根据本发明一实施例,所述壳体内还设置有相互平行的卷轴和主动轴,所述主动轴位于所述壳体设置所述牵引端的一端,所述卷轴位于所述壳体的相对另一端,所述透明盖板的卷曲端固定于所述主动轴上,所述透明盖板的中部绕曲所述卷轴,且所述透明盖板的牵引端固定于所述支撑板的外端,所述主动轴上设置有齿轮,所述支撑板底部设置有与所述齿轮相啮合的齿条,所述主动轴配合所述支撑板的移动而转动,所述牵引端向所述壳体外移动时,所述齿轮与所述齿条传动配合,使所述主动轴转动以将位于所述壳体内的所述柔性显示面板和所述透明盖板推出至所述显示窗口。
根据本发明一实施例,所述支撑板包括固定板和延伸板,所述固定板设置于所述显示窗口内,所述延伸板与所述固定板活动配合以延伸形成虚拟显示窗口,所述柔性显示面板的一端与所述延伸板的一端相连接。
根据本发明一实施例,所述延伸板与所述固定板相嵌合设置,且所述延伸板相对所述固定板在嵌合状态和延伸状态均与所述固定板表面平齐。
根据本发明一实施例,所述延伸板包括第一边框,以及位于所述第一边框内的第一栅栏支撑件,所述第一边框的一端开口;所述固定板包括第二边框,以及位于所述第二边框内的第二栅栏支撑件,所述第二边框的一端开口;所述第一边框的开口端与所述第二边框的开口端活动连接,所述第一栅栏支撑件与所述第二栅栏支撑件可交错嵌合。
根据本发明一实施例,所述延伸板与所述固定板滑动配合,所述第一栅栏支撑件的内侧设置有卡边,所述第二栅栏支撑件的内侧设置有滑槽,所述卡边与所述滑槽滑动配合。
根据本发明一实施例,所述延伸板的外端设置有侧板,所述侧板与所述壳体相贴合或远离所述壳体。
根据本发明一实施例,所述壳体内还设置有支撑板,所述支撑板为可重复弯折材料,所述支撑板部分位于所述显示窗口,其余部分卷曲设置于所述壳体内,所述透明盖板和所述柔性显示面板贴合于所述支撑板表面。
根据本发明一实施例,所述支撑板包括延伸端以及相对另一端的固定端,所述固定端卷曲设置。
所述壳体内还设置有相互平行的卷轴和主动轴,所述主动轴位于所述壳体设置所述牵引端的一端,所述卷轴位于所述壳体的相对另一端,所述支撑板的固定端固定于所述主动轴上,所述支撑板的中部绕曲所述卷轴,且所述支撑板的延伸端与所述壳体内侧滑动配合,所述主动轴上设置有齿轮,所述支撑板底部设置有与所述齿轮相啮合的齿条,所述主动轴配合所述支撑板的移动而转动,所述支撑板向所述壳体外移动时,所述齿轮与所述齿条传动配合,使所述主动轴转动以将位于所述壳体内的所述柔性显示面板和所述透明盖板推出至所述显示窗口。
根据本发明一实施例,所述显示窗口内侧设置有滑槽,所述支撑板外侧设置有卡边,所述支撑板与所述显示窗口滑动配合。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的显示装置,将柔性显示面板一部分收容于壳体内,位于壳体外的部分用作常规屏幕显示,将壳体内的柔性显示面板拉伸出后可扩大显示区,不会增加显示装置体积,在大屏显示状态和小屏显示状态之间切换时,面板不会受到弯折应力影响,延长屏幕使用寿命。

以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
本发明针对现有技术的可弯折显示装置存在体积大、使用寿命短的技术缺陷提出改进,本实施例能够解决该缺陷。
如图1a-1b所示,本发明实施例提供的显示面板,包括壳体101,以及位于所述壳体101内的柔性显示面板102;所述壳体101底部设置有底盖,所述壳体101表面开设有用于曝露所述柔性显示面板102的显示窗口103,所述显示窗口103与所述柔性显示面板102活动配合,未曝露的所述柔性显示面板102收纳于所述壳体101内。
如图1a所示,在小屏显示状态下,所述柔性显示面板102填充所述显示窗口103,所述柔性显示面板102的其余部分卷曲设置于所述壳体101内。
