Description

用于角磨机的护罩组件和角磨机 技术领域
本申请涉及角磨机领域,更具体地,本申请涉及一种用于角磨机切割和打磨时提供保护的护罩组件以及具有该护罩组件的角磨机。
背景技术
角磨机是一种常见的手提式电动工具,可用于切割,研磨等用途。在角磨机用于切割和研磨时,需要不同类型的护罩来提供保护。常见的是一台角磨机配备有分别用于切割和研磨两种用途的两个护罩,对于用户而言,在切换用途时需要更换护罩,这是繁琐的。
另外,存在组合式的护罩,然而现有的组合式护罩结构相对复杂,组装过程需经多个紧固步骤。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于解决或至少缓解现有技术中所存在的问题。
根据一些方面,提供了一种用于角磨机的护罩组件,包括:
第一护罩,所述第一护罩包括用于安装至所述角磨机的安装部,与所述安装部连接的底壁,以及从所述底壁外周向前侧延伸的侧壁;以及
第二护罩,所述第二护罩包括后壁,前壁以及连接在所述后壁和前壁之间的侧壁,所述第二护罩能够通过绕所述第一护罩旋转来套设在所述第一护罩上,其中,所述第二护罩的后壁与所述第一护罩的底壁接合,并且所述第一护罩的侧壁的前端与形成在所述第二护罩的前壁内侧的引导特征接合。
还提供了一种角磨机,所述角磨机包括根据申请的实施例所述的护罩组件。
根据本申请的实施例的护罩组件结构简单且易于安装,无需对现有第一护罩进行复杂的结构变更,即可实现两种护罩功能的切换。

具体实施方式

如图6所示,第二护罩的侧壁23与第一护罩的侧壁13贴合。在备选实施例中,第二护罩的侧壁23和第一护罩的侧壁13可具有一定的间隙。参考图7和图8,第二护罩的后壁21具有比其前壁22在径向上更小的宽度,这样可节省第二护罩的材料。如图7和图8所示,第二护罩的后壁21在第一端和第二端处与第一护罩齐平,第二护罩的前壁22大致形成为部分圆环形,如大约延伸180度左右。第一护罩1和第二护罩2可为同轴的,其轴线与角磨机的转轴对齐。
根据本申请的实施例的护罩组件结构简单,制造方便且便于组装。无需对现有第一护罩进行复杂的结构变更,即可实现两种护罩功能的切换。根据本申请的实施例,在第一护罩已安装至角磨机的情况下仍然可容易地安装第二护罩,而无需从角磨机拆卸第一护罩。另外,还可容易地对现有护罩进行改造以实现本申请的结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于角磨机的护罩组件,其特征在于,包括:
    第一护罩(1),所述第一护罩(1)包括用于安装至所述角磨机的安装部(11),与所述安装部(11)连接的底壁(12),以及从所述底壁(12)外周向前侧延伸的侧壁(13);以及
