所述L型定位腔的内侧另一端部还成型有搭钩;
所述锁扣安装腔中固定设置有锁扣限位板,所述锁扣限位板和所述锁扣定位块间安装有复位弹簧;
所述扫地机水箱的前侧分别开设有和两个所述锁扣安装腔对应连通的两个水箱安装槽;

所述抹布设置于若干所述下水孔的底部。
优选的,所述扫地机水箱的底部成型有向所述储水腔体中凹陷的轮罩;所述轮罩的底部安装有用于支撑扫地机水箱在作业底面上运动的行走轮。
优选的,所述第一通电片和所述第二通电片均嵌装固定在所述扫地机水箱的顶部;
所述下压凸台的底部固定有下压充电片,两个所述下压充电片对应地通电连接在所述第一通电片、所述第二通电片上;
所述翻转板的内部固定有和所述下压充电片通电连接的导电板,两个所述导电板均通电连接在所述电池组上。
优选的,所述翻转板的内部成型有若干加强筋。
优选的,位于所述第一拉钩顶部的所述上壳体上开设有检修孔,位于所述导电板顶部的所述下壳体上开设有导线孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:本实用新型提供的下压拖地式扫地机器人,其能够通过下压凸台持续地对扫地机水箱提供下压力,以使得抹布能够稳定地贴压在待清理地面上,有效地解决了由于扫地机水箱中储水不断流出而导致的抹布对待清理地面压力逐渐变弱的问题;本申请中将水泵集成安装在扫地机水箱中,并通过固定在两个下压凸台底部的下压充电片、第一通电片以及第二通电片对水泵进行送电,大大优化了扫地机水箱和扫地机机体的空间布置,使得扫地机器人整体结构更加紧凑,使其实用性和美观性均得到提升。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
如图1—图10所示,本实用新型提供了一种下压拖地式扫地机器人,包括:
扫地机机体9,其内部安装有电池组,所述扫地机机体9的底部成型有安装部90,所述安装部90内成型有凸台部900;和
扫地机水箱1,其可拆卸式安装在所述安装部90中,以用于在拖地过程中润湿待清理地面,所述扫地机水箱1的底部通过粘扣带固定有抹布;
其中,所述扫地机机体9的内部两侧均通过螺栓固定有下压组件8,所述下压组件8包括能够向所述安装部90中弹性探伸的下压凸台836,所述下压凸台836弹性下压在所述扫地机水箱1的顶部,以使得所述抹布能够稳定的贴压在待清理地面上。
作为本实用新型一实施例,所述下压组件8包括
下壳体82,其上下侧均成型为开放式;
上壳体81,其通过卡扣固定在所述下壳体82的顶部,所述上壳体81的内部成型有第一拉钩812;
翻转板83,其为空心壳结构,所述翻转板83的一端部通过转动块830铰接安装在所述下壳体82的底部,所述翻转板83的一端部成型有第二拉钩832;以及
拉簧84,其一端固定在所述第二拉钩832上,其另一端固定在所述第一拉钩812上,以用于提供所述翻转板83另一端部朝向所述下壳体82底部运动的翻转力;
其中,所述下压凸台836成型在所述翻转板83另一端部的底侧;所述翻转板83的另一端侧成型有第一翻转限位块833,所述下壳体82的内侧成型有和所述第一翻转限位块833位置对应的第二翻转限位块823。
作为本实用新型一实施例,所述下壳体82的一端部成型有第一下壳体固定耳板821,所述下壳体82的另一端部成型有第二下壳体固定耳板822;
所述上壳体81的一端部成型有上壳体固定耳板811;
所述螺栓能够依次穿过所述上壳体固定耳板811和所述第一下壳体固定耳板821,以将所述下压组件8的一端固定在所述扫地机机体9内;所述螺栓能够穿过所述第二下壳体固定耳板822,以将所述下压组件8的另一端固定在所述扫地机机体9内。
作为本实用新型一实施例,所述扫地机水箱1的顶部成型有凹陷部10,所述凹陷部10的两侧均成型有安装插槽100;
所述凸台部900的两侧均成型有安装插块901,所述安装插块901能够插装在所述安装插槽100中,以使得将所述凸台部900引入安装在所述凹陷部10中。
作为本实用新型一实施例,所述扫地机水箱1的两侧部均成型有锁扣安装腔,所述锁扣安装腔中可滑动式安装有锁扣51;
所述锁扣51上成型有L型定位腔510,其内侧一端部固定有锁扣定位块511, 其内侧另一端部成型有锁扣定位板513;
所述L型定位腔510的内侧另一端部还成型有搭钩512;
所述锁扣安装腔中固定设置有锁扣限位板14,所述锁扣限位板14和所述锁扣定位块511间安装有复位弹簧15;
所述扫地机水箱1的前侧分别开设有和两个所述锁扣安装腔对应连通的两个水箱安装槽131;
位于所述凸台部900两侧的所述安装部90内成型有第一卡勾91和第二卡勾92;所述第一卡勾91和所述第二卡勾92能够穿过所述水箱安装槽131,并和两个所述搭钩512对应地钩接。
作为本实用新型一实施例,所述扫地机水箱1中密封地成型有一储水腔体101和一通电腔体102;