如图1b所示,在大屏显示状态下,将所述柔性显示面板102的端部向外拉伸,位于所述显示窗口103的所述柔性显示面板102移动至所述显示窗口103之外,且位于所述壳体101内的所述柔性显示面板102移动至所述显示窗口103,显示面积为位于所述显示窗口103的所述柔性显示面板102的显示区面积与所述显示窗口103之外的所述柔性显示面板102的显示区面积之和。
移动至所述显示窗口103之外的部分为虚拟显示窗口104,因此虚拟显示窗口104的位置是动态的,所述虚拟显示窗口104位于所述柔性显示面板102超出所述显示窗口103的部分的弯折半径内。
在双面屏显示状态下(图中未示出),将图1b所示位于所述显示窗口103之外的所述柔性显示面板102向所述壳体101背部弯折并贴合,则可实现显示装置的正反两面分别独立显示和触控。
如图2a-2f所示,本发明实施例提供的显示装置,包括壳体201、开设于所述壳体201一侧的显示窗口203,设置于所述壳体201内和所述显示窗口203的柔性显示面板,设置于所述壳体201内的主动轴207和卷轴208,设置于所述主动轴207端部的齿轮2071,所述壳体201底部设置有底盖209,所述柔性显示面板表面设置有透明盖板。
所述壳体201内还设置有支撑板205,所述支撑板205底部设置有与所述齿轮2071相啮合的齿条2072,所述柔性显示面板的曝露部分和所述透明盖板的一端部与所述支撑板205相贴合,且所述透明盖板的该端部与所述支撑板205的端部相连接,所述支撑板205用于对所述柔性显示面板在静态或动态的平面支撑。
所述透明盖板两端超出所述柔性显示面板的边缘形成相对的卷曲端和牵引端,所述卷曲端可舒展地设置于所述壳体201内,所述牵引端可移动地设置于所述壳体201外侧,所述牵引端向所述壳体201外移动时,所述卷曲端舒展,位于所述壳体201内的所述柔性显示面板和所述透明盖板移动至所述壳体201外。
如图2a-2c所示,所述柔性显示面板的曝露部分与所述支撑板205的外表面相贴合,未曝露部分位于所述壳体201内,且弯折至所述支撑板205的另一侧;所述支撑板205包括可相对活动的固定板2051和延伸板2052,所述固定板2051固定设置于所述显示窗口203内,与所述固定板2051相贴合的所述柔性显示面板的表面低于所述显示窗口203的表面或与之相平齐。所述延伸板2052的外端设置有侧板2053,所述侧板2053与所述壳体201磁吸贴合或远离所述壳体201。
所述固定板2051与所述延伸板2052相嵌合设置,即所述固定板2051与所述延伸板2052通过空缺交叉填补合为一体,两块支撑板205高度一致,表面平齐,贴合于所述支撑板205表面的所述柔性显示面板表面平齐,同时还避免了两块所述支撑板205层叠而增加显示装置的厚度。
参照图2a至2d所示,所述固定板2051与所述延伸板2052为栅形配合:所述延伸板2052包括第一边框,以及位于所述第一边框内的第一栅栏支撑件2061,所述第一边框的一端开口;所述固定板2051包括第二边框,以及位于所述第二边框内的第二栅栏支撑件2062,所述第二边框的一端开口;所述第一边框的开口端与所述第二边框的开口端活动连接,所述第一栅栏支撑件2061与所述第二栅栏支撑件2062可交错嵌合。
所述固定板2051与所述延伸板2052滑动配合,所述第一栅栏支撑件2061的内侧设置有卡边2063,所述第二栅栏支撑件2062的内侧设置有滑槽,所述卡边2063与所述滑槽滑动配合。
所述第一栅栏支撑件2061包括多个相互平行的第一栅骨,所述第一栅骨朝向所述第一边框的开口端设置,所述第二栅栏支撑件2062包括多个相互平行的第二栅骨,所述第二栅骨朝向所述第二边框的开口端设置;所述第一栅栏支撑件2061中,至少两个所述第一栅骨内侧设置有所述卡边2063,且设置所述卡边2063的两个栅骨之间至少间隔一个栅骨;所述滑槽的端部止于其所在表面,用作对所述卡边2063的限位;所述第二栅栏支撑件2062内侧设置的所述滑槽与所述卡边2063的数量与位置相对应。
