- Tris-HCl solution with a concentration of 10 mmol/L, where the pH of the Tris-HCl solution is 8.5, and then slowly add the DOPA powder to the Tris-HCl solution and stir evenly to obtain a pH of 8.5, 10 mmol /L of DOPA solution.
Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un échafaudage d'implant auditif, qui est un procédé en quatre étapes comprenant la construction d'un modèle d'échafaudage, l'impression en trois dimensions (3D) d'un moule, la préparation d'une solution de dihydroxyphénylalanine (DOPA), et la réalisation d'une adhérence de surface de la DOPA sur une matrice d'échafaudage, produisant ainsi un nouvel échafaudage d'implant auditif. Le matériau de matrice du moule est préparé par un instrument de type 3D-Bioplotter ; le processus de préparation est simple et rapide, et la forme géométrique, la taille des pores, la porosité et la distribution des pores de l'échafaudage peuvent également être régulées avec précision selon différentes exigences et caractéristiques matérielles. L'échafaudage composite préparé a une structure poreuse à l'échelle du micron, qui est favorable à la prolifération d'un grand nombre de cellules, à la croissance de tissu, à la formation d'une matrice extracellulaire, au transfert d'oxygène et de nutriments, au transport de métabolites, et à la croissance interne de vaisseaux sanguins, ce qui peut induire la formation de tissu épidermique à long terme. En même temps, l'adhérence de la DOPA sur la surface de l'échafaudage améliore considérablement le caractère hydrophile, la biocompatibilité et l'effet d'induction épidermique de l'échafaudage, et présente également de bonnes performances de charge de médicament et de libération de médicament.