所述储水腔体101中固定设置有过滤装置61和出水管72,所述通电腔体102内固定设置有水泵60和用于对所述水泵60进行送电的第一通电片41和第二通电片42;
所述水泵60上安装有进水软管621和出水软管622,所述进水软管621和所述出水软管622均延伸至所述储水腔体101内部;
所述进水软管621和所述过滤装置61连通相接,所述出水软管622和所述出水管72连通相接;
所述出水管72的底部开设有若干下水通道722。
作为本实用新型一实施例,所述扫地机水箱1的底部开设有与若干所述下水通道722密封式连通的若干下水孔21;
所述抹布设置于若干所述下水孔21的底部。
作为本实用新型一实施例,所述扫地机水箱1的底部成型有向所述储水腔体101中凹陷的轮罩20;所述轮罩20的底部安装有用于支撑扫地机水箱1在作业底面上运动的行走轮22。
作为本实用新型一实施例,所述第一通电片41和所述第二通电片42均嵌装固定在所述扫地机水箱1的顶部;
所述下压凸台836的底部固定有下压充电片834,两个所述下压充电片834对应地通电连接在所述第一通电片41、所述第二通电片42上;
所述翻转板83的内部固定有和所述下压充电片834通电连接的导电板835,两个所述导电板835均通电连接在所述电池组上。
作为本实用新型一实施例,所述翻转板83的内部成型有若干加强筋831。
作为本实用新型一实施例,位于所述第一拉钩812顶部的所述上壳体81上开设有检修孔810,位于所述导电板835顶部的所述下壳体82上开设有导线孔820。
该下压拖地式扫地机器人的工作原理:
扫地机机体9通过其行走机构推动扫地机水箱1在作业底面上运动,当需要将待清理地面进行润湿处理时,扫地机器人控制水泵60运行,储水腔体101中的储水依次通过过滤装置61、进水软管621、水泵60、出水软管622、出水管72以及下水通道722,最后经由下水孔21被导落至抹布上,进而通过吸附有清水的抹布润湿地面。
在抹布拖地的过程中,下压凸台836能够持续的下压扫地机水箱1,以使得抹布能够稳定的贴压在待清理地面上;固定在两个下压凸台836底部的下压充电片834能够与第一通电片41、第二通电片42对应地通电连接,以实现用电池组中的电量驱动水泵60正常运行。
尽管本实用新型的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本实用新型的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本实用新型并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种下压拖地式扫地机器人,其特征在于,包括:
    扫地机机体(9),其内部安装有电池组,所述扫地机机体(9)的底部成型有安装部(90),所述安装部(90)内成型有凸台部(900);和
    扫地机水箱(1),其可拆卸式安装在所述安装部(90)中,以用于在拖地过程中润湿待清理地面,所述扫地机水箱(1)的底部通过粘扣带固定有抹布;
    其中,所述扫地机机体(9)的内部两侧均通过螺栓固定有下压组件(8),所述下压组件(8)包括能够向所述安装部(90)中弹性探伸的下压凸台(836),所述下压凸台(836)弹性下压在所述扫地机水箱(1)的顶部,以使得所述抹布能够稳定的贴压在待清理地面上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的下压拖地式扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述下压组件(8)包括
    下壳体(82),其上下侧均成型为开放式;
    上壳体(81),其通过卡扣固定在所述下壳体(82)的顶部,所述上壳体(81)的内部成型有第一拉钩(812);
    翻转板(83),其为空心壳结构,所述翻转板(83)的一端部通过转动块(830)铰接安装在所述下壳体(82)的底部,所述翻转板(83)的一端部成型有第二拉钩(832);以及
    拉簧(84),其一端固定在所述第二拉钩(832)上,其另一端固定在所述第一拉钩(812)上,以用于提供所述翻转板(83)另一端部朝向所述下壳体(82)底部运动的翻转力;
    其中,所述下压凸台(836)成型在所述翻转板(83)另一端部的底侧;所述翻转板(83)的另一端侧成型有第一翻转限位块(833),所述下壳体(82)的内侧成型有和所述第一翻转限位块(833)位置对应的第二翻转限位块(823)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的下压拖地式扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述下壳体 (82)的一端部成型有第一下壳体固定耳板(821),所述下壳体(82)的另一端部成型有第二下壳体固定耳板(822);