如图2e所示,所述固定板2051与所述延伸板2052为抽屉式配合:所述固定板2051表面形成有凹腔2054,所述凹腔2054一端开口,相对另一端封闭,所述延伸板2052与所述凹腔2054套接,所述延伸板2052从所述凹腔2054的开口端进入,并与所述凹腔2054滑动配合;所述固定板2051表面向所述凹腔2054内延伸,在所述凹腔2054边缘形成凸边2055,所述凸边2055用于将所述延伸板2052限定在所述凹腔2054内移动;所述延伸板2052表面设置有凸台2056,所述凸台2056位于所述凸边2055围合的区域内,且所述凸台2056表面与所述凸边2055表面相平齐,所述延伸板2052表面与所述凸边2055表面相贴合。
所述凹腔2054的封闭端与所述凸台2056之间设置有补平板2057,所述补平板2057用于填补所述延伸板2052相对所述固定板2051向外移动后,所述延伸板2052与所述凹腔2054之间形成的空缺,用作该区域的所述柔性显示面板的平面支撑。
例如,所述补平板2057可以为具有一定宽度的卷簧,所述卷簧的固定端设置于所述凸台2056端部,所述卷簧的作用端设置于所述凹腔2054侧壁,所述卷簧形成的扭力可用于对所述延伸板2052的移动空间进行限定,同时可辅助所述延伸板2052归入凹腔2054。
进一步,所述凸台2056端部形成有安置槽,所述安置槽内设置有转动轴、以及位于转动轴侧方的固定轴,所述转动轴的表面无限接近所述安置槽与所述凸台2056的连接处,所述固定轴位于安置槽中心处,所述固定轴的中线与所述安置槽的中心线相重合;所述卷簧的固定端无线接近所述凹腔2054侧壁与所述固定板2051表面的连接处,所述卷簧绕曲所述转动轴,所述卷簧的作用端卷曲所述固定轴并与之固定。
如图2f所示,所述支撑板205为可重复弯折材料,所述柔性显示面板的曝露部分与未曝露部分贴合于所述支撑板205的同一面,且所述支撑板205对应所述曝露部分的区域位于所述显示窗口203,所述支撑板205对应所述未曝露部分的区域弯折至所述支撑板205背部。
所述显示窗口203内侧设置有滑槽204,所述支撑板205外侧设置有卡边,所述支撑板205与所述显示窗口203滑动配合。
所述支撑板205包括延伸端以及相对另一端的固定端,所述固定端卷曲设置。
如图3a所示,本发明提供的显示装置,包括:壳体、开设于所述壳体一侧的显示窗口,以及设置于所述壳体内和所述显示窗口的柔性显示面板;所述壳体内设置有支撑板,所述柔性显示面板与所述支撑板相贴合,所述支撑板包括相互滑动配合的固定板和延伸板3022,所述柔性显示面板的曝露部分的端部与所述延伸板3022的端部相连接,所述支撑板用于对所述柔性显示面板在静态或动态的平面支撑。
所述壳体内还设置有相互平行的卷轴303和主动轴304,所述主动轴304位于所述固定板的第二边框的开口端,所述卷轴303位于所述第二边框的相对另一端,所述主动轴304上设置有齿轮3041,所述延伸板3022底部设置有与所述齿轮3041相啮合的齿条3042,所述主动轴304配合所述延伸板3022的滑动而转动。
所述主动轴配合所述延伸板3022的移动而转动,所述透明盖板的牵引端向所述壳体外移动时,所述齿轮与所述齿条传动配合,使所述主动轴转动以将位于所述壳体内的所述柔性显示面板和所述透明盖板推出至所述显示窗口,即所述柔性显示面板和所述透明盖板在移动时,两端为联动状态,可避免一端作用力导致的所述显示面板和所述透明盖板出现褶皱或一端拉力过大导致屏内断线的技术问题。
所述柔性显示面板表面设置有透明盖板301,所述透明盖板301的一端超出所述柔性显示面板的边缘形成卷曲端3011,所述透明盖板301的卷曲端3011固定于所述主动轴304上,所述透明盖板301绕曲所述卷轴303,且所述透明盖板301的另一端固定于所述延伸板3022的外端。
