Li1+aNixCoyMzO2
상기 화학식 1에서, 0≤a≤0.5, 0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<z<1, M은 Mn 또는 Al 중 적어도 어느 하나, 바람직하게는 0≤a≤0.2, 0.5≤x≤1, 0≤y≤0.5, 0≤z≤0.5이고, M은 Mn일 수 있다.
