扫地机又称自动打扫机是近年来风靡各地的智能家用电器,能凭借一定的人工智能,采用刷扫和真空方式,将地面杂物先吸纳进入自身的垃圾收纳盒,接着用加湿的抹布进行擦拭,从而自动在房间内完成地板清理工作。扫地机在工作时,当电量低于电量阀值时,需要返回充电座充电,扫地机的抹布在清理地板时为潮湿状态,在充电时,潮湿状态的抹布往往直接抵设在底板上,从而导致地面局部积水,特别是对于木质地板,严重时会泡坏地板,进而给用户造成不便。因此,有必要研究一种用于扫地机的控制方法及控制器。

采用上述方法,可以使扫地机在停止工作或进行充电前,可以有效地将抹布上的水使用掉,使抹布尽可能的保持干燥,以最大程度的保护地板。
在一个实施例中,扫地机工作且水泵为连续出水时,如图2所示,当检测到扫地机的剩余电量低于第一预设电量时,这里的第一预设电量可以为20%,水箱的出水量随着剩余电量的减少而减少,也即是,控制水泵的泵水量,使泵的流量降低,进而控制出水量,需要注意的是,这里的数值“20%”只是举例,而并不是为了限定其范围;进一步地,随着电量继续下降,抹布上的水也在不断减少,当剩余电量低于第二预设电量时,控制水箱停止出水,其中,第二预设电量低于第一预设电量;这里的电量可以为15%,同上,这里的数值为举例,并不起限定作用;当扫地机电池的电量低于15%,此时,说明扫地机需要充电,继续控制扫地机工作一段时间后,尽可能地将抹布上的水使用掉,然后返回充电。
在另一个实施例中,当水泵为间隔出水时,如图2所示,当剩余电量低于第二预设电量时,水箱停止出水;当水箱停止出水后,获取水箱上次出水的出水时间,根据出水时间确定扫地机在水箱停止出水后的运行时间;具体地,当上次出水时间离控制水箱停止出水的时间较长时,说明抹布上的水已经被消耗掉一部分,那么可以控制扫地机继续工作较短的时间;如果上次出水时间离控制水箱停止出水的时间较短时,说明抹布的湿度较大,需要控制扫地机继续工作较长的时间后,在进行充电。
在本发明另一个实施例中,一种用于扫地机的控制方法,如图3所示,包括:
获取扫地机的充电指令;
根据充电指令控制扫地机水箱停止出水;
当水箱停止出水时,控制扫地机在运行预设时间后进行充电;本方案中,在扫地机清扫完之后,若还有很多电量,但是扫地机也要根据充电指令去充电,采用上述方法,可以有效消耗掉抹布上的残留水分,有效的保护地板。
如图4所示,详细介绍该用于扫地机的控制方法,包括:步骤一,检测扫地机的剩余电量,判断剩余电量和电量阀值,若剩余电量低于电量阈值,则控制水箱停止出水;步骤二,将扫地机设置为清扫模式,使扫地机的抹布在水箱不出水的状态下继续运行一段时间;步骤三,将扫地机设置为返回充电模式,控制扫地机返回充电座充电。本方案中,在扫地机返回充电前,使得扫地机在水箱不出水的状态下继续清扫运行一段时间,从而使得抹布上的大部分水分留在刚拖过的地面上,此时,抹布上残留水分少,不易对地面造成损伤,具有操作简单、使用方便的优点。步骤一中,在控制水箱停止出水后,首先采集周围环境图像,然后识别周围环境图像,再获取工作环境状态参数以判断扫地机是否处于工作环境下,即检测扫地机行驶的地面类型,若扫地机处于预设工作环境,则进行步骤二中的工作内容,若扫地机处于非工作环境,则控制扫地机运行至工作环境下再执行步骤二中的工作内容。本方案中,扫地机的工作环境是指地面类型为地砖或是木地板时的清扫环境,非工作环境是指地面类型为地毯时的清扫环境;通过图像采集分析器、扫地机颠簸信号检测和速度信号检测,得到扫地机行驶的地面类型;扫地机颠簸信号检测用于检测扫地机行进过程中的颠簸信号;速度信号检测用于检测扫地机行进中的速度。在步骤一中,在控制水箱停止出水后,并通过泵将与抹布连通的流道中留存的水吸回水箱中,从而避免流道中留存的水向抹布供水。在步骤二中,首先需判断步骤一中水箱停止出水之前是否刚出过水,从而确定扫地机抹布在水箱不出水的状态下继续运行的时间。若步骤一中水箱停止出水之前刚出过水,则延长扫地机抹布在水箱 不出水的状态下运行的时间,运行时间定义为第一运行时间;若步骤一中水箱停止出水之前未刚出过水,则使得扫地机抹布在水箱不出水的状态下按照预设标准时间运行,预设标准时间定义为第二运行时间;第一运行时间大于第二运行时间,且第一运行时间与第二运行时间之间的时间差为1~3min;这是因为,若水箱停止出水之前刚出过水,那么抹布的湿度较大,残留的水分较多,因此,需要更多的时间将抹布上残留的水分去除。在步骤三中,扫地机首先通过识别周围环境图像,控制扫地机返回充电座充电;充电座上设置有用于感应扫地机是否返回的位置感应器,充电座上还设置有探测单元和警报单元,警报单元与探测单元连接;探测单元用于对扫地机的返回通道进行探测,警报单元用于当返回通道中存有阻碍扫地机与充电座对接充电的障碍物时发出报警信息。
