Abstract

Le but de la présente invention est de fournir un dispositif et un procédé de transfert automatique de contenants de produits chimiques, un contenant de produit chimique vide d'un dispositif de fourniture de produit chimique pouvant être remplacé par un nouveau contenant de produit chimique dans une période réduite au minimum. Un dispositif de transfert automatique de contenants de produits chimiques, pour la mise en œuvre de celui-ci, comprend : un dispositif de fourniture de produit chimique destiné à fournir un produit chimique contenu dans un premier contenant de produit chimique à un consommateur de produit chimique ; une unité de veille configurée de sorte qu'un second contenant de produit chimique devant être introduit dans le dispositif de fourniture de produit chimique peut être mis temporairement en veille, l'unité de veille servant de trajet le long duquel le premier contenant de produit chimique est évacué ; une unité d'évacuation configurée de sorte que, lorsque le premier contenant de produit chimique est évacué du dispositif de fourniture de produit chimique après avoir été complètement utilisé par le dispositif de fourniture de produit chimique, le premier contenant de produit chimique peut être évacué de manière à permettre l'introduction du second contenant de produit chimique dans le dispositif de fourniture de produit chimique ; une unité d'entrée disposée à proximité de l'entrée du dispositif de fourniture de produit chimique de manière à servir de trajet le long duquel le premier contenant de produit chimique est évacué et de trajet le long duquel le second contenant est introduit ; et une unité de commande destinée à commander le transfert du premier contenant de produit chimique et du second contenant de produit chimique au niveau de chacune de l'unité de veille, de l'unité d'évacuation et de l'unité d'entrée.
