13内,该斜齿齿条4上的每个斜齿之间的间距均相等,该卡齿5与斜齿齿条4的配合,不仅起到锁止作用,而且使得伸缩杆2的伸缩长度更容易调节,伸缩杆2每移动一个斜齿位的长度都是相等的,其伸缩长度调节更加精确,可控性更好,作为优选的,所述斜齿齿条4两个为一组,沿伸缩杆2的长度方向左右对称设置,所述锁止件3上的卡齿5的数量与斜齿齿条4的数量相配,左右对称设置在锁止件3上,通过两组卡齿5与斜齿齿条4配合,使得伸缩杆2的伸缩更加平稳,锁止更加牢固,所述两个斜齿齿条4之间形成避让槽6,该避让槽6用于避让锁止件3上的卡钩7,所述卡齿5设置在锁止件3的底部,该锁止件3的底部靠近卡齿端斜向上延伸有开关部10,开关部10的设置,方便人们手动解锁卡齿5逆向锁止伸缩杆2,当伸缩杆2伸出主杆1的长度过长,需要逆向收缩时,人们可以向上提拉开关部10,使得锁止件3的底部发生弹性形变,卡齿5脱离斜齿齿条4解锁伸缩杆2,使得伸缩杆2逆向缩进主杆1内,缩短整体长度,另外,前述所述的锁止件3上的两个限位槽9在靠近卡齿端相互连通,从而将设有卡钩7的底部与设有卡齿5的底部分割开,当人们提拉开关部10时,仅拉动设有卡齿5的底部发生形变,使得卡齿5解锁斜齿齿条4,而不会拉动设有卡钩7的底部发生形变,从而避免影响卡钩7与主杆1顶壁的卡接,所述伸缩杆2远离主杆1一端设有连接端面11,该连接端面11用于连接组装窗帘的配件,该配件可以是免打孔安装组件,也可以是用于连接窗帘本体的连 接件等。
本发明通过设置伸缩杆2与主杆1配合,使得整个安装杆组件在安装的时候可以适配多种尺寸的窗框,通过调节伸缩杆2伸出主杆1的长度,并通过锁止件3进行锁止定位,实现安装长度的调节,适用性广,安装更加灵活,安装杆组件整体长度需要伸长时,只需将伸缩杆2向外拉出即可,撤去外力后,安装杆组件的整体长度固定,当安装杆组件整体长度需要缩短时,需要先向上提拉锁止件3上的开关部10,使得卡齿5脱离斜齿齿条4解锁伸缩杆2,然后向内推伸缩杆2,使得伸缩杆2缩回主杆1,撤去外力后,卡齿5与斜齿齿条4啮合,锁止伸缩杆2伸缩,安装杆组件的整体长度固定。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于安装窗帘的安装杆组件,其特征在于,所述伸缩杆(2)的顶部设有斜齿齿条(4),所述锁止件(3)上设有与斜齿齿条(4)配合的卡齿(5)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于安装窗帘的安装杆组件,其特征在于,所述斜齿齿条(4)两个为一组,沿伸缩杆(2)的长度方向左右对称设置,该斜齿齿条(4)之间形成避让槽(6)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于安装窗帘的安装杆组件,其特征在于,所述锁止件(3)沿主杆(1)端口插接在主杆(1)的顶壁并通过紧固件固定,该锁止件(3)的底部弯折有卡接主杆(1)顶壁的卡钩(7)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于安装窗帘的安装杆组件,其特征在于,所述主杆(1)的顶壁上沿主杆(1)长度方向设有限位筋(8),所述锁止件(3)上设有与限位筋(8)配合的限位槽(9)。
