Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de broyage comprenant : une unité de broyage ayant une meule inférieure et une meule supérieure, ladite unité de broyage ayant un broyeur conique comprenant une meule interne, laquelle est une meule rotative qui tourne de manière synchrone avec la meule interne, et une meule externe, laquelle est une meule fixe qui est disposée sur la meule supérieure, et broyant, dans le broyeur conique, une matière première solide contenant de l'huile qui est introduite dans une entrée entre la meule interne et la meule externe ; une unité de guidage qui a une ouverture sur l'extrémité inférieure, le diamètre de l'ouverture étant inférieur au diamètre interne de la meule externe au niveau de l'entrée, et qui achemine la matière première solide fournie de l'ouverture à l'entrée du broyeur conique ; et un élément de guidage qui est disposé sur l'extrémité supérieure de la meule interne et qui guide la matière première solide de l'unité de guidage à l'entrée. L'élément de guidage comprend au moins deux plaques de guidage ; chacune desdites au moins deux plaques de guidage a une surface inclinée par rapport au plan horizontal selon un angle désigné ; et les hauteurs depuis le centre des surfaces inclinées sur les au moins deux plaques de guidage vers le plan horizontal de l'entrée sont différentes.