参照图3b-3e,所述柔性显示面板312包括发光层313,所述发光层313一侧设置有背板305,所述背板305与所述发光层313之间通过第一光学胶层306粘接,所述发光层313的另一侧设置有触控面板307、设置于所述触控面板307表面的偏光层,所述偏光层包括PSA粘接层308和薄型圆偏光片309,所述触控面板307与所述发光层313通过第二光学胶层310粘接,所述透明盖板301与所述偏光层通过第三光学胶层311粘接。
参照图3b和3c所示,当所述显示装置从小屏显示状态切换至大屏显示状态时,将所述延伸板3022相对所述固定板移出,位于所述壳体内的所述柔性显示面板312随之移出至所述显示窗口,与移出所述显示窗口的所述柔性显示面板312组合进行大屏显示;此时所述透明盖板的卷曲端呈舒展状态
参照图3d和3e所示,当所述显示装置从大屏显示状态切换至小屏显示状态时,将所述延伸板3022向所述固定板的一侧移动,所述延伸板3022底部的齿条3042带动所述主动轴304转动,同时对所述透明盖板301的卷曲端3011进行卷曲,则部分所述柔性显示面板312收容至所述壳体内,另一部分所述柔性显示面板312对位至所述显示窗口实现小屏显示;此时所述透明盖板的卷曲端呈卷曲状态。
所述支撑板为可重复弯折材料、所述柔性显示面板的曝露部分与未曝露部分贴合于所述支撑板的同一面的实施例同样适配上述大、小屏之间切换方案,所述支撑板的固定端与所述主动轴304卷曲连接,具体的调节原理与上述表述类似,此处不再赘述。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的显示装置,将柔性显示面板一部分收容于壳体内,位于壳体外的部分用作常规屏幕显示,将壳体内的柔性显示面板拉伸出后可扩大显示区,不会增加显示装置体积,在大屏显示状态和小屏显示状态之间切换时,面板不会受到弯折应力影响,延长屏幕使用寿命。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (15)
- 显示装置,其包括:壳体,所述壳体上设置有显示窗口;柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板的显示区可部分或全部曝露于所述显示窗口,且未曝露的所述显示区可形变地设置于所述壳体内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述柔性显示面板表面设置有透明盖板,所述透明盖板的两端超出所述柔性显示面板的边缘形成相对的卷曲端和牵引端,所述卷曲端可舒展地设置于所述壳体内,所述牵引端可移动地设置于所述壳体外侧,所述牵引端向所述壳体外移动时,所述卷曲端舒展,位于所述壳体内的所述柔性显示面板和所述透明盖板移动至所述壳体外。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述壳体内还设置有支撑板,所述支撑板位于所述显示窗口的内侧,所述柔性显示面板的曝露部分和所述透明盖板的牵引端均与所述支撑板相贴合,所述柔性显示面板的未曝露部分弯折至所述支撑板的另一侧。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述壳体内还设置有相互平行的卷轴和主动轴,所述主动轴位于所述壳体设置所述牵引端的一端,所述卷轴位于所述壳体的相对另一端,所述透明盖板的卷曲端固定于所述主动轴上,所述透明盖板的中部绕曲所述卷轴,且所述透明盖板的牵引端固定于所述支撑板的外端,所述主动轴上设置有齿轮,所述支撑板底部设置有与所述齿轮相啮合的齿条,所述主动轴配合所述支撑板的移动而转动,所述牵引端向所述壳体外移动时,所述齿轮与所述齿条传动配合,使所述主动轴转动以将位于所述壳体内的所述柔性显示面板和所述透明盖板推出至所述显示窗口。