幕墙120设置有钩接板170。钩接板170可以是板件。钩接板170所在的平面可以和集装箱的端壁垂直。钩接板170的一端可以通过螺栓固定在幕墙120的框架上。钩接板170的另一端可以设置有钩接板缺口171。该钩接板缺口171的开口朝下。在集装箱的宽度方向上,该钩接板缺口171穿透钩接板170。参考图2和图3,幕墙120可以通过钩接板170的钩接板缺口171挂设在中间连接件180的竖直部分上,以使幕墙120通过连接座111挂设在集装箱上。这样,幕墙120设置在集装箱上的操作方便。钩接板170、第一齿形面112与第二齿形面131的设置,可以在集装箱的宽度方向上调整幕墙120相对于集装箱的位置。
本实施方式中,在运输组装成一体的幕墙和集装箱时,第二定位件140用于在集装箱的宽度方向上,可拆卸地固定在幕墙120和集装箱之间,以固定幕墙120和集装箱之间的相对位置,以阻止在运输的过程中,由于颠簸或外力的作用,幕墙120沿集装箱的宽度方向(第二方向)移动。
如图2至图3所示,第二定位件140可以是板件。第二定位件140所在的平面和集装箱的端壁平行。第二定位件140的一端设置有开口朝下的 定位件缺口141。定位件缺口141沿集装箱的长度方向穿透第二定位件140。在运输组装成一体的幕墙和集装箱时,第二定位件140可以通过定位件缺口141挂设在钩接板170上。这样,使第二定位件140从上往下移动即可挂设在钩接板170上,安装方便。第二定位件140的另一端可以通过螺栓连接中间连接件180的竖直部分。这样第二定位件140可以在集装箱的宽度方向上固定中间连接件180和钩接板170之间的相对位置,以阻止在运输的过程中,由于颠簸或外力的作用,幕墙120沿集装箱的宽度方向移动。
优选地,第二定位件140的下端伸入中间连接件180和连接座111构成的U形结构内。由此,第二定位件140的结构简单,且安装方便。
在另一个实施方式中,如图5所示,第二定位件140的下端设置有横向延伸部142。横向延伸部142搭接在中间连接件180的水平部分上,第二定位件140的横向延伸部142通过螺栓和中间连接件180的水平部分连接。此时,第二定位件140不通过螺栓和中间连接件180的竖直部分连接。
在组装成一体的幕墙120和主体结构110被运输至待放置位置时,可以将第二定位件140从中间连接件180和钩接板170上拆下,然后将组装成一体的幕墙120和主体结构110堆叠成建筑模块。
本实施方式中,第一齿形面112和第二齿形面131啮合,可以减小在运输的过程中,由于颠簸或外力的作用,幕墙120沿第一方向移动的概率。第二定位件140可以阻止在运输的过程中,由于颠簸或外力的作用,幕墙120在水平方向上沿和第一方向垂直的第二方向移动。即可以保证组装成一体的幕墙120和主体结构110在水平方向上的相对位置不会变化,进而减小在运输过程中组装成一体幕墙120和主体结构110发生结构破坏和定位失效的概率;同时可以减小组装成一体的幕墙120和主体结构110上的堆叠安装位置发生变化的概率,方便将组装成一体的幕墙120和主体结构110堆叠成建筑模块。
除非另有定义,本文中所使用的技术和科学术语与本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施目的,不是旨在限制本发明。本文中出现的诸如“部件”等术语既可以表示单个的零件,也可以表示多个零件的组合。本文中出现的诸如“安装”、“设置”等术语既可以表示一个部件直接附接至另一个部件,也可以表示一个部件通过中间件附接至另一个部件。本文中在一个实施方式中描述的特征可以单独地或与其它特征结合地应用于另一个实施方式,除非该 特征在该另一个实施方式中不适用或是另有说明。
本发明已经通过上述实施方式进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施方式只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施方式范围内。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种建筑模块,其特征在于,所述建筑模块包括主体结构、连接组件和幕墙,所述幕墙通过所述连接组件连接至所述主体结构,所述连接组件包括:
    连接座,所述连接座连接至所述主体结构,且所述连接座设置有第一齿形面;
    中间连接件,所述中间连接件通过螺栓和螺母连接至所述连接座;
    钩接板,所述钩接板连接至所述幕墙,且所述钩接板钩接至所述中间连接件;
    第一定位件,所述第一定位件套设在所述螺栓外侧且位于所述螺母和所述连接座之间,所述第一定位件设置有和所述第一齿形面对应的第二齿形面,所述螺栓和所述螺母配合以使所述第二齿形面抵接所述第一齿形面,从而阻止所述幕墙沿第一方向移动;以及
    第二定位件,所述第二定位件可拆卸地连接至所述钩接板和所述中间连接件,以阻止所述幕墙沿第二方向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑模块,其特征在于,所述第一齿形面位于所述连接座的下表面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑模块,其特征在于,所述第一齿形面的齿形和所述第二齿形面的齿形均沿所述第二方向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑模块,其特征在于,所述第二定位件设置有开口朝下的定位件缺口,所述第二定位件通过所述定位件缺口挂设在所述钩接板上,所述第二定位件通过螺栓连接所述中间连接件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑模块,其特征在于,所述中间连接件和所述连接座均构造成L型结构,所述中间连接件的水平部分搭接在所述连接座的水平部分上,且所述中间连接件的竖直部分与所述连接座的竖直部分平行且具有间隔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑模块,其特征在于,所述中间连接件和所述连接座中的一个设置有沿所述第一方向延伸的长孔,所述螺栓穿设在所述长孔内,以连接所述中间连接件和所述连接座。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑模块,其特征在于,所述第二定位件为板件,所述第二定位件所在的平面和所述钩接板所在的平面垂直。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑模块,其特征在于,所述第二定位件用于在运输所述主体结构和所述幕墙时连接至所述钩接板和所述中间连接件,在待安装位置将所述主体结构和所述幕墙堆叠成所述建筑模块时,所述第二定位件脱离所述钩接板和所述中间连接件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑模块,其特征在于,所述钩接板设置有开口朝下的钩接板缺口,所述钩接板通过所述钩接板缺口挂设在所述中间连接件上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的建筑模块,其特征在于,所述主体结构为箱式结构。
