Abstract
本发明涉及一种采用3D打印技术制作听小骨的方法,包括以下步骤,步骤一,采用3D建模方法建立通用型听小骨的三维模型,步骤二,根据个体差异对听小骨通用型三维模型的参数进行修正得到符合个体差异的修正参数;步骤三,根据听小骨的三维模型和修正参数采用3D打印技术制作听小骨。本发明一种采用3D打印技术制作听小骨的方法利用听小骨的三维模型和修正参数可以实时的制作听小骨,其制作过程简单,耗时短,能使患者及时的得到治疗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制作听小骨的方法,具体的涉及一种采用3D打印技术制作听小骨的方法。
背景技术
听小骨为人体中最小的骨,听小骨将鼓膜接受到的震动,传递到耳蜗,从而产生听觉神经冲动,是听觉系统中的重要一环。近年来,大量耳病患者需要人工听小骨来进行听骨重建,由于不同患者其听小骨的结构有细微的差别,这导致制作听小骨的过程非常复杂,需要很长的时间,有可能会延误患者的病情。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种快速的采用3D打印技术制作听小骨的方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种采用3D打印技术制作听小骨的方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤一,采用3D建模方法建立通用型听小骨的三维模型,
步骤二,根据个体差异对听小骨通用型三维模型的参数进行修正得到符合个体差异的修正参数;
步骤三,根据听小骨的三维模型和修正参数采用3D打印技术制作听小骨。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,所述听小骨通用型三维模型的参数包括听盘半径、孔半径、听盘厚度,听柱外半径、听柱长度和弧半径。
进一步,采用3D打印技术制作听小骨的材料为HAP/HDPE高分子基纳米复合材料。
进一步,还包括步骤四,所述步骤四为清理修复采用3D打印技术制作的听小骨外侧的边缘。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种采用3D打印技术制作听小骨的方法利用听小骨的三维模型和修正参数可以实时的制作听小骨,其制作过程简单,耗时短,能使患者及时的得到治疗。

步骤一,采用3D建模方法建立通用型听小骨的三维模型,
步骤二,根据个体差异对听小骨通用型三维模型的参数进行修正得到符合个体差异的修正参数;
步骤三,根据听小骨的三维模型和修正参数采用3D打印技术制作听小骨;
步骤四,清理修复采用3D打印技术制作的听小骨外侧的边缘。
所述听小骨通用型三维模型的参数包括听盘半径、孔半径、听盘厚度,听柱外半径、听柱长度和弧半径。采用3D打印技术制作听小骨的材料为HAP/HDPE高分子基纳米复合材料。

步骤一,采用3D建模方法建立通用型听小骨的三维模型,
步骤二,根据个体差异对听小骨通用型三维模型的参数进行修正得到符合个体差异的修正参数;
步骤三,根据听小骨的三维模型和修正参数采用3D打印技术制作听小骨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种采用3D打印技术制作听小骨的方法,其特征在于:所述听小骨通用型三维模型的参数包括听盘半径、孔半径、听盘厚度,听柱外半径、听柱长度和弧半径。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种采用3D打印技术制作听小骨的方法,其特征在于:采用3D打印技术制作听小骨的材料为HAP/HDPE高分子基纳米复合材料。