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述支撑板包括固定板和延伸板,所述固定板设置于所述显示窗口内,所述延伸板与所述固定板活动配合以延伸形成虚拟显示窗口,所述柔性显示面板的一端与所述延伸板的一端相连接。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述延伸板与所述固定板相嵌合设置,且所述延伸板相对所述固定板在嵌合状态和延伸状态均与所述固定板表面平齐。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,所述延伸板的外端设置有侧板,所述侧板与所述壳体相贴合或远离所述壳体。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,所述延伸板包括第一边框,以及位于所述第一边框内的第一栅栏支撑件,所述第一边框的一端开口;所述固定板包括第二边框,以及位于所述第二边框内的第二栅栏支撑件,所述第二边框的一端开口;所述第一边框的开口端与所述第二边框的开口端活动连接,所述第一栅栏支撑件与所述第二栅栏支撑件可交错嵌合。
- 根据权利要求8所述的显示装置,其中,所述延伸板与所述固定板滑动配合,所述第一栅栏支撑件的内侧设置有卡边,所述第二栅栏支撑件的内侧设置有滑槽,所述卡边与所述滑槽滑动配合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示装置,其中,所述固定板与所述延伸板为抽屉式配合:所述固定板表面形成有凹腔,所述凹腔一端开口,相对另一端封闭,所述延伸板与所述凹腔套接,所述延伸板从所述凹腔的开口端进入,并与所述凹腔滑动配合;所述固定板表面向所述凹腔内延伸,在所述凹腔边缘形成凸边,所述凸边用于将所述延伸板限定在所述凹腔内移动;所述延伸板表面设置有凸台,所述凸台位于所述凸边围合的区域内,且所述凸台表面与所述凸边表面相平齐,所述延伸板表面与所述凸边表面相贴合。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述凹腔的封闭端与所述凸台之间设置有补平板,所述补平板用于填补所述延伸板相对所述固定板向外移动后,所述延伸板与所述凹腔之间形成的空缺,用作该区域的所述柔性显示面板的平面支撑。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述壳体内还设置有支撑板,所述支撑板为可重复弯折材料,所述支撑板部分位于所述显示窗口,其余部分卷曲设置于所述壳体内,所述透明盖板和所述柔性显示面板贴合于所述支撑板表面。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,所述支撑板包括延伸端以及相对另一端的固定端,所述固定端卷曲设置。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述壳体内还设置有相互平行的卷轴和主动轴,所述主动轴位于所述壳体设置所述牵引端的一端,所述卷轴位于所述壳体的相对另一端,所述支撑板的固定端固定于所述主动轴上,所述支撑板的中部绕曲所述卷轴,且所述支撑板的延伸端与所述壳体内侧滑动配合,所述主动轴上设置有齿轮,所述支撑板底部设置有与所述齿轮相啮合的齿条,所述主动轴配合所述支撑板的移动而转动,所述支撑板向所述壳体外移动时,所述齿轮与所述齿条传动配合,使所述主动轴转动以将位于所述壳体内的所述柔性显示面板和所述透明盖板推出至所述显示窗口。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示窗口内侧设置有滑槽,所述支撑板外侧设置有卡边,所述支撑板与所述显示窗口滑动配合。