    所述上壳体(81)的一端部成型有上壳体固定耳板(811);
    所述螺栓能够依次穿过所述上壳体固定耳板(811)和所述第一下壳体固定耳板(821),以将所述下压组件(8)的一端固定在所述扫地机机体(9)内;所述螺栓能够穿过所述第二下壳体固定耳板(822),以将所述下压组件(8)的另一端固定在所述扫地机机体(9)内。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的下压拖地式扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述扫地机水箱(1)的顶部成型有凹陷部(10),所述凹陷部(10)的两侧均成型有安装插槽(100);
    所述凸台部(900)的两侧均成型有安装插块(901),所述安装插块(901)能够插装在所述安装插槽(100)中,以使得将所述凸台部(900)引入安装在所述凹陷部(10)中。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的下压拖地式扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述扫地机水箱(1)的两侧部均成型有锁扣安装腔,所述锁扣安装腔中可滑动式安装有锁扣(51);
    所述锁扣(51)上成型有L型定位腔(510),其内侧一端部固定有锁扣定位块(511),其内侧另一端部成型有锁扣定位板(513);
    所述L型定位腔(510)的内侧另一端部还成型有搭钩(512);
    所述锁扣安装腔中固定设置有锁扣限位板(14),所述锁扣限位板(14)和所述锁扣定位块(511)间安装有复位弹簧(15);
    所述扫地机水箱(1)的前侧分别开设有和两个所述锁扣安装腔对应连通的两个水箱安装槽(131);
    位于所述凸台部(900)两侧的所述安装部(90)内成型有第一卡勾(91)和第二卡勾(92);所述第一卡勾(91)和所述第二卡勾(92)能够穿过所述水 箱安装槽(131),并和两个所述搭钩(512)对应地钩接。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的下压拖地式扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述扫地机水箱(1)中密封地成型有一储水腔体(101)和一通电腔体(102);
    所述储水腔体(101)中固定设置有过滤装置(61)和出水管(72),所述通电腔体(102)内固定设置有水泵(60)和用于对所述水泵(60)进行送电的第一通电片(41)和第二通电片(42);
    所述水泵(60)上安装有进水软管(621)和出水软管(622),所述进水软管(621)和所述出水软管(622)均延伸至所述储水腔体(101)内部;
    所述进水软管(621)和所述过滤装置(61)连通相接,所述出水软管(622)和所述出水管(72)连通相接;
    所述出水管(72)的底部开设有若干下水通道(722)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的下压拖地式扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述扫地机水箱(1)的底部开设有与若干所述下水通道(722)密封式连通的若干下水孔(21);
    所述抹布设置于若干所述下水孔(21)的底部。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的下压拖地式扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述第一通电片(41)和所述第二通电片(42)均嵌装固定在所述扫地机水箱(1)的顶部;
    所述下压凸台(836)的底部固定有下压充电片(834),两个所述下压充电片(834)对应地通电连接在所述第一通电片(41)、所述第二通电片(42)上;
    所述翻转板(83)的内部固定有和所述下压充电片(834)通电连接的导电板(835),两个所述导电板(835)均通电连接在所述电池组上。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的下压拖地式扫地机器人,其特征在于,所述翻转板(83)的内部成型有若干加强筋(831)。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的下压拖地式扫地机器人,其特征在于,位于所述第一拉钩(812)顶部的所述上壳体(81)上开设有检修孔(810),位于所述导电板(835)顶部的所述下壳体(82)上开设有导线孔(820)。