本发明还一种用于扫地机的控制器,其中,控制器为一电子元件,如图5所示,其包括:
获取单元,用于获取扫地机的剩余电量;
控制单元,用于根据剩余电量控制扫地机的水箱的出水量;当水箱停止出水时,控制扫地机在运行预设时间后停止工作或进行充电。
在一个实施例中,控制器配置成:当剩余电量低于第一预设电量时,控制水箱的出水量随着剩余电量的减少而减少。进一步地,控制器进一步配置成:当剩余电量低于第二预设电量时,控制器控制水箱停止出水,其中,第二预设电量低于第一预设电量。
在另一个实施例中,控制器配置成:当剩余电量低于第二预设电量时,控制水箱停止出水。进一步地,控制器进一步配置成:当水箱停止出水后,控制器获取水箱上次出水的出水时间并根据出水时间确定扫地机在水箱停止出水后的运行时间。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅限于说明书和实施方式中 所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于扫地机的控制方法,其特征在于,包括
    获取扫地机的剩余电量或充电指令;
    根据剩余电量或充电指令控制扫地机水箱的出水量;
    当所述水箱停止出水时,控制所述扫地机在运行预设时间后停止工作或进行充电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,根据所述剩余电量控制所述水箱的出水量包括:
    当所述剩余电量低于第一预设电量时,所述水箱的出水量随着所述剩余电量的减少而减少。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其特征在于,当所述剩余电量低于第二预设电量时,控制所述水箱停止出水,其中,所述第二预设电量低于所述第一预设电量。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,根据所述剩余电量控制所述水箱的出水量包括:
    当所述剩余电量低于第二预设电量时,所述水箱停止出水。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的控制方法,其特征在于,
    当所述水箱停止出水后,获取所述水箱上次出水的出水时间,根据所述出水时间确定所述扫地机在所述水箱停止出水后的运行时间。
  6. 一种用于扫地机的控制器,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取扫地机的剩余电量或充电指令;
    控制单元,用于根据所述剩余电量或充电指令控制扫地机水箱的出水量;当所述水箱停止出水时,控制所述扫地机在运行预设时间后停止工作或进行充 电。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的控制器,其特征在于,
    所述控制器配置成:当所述剩余电量低于第一预设电量时,控制所述水箱的出水量随着所述剩余电量的减少而减少。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制器,其特征在于,
    所述控制器进一步配置成:当所述剩余电量低于第二预设电量时,所述控制器控制所述水箱停止出水,其中,所述第二预设电量低于所述第一预设电量。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的控制器,其特征在于,
    所述控制器配置成:当所述剩余电量低于第二预设电量时,控制所述水箱停止出水。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的控制器,其特征在于,
    所述控制器进一步配置成:当所述水箱停止出水后,所述控制器获取所述水箱上次出水的出水时间并根据所述出水时间确定所述扫地机在所述水箱停止出水后的运行时间。
